The main bjective is t prmte exchanges between the prjects and t facilitate the fllw up f the prjects by the funders and the review experts. In this cntext, the bjectives f the seminar are: Remind the prject partners f the brader CHIST ERA picture, including the fllw up prcess and bjectives; Exchange impressins abut the funded prjects, meet in persn and listen t the researchers presenting their prjects; Strengthen the scientific cmmunities wrking in the tpics f the CHIST ERA calls and supprt effrt tward new cllabrative and interdisciplinary research. As a further bjective, the seminar cntributes t the lng term assessment f CHIST ERA calls and the shaping f CHIST ERA in the lng run. Day 1 Wednesday, April 11, afternn Parallel sessins per tpics rganized t fster exchange f ideas and cllabratins amng CHIST ERA prjects in the same tpic. The final gal is t cmpile a jint presentatin fr the Plenary Sessin. Delegates will be guided thrugh the parallel sessins by representatives f the funding rganizatins. Plenary pster & dem sessin (crss tpics), an pprtunity fr delegates t explain r discver nging CHIST ERA prjects frm a mre practical pint f view. Further detailed instructins are prvided n the next page. Day 2 Thursday, April 12 Plenary sessin with ne jint presentatin per tpic abut the big picture f the majr achievements and upcming challenges fr each tpic. Practicalities Instructins fr presentatins in Parallel Sessins The cntents f the presentatins f each prject (abut 15 min), t be prepared in advance, include: Scientific backgrund Key challenges and ptential impact f the prject Presentatin f each partner f the cnsrtium with their specificity and added value Main scientific results, disseminatin and ther utput Sustainability/Valrisatin Instructins fr presenters f a dem r a pster Delegates are encuraged t prepare an interactive dem in relatin with their prject. The dems will be presented in ne rm and in parallel during the Dem & Pster Sessin; see the prgram. Pwer supply and desks will be available, but delegates need t bring their wn hardware (laptps, data strage, etc.). Please cntact the seminar rganizers if yu have any further questins r needs. The prjects which are nt ready t present a dem can bring a pster instead, which will be displayed in the rm where the dem sessin takes place. Psters accmpanying dems are welcme as well.

The meeting is rganized by the French Natinal Research Agency (ANR), CHIST ERA crdinatr. In additin t the Prjects Seminar, the CHIST ERA cnsrtium ffers participants wh wish t hst their prject meeting at the ANR r at the venue (depending f the date). Netwrking event A netwrking event (Dem/Pster & Diner) will take place at the venue n the evening f Wednesday, April 11 in the fllwing f the first day f the Prjects Seminar frm 19h00 till 21h30.
