1 Abut EDAMA: EDAMA is a Jrdanian business assciatin which aims t create and fster mature Energy, Water and Envirnment sectrs that advance Jrdan's mvement twards a green ecnmy. T establish Jrdan s energy independence, water security, and envirnmental well-being, EDAMA aims t prvide an enabling envirnment fr exprt pprtunities - in the frm f marketable Energy, Water and Envirnment slutins and technical expertise - t emerge and flurish. 1. Assignment Descriptin Under the EU funded SwitchMed prject EDAMA Assciatin fr Energy, Water and Envirnment is wrking n a prject in cllabratin with the Ministry f Envirnment and the United Natins Envirnment Prgramme (UN Envirnment) t train relevant stakehlders n sustainable waste management and shw the benefits f utilizing sustainable cnsumptin and prductin cncepts. The prject cnsists f tw cmpnents: First Cmpnent: Imprving slid waste management in Aqaba htel industry; phase ne and phase tw.

2 Secnd Cmpnent: Develping a natinal slid waste management training prgram t train relevant stakehlders. EDAMA Assciatin is seeking an experienced third party t design, edit, and prduce three (3) t fur (4) minutes lng vide fr the visibility f the mentined prject. 2. Terms f Reference: a. Purpse: The verall purpse f this assignment is t establish the visibility f the mentined prject t lcal stakehlders and internatinal stakehlders, as well as the funding and implementing rganizatins. b. Cncept Requirements: Fllwing thrugh prject s descriptin, purpse, activities, challenges and deliverables, the vide prduced must deliver infrmatin abut hw the mentined prject was executed, identify main activities and key results, explain the challenges faced and the alternative

3 slutins, and highlight the imprtance f implementing such prject and encurage audience t maintain its purpse. The scpe includes but is nt limited t: Meeting with stakehlders and/r high-level persnnel related t the prject in Amman r Aqaba; Vide prductin planning Writing and scripting utline Perfrming interviews Editing films Suggesting several appraches fr the vide script; Submitting drafts fr revisin and/r mdificatins; Implement any feedback and cmments Create and submit the final vide c. Technical Requirements: Vide shuld be between 3 t 4 minutes lng; with shrt highlights (30 secnds) taken frm the vide t be presented as separate vides;

4 Vide will include live actin/filming; Vide must include music,creative graphics and a vicever t be determined within the wrkplan; Vide must be in high definitin; Vide must be bradcast quality; Vide must be able t be reduced in size withut sacrificing quality; Vide s frmat must be able t be used n websites f the parties invlved in the prject as well as thrugh multiple vide and scial media platfrms while maintaining its high definitin.

9 It is anticipated that the vide will be develped and psted n the Internet r shared by the parties invlved in the mentined prject as apprpriate; The vide must be sht in high definitin and submitted in a frmat fr the parties invlved in the prject t use fr future scial media initiatives; Purchased music may be required. A vice-ver/narratin will likely be required, t help briefly explain aspects f the prject and where pssible interviewees t explain sme aspects f the prject; The Vide Prducer will be required t secure its wn prductin facilities and equipment. Any assignment r subcntracting by the selected vide prducer fr the wrk t be perfrmed, r gds and/r services t be prvided, in whle r in part, and any ther interest in cnjunctin with this request fr prpsal, shall nt be permitted withut the express written cnsent f EDAMA;

10 The Vide Prducer shall hld himself/herself available t render and shall render at the request f EDAMA and the services set frth in the scpe f wrk abve fr the benefit f EDAMA. Cntractr will maintain, fr the duratin f the Cntract, any certificate r license required by law t perfrm the services required by this RFP; The Vide Prducer shall be respnsible fr the purchase and use f all equipment necessary t perfrm the services f this RFP; The Vide Prducer must nt use the vide as his/her wn prperty; Any publishing f the vide must be apprved by EDAMA s written cnsent.

Eligibility Requirements Applicant must meet all the fllwing eligibility requirements: Applicant must have relevant expertise in vides design and prductin, preferably similar t the mentined requirements; Applicant may be either individual r cnsrtium f Individuals; Each prpsal must cmply with all the criteria in the RFP; prpsals nt meeting all criteria will be cnsidered nnrespnsive and may be rejected;

12 The financial prpsal shuld shw the cst per activity in bth Jrdanian Dinar and US dllar. 4. Prpsal Submissin This sectin details the submissin dcuments that are expected t be transmitted by the applicant t EDAMA in respnse t this RFP. The submissin will becme the basis n which EDAMA will judge the applicant s ability t perfrm the required services as laid ut in the RFP. The prpsal must cmmunicate an understanding f the scpe and deliverables f the RFP and describe hw the tasks are t be perfrmed. The prpsal submitted in respnse t this RFP must include the fllwing dcuments:

Assignment Narrative Plan: cmmunicates an understanding f the scpe and deliverables f the RFP s prpsed plan/schedule, cmmitment t the scpe f the assignment and verall timeline and descriptin f equipment required fr the assignment; c. Qualificatins: resumes and/r summary bigraphies f the applicant with detailed descriptin f their rles related t the assignment; d. Related Experience: evidence f successful services f similar cncept t the assignment with reference fr whm wrk was perfrmed, including samples f relevant vide(s) prductin.

14 2. Financial Prpsal: The prpsed budget shuld include a breakdwn f fees in USD and JOD. If the prductin f the script and/r vide demands visit(s) t Aqaba, all its travel expenses and periderms will be cmpensated fr by EDAMA and shuld nt be included in the financial prpsal f the applicant.
