1 Internatinal AFIR-ERM Cllquium nd Annuncement ISOA (Istitut Italian degli Attuari and Ordine degli Attuari) and the AFIR-ERM Sectin f the Internatinal Actuarial Assciatin (IAA), are very pleased t renew the invitatin t attend the Internatinal AFIR-ERM Cllquium 2019 Innvating Actuarial Research n Financial Risk and Enterprise Risk Management that will be held frm 21 t 24, May 2019 in Flrence (Italy). The target audience is wide: the members f AFIR-ERM Sectin, the actuaries f the Full Members Assciatins f the IAA, academics, ther prfessinals and experts. The Scientific Cmmittee (Annex 1 list f the members) has structured the Cllquium general theme in tpics as it has been cmmunicated in the Call fr Papers. The Scientific Cmmittee is nw lking fr t explring ver the curse f the Cllquium, the tpics thrugh paper presentatins and keynte addresses: innvating the actuarial research means als investing in the future f the actuarial prfessin. As annunced in Call f Paper, the tpics are: 1) Sustainable Value Creatin 2) Hedging Extreme Risks 3) Facing Nn-Insurable Risks 4) Investments in an Envirnmental, Scial, Gvernance Framewrk 5) Systemic Financial Risks 6) Enterprise Risk Management in nn Financial Sectrs 7) Fintech - Data Science in Financial Risk Management 1

The 2 nd annuncement cntains several infrmatin n Prvisinal Cllquium Prgramme, Scial Prgramme, travel, accmmdatin arrangements, cst f the fees, registratin prcedure, turs fr the participants and their accmpanying persns. Netwrking is the secnd relevant element f the Cllquium. The Organizing Cmmittee has designed the Scial Prgramme aimed at participants nt nly meeting clleagues, updating their knwledge, setting up new cntacts, facilitating knwledge exchange between thse wh cnduct actuarial research and thse wh use and apply research in actuarial practice, but als visiting cities and cuntryside that have always been part f the Italian cultural imaginatin. Venue The Internatinal AFIR/ERM Cllquium 2019 will be held at the Cnference Center f the Grand Htel Baglini, Piazza dell Unità Italiana 6, in the heart f Flrence, with the exceptin f the Cllquium Opening Ceremny that will be held in Plenary Sessin, at Palazz Vecchi, hall f the Cinquecent, Piazza della Signria, 2 (See map n Annex 2). Cllquium Prgramme The Cllquium Prgramme has been designed in accrdance with the by nw traditinal frmat. Then it features 5 Plenary Sessins dedicated t keynte addresses. Cnfirmed invited Speakers are Fina Reynld, Mari V. Wüthrich, Pal Garnna, Fabi Cerchiai, Cardinal Peter Turksn. As well the winner (s) f the AFIR-ERM Prize Alting vn Gesau will be invited t present his (their) paper (s) in Plenary Sessin. Papers will be presented in Parallel Sessins. Speakers Crner will be rganized fr the presentatin f papers cvering tpics nt included in the Cllquium 2019 Prgramme.
