2 Other Charges STUDENT STATIONERY (YEAR 3-12) Parents f students in Years 3 t 12 are respnsible fr rdering their student statinery requirements. During 4 th term the Cllege will distribute t families a list f required statinery fr each year level fr the fllwing schl year. Parents have the ptin t purchase statinery nline thrugh Lighthuse Bks (fr hme delivery r pick up) r surce the statinery thrugh an alternate supplier. Further details are available frm Student Services via dscheepers@emmauscc.sa.edu.au ADDITIONAL YEAR LEVEL SPECIFIC CHARGES Year 6 students - Canberra trip ($1,000) & Year 6 Student Jumper ($70) Year 12 students Cllege Frmal ($110) & Year 12 Student Jacket ($90) MAINTENANCE FEE Each family cntributes $80 twards the nging maintenance csts f the Cllege. NON-COMPULSORY FACULTY CAMPS The Cllege ffers a number f nn-cmpulsry faculty camps fr students, with selectin managed by the relevant staff member. The cst f these camps will be added t each family s fees accunt nce selectin is cnfirmed. Seat allcatins are managed thrugh Student Services, with further infrmatin n bus rutes and timetables available frm Student Services via dscheepers@emmauscc.sa.edu.au. Students are expected t cmply with the Cllege s student behaviur guidelines when travelling n the Cllege bus. Repeated nn-cmpliance may result in a student nt being allwed t travel n the bus. Seat allcatins and respective charges apply fr a whle term irrespective f the number f times a week the Cllege bus is used by students. 3 Other Charges OSHC The Cllege prvides an nsite OSHC service frm 3.00 pm t 6.00 pm n schl days. Mst families will be entitled t sme level f Child Care Benefit (CCB) and/r Child Care Rebate (CCR). Refer t the Cllege website fr Unifrm infrmatin including pening times. ENROLMENT FEES On submissin f an enrlment frm t the Cllege Registrar, a fee f $66 per child is payable. This places a prspective student nt the waiting list but des nt guarantee a psitin. Subsequent applicatins fr siblings incur a fee f $33 per child. An Enrlment Fee f $300 per student is payable n receiving an Offer f Place. In additin, fr students enrlling in Receptin with a cmmencement date f 2019 nwards, a further $250 depsit is payable, which will be ffset against Tuitin Fees and Charges. Vluntary Building Fund Emmaus Christian Cllege has an nging building prgram fr the educatinal benefit f yur children. All families are encuraged t cntribute twards the fund, which is tax deductible. Please see yur cntributin as being essential t meeting the cmmitments incurred prviding and maintaining these facilities fr the prper nging develpment and supprt f the Cllege. Vluntary Building Fund Dnatin suggested amunts per family are: - $ 500 per annum per family Incme Levels Abve $ 60,000 - $ 250 Incme Levels Belw $ 60,000 - $ 100 Centrelink Incme Only External Tuitin OPEN ACCESS / SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES / VET The Cllege acknwledges that it is nt pssible t ffer all pssible SACE subjects and as such has develped an external studies plicy, which utlines the financial supprt ffered by the Cllege. It shuld be nted that penalties apply where students withdraw prir t cmpletin. 4 Discunts & Cncessins SIBLING DISCOUNT Emmaus Christian Cllege ffers a discunt fr yunger siblings attending the Cllege. This discunt nly applies t Tuitin Fees. The fllwing sibling discunts apply: SIBLING DISCOUNT % Applies t Standard Tuitin Fee nly 2nd child 17.5% 3rd child 35.0% 4th + subsequent child 52.5% INCOME CONCESSION The Cllege ffers a cncessin n the standard tuitin fees fr families n lwer taxable family incmes, accrding t the fllwing schedule: CONCESSIONS FOR LOWER FAMILY TAXABLE INCOME Applies t Standard Tuitin Fee nly Level 2 - Incme belw $85,000 Level 3 - Incme belw $60,000 Level 4 - Incme belw $39,000 Level 5 - Incme belw $15,000 (Centrelink nly) We require that families use Grss Family Taxable Incme prir t: salary sacrificing, salary packaging, business expenses, investments r allcatins t/within trusts. Direct Debit via the FACTS Management system nline prtal is ur payment methd and the nly ptin available fr mnthly, frtnightly, weekly, annual and term instalments.
