Select the TS t Yu-eligible cllectin and submit the rder n myhq. 2. Ask the hst t cmplete the paper Tastefully Simple Agreement frm, then fax t Custmer Service ( ). Be sure yur hst includes: a. Item Number b. Order Number c. Payment infrmatin must be cmpleted and the frm signed prir t submissin.

If a paper cpy f the Tastefully Simple Agreement is submitted, what is the date f the regularly scheduled rder? The regularly scheduled rder date will be based n the day we received the paper agreement. They aren t fr inventry r resale. Can a client change their TS t Yu cnsultant? N. The riginal TS t Yu cnsultant is tied t the client s accunt. If a client cancels and then becmes a member again, they may chse anther cnsultant if it s been mre than 180 days since their cancellatin. Can I call Custmer Service t update my clients TS t Yu rders n their behalf? N. Only the TS t Yu member may update infrmatin n their accunt.
