The primary representative wh will be present n the day f the Fair shuld register fr the Innvatins Fair, fllwing the steps belw. Please nte that the Innvatins Fair registratin fee cvers the exhibitin fee fr tw representatives frm yur cmpany. The fee als includes a 5 x5 table, banner, WiFi, and pwer access. Once yu lg-int yur Cnftl accunt, please prceed as belw: 1. Frm the Overview screen in CnfTl, please select Register fr the Cnference t begin registratin. 2. Please select either: Innvatins Fair Registratin fr OGC Members Innvatins Fair Registratin fr nn-ogc Members 1

2 Fr OGC Members, please enter yur MemberID frm yur Accunt Prfile in the My Accunt sectin f the OGC Web Prtal. Then: a. Uplad a high reslutin versin f yur cmpany lg. b. Whether r nt yu wuld like yur cmpany t appear n the fficial list f participants, and c. The rest f yur persnal infrmatin details n the page and click Prceed t Step 2: Event and Item Selectin at the bttm f the page. 2

In Step 2 f the registratin prcess, please fill in details abut why yur cmpany is interested in participating in the 2016 Innvatins Fair, as well as details f yur cpresentative t be exhibiting at the cnference Please answer, within 200 wrds: A brief descriptin f yur cmpany Why is yur prduct Innvative? Hw des yur prduct align with the themes f the 2016 Cnference? Details f yur c-representative frm yur cmpany wh will be at the exhibitin bth with yu during the entire day f the Innvatins Fair. Please enter this infrmatin accurately as the Innvatins Fair registratin fee cvers the exhibitin fee fr tw representatives frm yur cmpany. Name f c-representative Organizatin (if different frm yurs, fr sme reasn) f c-representative OGC Member ID (if yu are bth frm an OGC rganizatin) Please click Prceed t Step 3 at the bttm f the page, t mve t the next page. 3

4 4. In Step 3 f the registratin prcess, enter the address fr yur invice and select yur payment methd. Please nte that the payment methds fr the cnference are: Via Credit Card Visa Wire Transfer i. If yu culd like t pay via wire transfer, please select this ptin, and the details f the wire transfer will appear n yur hme page in yur Cnftl accunt, nce yu have cmpleted registratin. Please send landcnference@wrldbank.rg and hhunter@wrldbank.rg a cpy f the cnfirmatin f the transfer and als let us knw when the wire transfer has been effected. Please include the Cnftl User ID f the persn whse fees are being paid via wire transfer. Unless we can verify the wire transfer has ccurred and fr whm, the utstanding debt will shw in yur accunt. 4

5 5. In Step 4 f the registratin prcess, please review the details f yur registratin and carefully read the terms f registratin and payment. Press the Cnfirm Purchase buttn at the bttm f the page t cnfirm yur registratin. 5

6 6. In Step 5 f the registratin prcess, please pay yur registratin fees by filling ut the payment infrmatin and cnfirming yur address. Please press the Pay Nw buttn at the bttm f the page t pay the registratin fees fr the cnference. Please allw the website a few minutes t prcess yur payment and d nt click the back buttn during this time. 6
