9 PROPOSAL PREP CONT D INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Gvernment desires, at a minimum, Gvernment Purpse Rights fr any prpsed nncmmercial sftware and technical data. (SEE DFARS 227 fr Patent, Data, and Cpyrights) Since KAIROS will emphasize creating and leveraging pen surce technlgy, IP rights and sftware licenses asserted by prpsers are strngly encuraged t be aligned with this gal.
