Tuitin rates have been established t make Lutheran educatin affrdable. Tuitin rates d nt cver the entire cst t educate a student. Our schl is blessed by the supprt f the St. Paul s cngregatin as a whle. The cngregatin prvides financial assistance (subsidy) t help fund schl peratins. Please nte that member rates are intended fr families wh meet cngregatinal membership criteria utlined in the Tuitin Plicy. Schl Administratin reserves the right t adjust tuitin rates (t nn-member rates ) fr families wh d nt meet r qualify fr the member rate. Prmpt payment f tuitin is essential t the efficient peratin f the schl. In accrdance with the Tuitin Plicy, Schl Administratin maintains the right t withhld reprt cards and ther fficial dcumentatin and suspend extra-curricular activities in the event tuitin accunts exceed tw mnths in arrears. If a family finds itself financially unable t meet requirements set frth in the Tuitin Plicy due t difficulties r situatins that may arise, please d nt hesitate t cntact Schl Administratin. Tuitin Assistance is available t thse wh meet eligibility requirements as utlined in the Tuitin Plicy. TUITION RATES Tuitin is charged fr each student attending St. Paul s Lutheran Schl. Rates fr fr are as fllws: Families frm St. Paul s $1500 fr the first tw children in grades K-8 $750 fr each additinal child Families frm the Cmmunity $2000 fr the first tw children in grades K-8 $1250 fr each additinal child Families frm ther WELS Cng. $4000 fr the first tw children in grades K-8 $2000 fr each additinal child Pre-Kindergarten (K4) $800 fr the 2 mrning prgram ($1600 fr full day) $1200 fr the 3 mrning prgram ($2400 fr full day) $1600 fr the 5 mrning prgram ($3200 fr full day)

2 ST. PAUL S LUTHERAN SCHOOL TUITION POLICY Intrductin The peratin f ur grade schl is ne f the majr ministries f St. Paul s Lutheran Church. We believe that tuitin payments are an investment in yur child s educatin and the frmatin f their religius fundatin. The fllwing dcument prvides infrmatin n plicies that affect tuitin & fees. Tuitin and Fees Tuitin is recmmended by the Bard f Educatin in cperatin with the schl principal and apprved by the Crdinating Cuncil. Each year s tuitin rates are sent t current and prspective families alng with a registratin frm each spring. Tuitin rates are divided int three categries (1) member, (2) ther WELS, and (3) cmmunity. The member rate is fr families wh are cnfirmed members f St. Paul s Lutheran Church. The WELS rate is fr families wh are members f anther WELS cngregatin that des nt perate a Lutheran elementary schl. The cmmunity rate applies t families wh are nt cnfirmed members f the cngregatin r f anther WELS cngregatin. The fllwing criteria must be met t receive the member tuitin rate. Families must: 1. Be cnfirmed members f St. Paul s 2. Attend church services n a regular basis 3. Vlunteer sme wrk annually, accrding t age and circumstances 4. Use ffering envelpes (physical r electrnic) n a regular basis t prvide financial supprt fr all the church s ministries. Tuitin Rates and the Fee Schedule can be fund n the Tuitin Agreement frm. Tuitin Payments Tuitin payments begin n later than September f each schl year. St. Paul s Schl has an agreement with a tuitin management cmpany, FACTS. With this service, parents enrll and chse a payment plan. FACTS deducts the tuitin payment frm the family s financial institutin and prvides thse funds t St. Paul s. The fllwing payment terms are available: 1. Full payment (FACTS nt required). With this ptin, the entire amunt f tuitin wed is paid n r befre September 1 f the schl year. Families with a balance after this date will be required t sign up fr a payment plan utlined belw, including any assciated FACTS fee. 2. Semester payments (Additinal FACTS Fee). Tw equal payments (September and February) 3. 8 payments (Additinal FACTS Fee). Eight equal payments (September - April ) payments (Additinal FACTS Fee). Ten equal mnthly payments (August/September May/June) If desired, parents may als chse t make a payment at the beginning f the year and then schedule payments fr the remaining balance using ptin 2, 3, r 4 abve. Tuitin Assistance Assistance is available t cngregatin members wh wuld therwise be unable t send their children t St. Paul s Lutheran Schl. The fllwing criteria must be met t be cnsidered fr tuitin assistance. Families must: 1. Be cnfirmed members f St. Paul s 2. Attend church services n a regular basis 3. 3 fr all the church s ministries. Families wh wish t apply fr tuitin assistance can btain an applicatin frm the schl ffice. All required dcumentatin must be submitted as a prerequisite fr cnsideratin. Submissins shuld be received by May 1 t be cnsidered. Submissins received after May 1 may be subject t limited availability f assistance funds. Families will be infrmed f amunt f aid by mid-june. Late Fees and Payment Delinquency Fr the sake f yur family s peace f mind and the financial stability f ur schl, we encurage families t cntact the Principal as sn as pssible when they are anticipating ecnmic difficulties. Late Fees Payments due dates are listed n the Tuitin Agreement Frm that every family signs as part f the registratin prcess. Payments are electrnically prcessed by FACTS Tuitin Management. Any payment returned as nn-sufficient funds (NSF), is subject t a $30 FACTS fee. Payment Delinquency Any family whse tuitin accunt falls tw mnths in arrears and has nt made alternative arrangements with the Schl Bard President in writing, will have their student s reprt cards held and may be remved r restricted frm all extracurricular activities (e.g. class trips, sprts, r club activities). Official schl recrds may be withheld until all financial bligatins are cmpleted. Any eighth grade student with utstanding tuitin r fees and has nt made alternative arrangements with the Schl Bard President in writing, may nt be able t participate in eighth grade activities and/r graduatin ceremnies until all financial bligatins have been met. Official schl recrds may be withheld until all financial bligatins are cmpleted. In the event that a family accunt remains in arrears after June 30 th, unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing and apprved by the Schl Bard President, the family will nt be enrlled fr the fllwing schl year. The family will be allwed t enrll after their financial bligatins have been met. Hwever, the student s ability t return will be cntingent n space availability in the grade/class in which he r she wuld have therwise been placed. Refund Plicy Tuitin Any family that desires t withdraw their student(s) must ntify the schl in writing f their intentins as sn as pssible. Families that have paid the entire year s tuitin in advance and withdraw prir t the first day f schl are refunded the amunt f tuitin paid fr the current schl year, minus a $100 service fee. Any student that attends at least ne day f class in a given mnth is charged fr the entire mnth s tuitin. After the first day f schl, tuitin is nt refunded fr that mnth, even if the student nly attended ne day f class. Refunds will be issued nly fr thse mnths in which there was n attendance, prviding an fficial request fr transfer r withdrawal has been received in writing. Refunds are cnducted in accrdance with this plicy regardless f circumstances r reasn f withdrawal r remval f student frm St. Paul s Lutheran Schl. Other Fees Fees charged due t nn-sufficient funds and FACTS Tuitin Management fees are nn-refundable.

Payments will run frm August/September thrugh May/June Please ntify the Schl Bard if the checked schedule cannt be fllwed. Failure t make payment f tuitin as scheduled may impact yur child s cntinued enrllment at St. Paul s Lutheran Schl.
