Purpse: This amendment answers questins psed by prpsers wh attended the Pre- Prpsal Meeting. 1) Frm what I m seeing yu want a full blwn, all in, ne price cntract n this thing; parts labr, the whle enchilada? Yes. 2) D yu want us t bring ur wn inventry f critical spares and can we invice that as we bring it in? We can, but we wuld have t take receipt in ur inventry system. 3) S yu are nt then lking fr an all-inclusive number? We are, but if prpsers are unable t secure parts we want t be flexible enugh in ur scpe f wrk t allw fr all types f prpsals t be made and cnsidered. 4) Cncerning OEM parts, are we ging t be able t buy OEM parts as a third party r better yet is IMW ging t sell us parts as a third party. If nt we may have t purchase parts and keep the inventry here? Attendees were infrmed t d their due diligence. 5) When yu talk abut respnding remtely, are we ging t have access t the sftware that cntrls that? Is it in yur ffice r hw wuld we get access t it? Yes and it calls in t the shp phne. 6) Is it pssible t remtely dial in? Yes 7) Are yu pen fr alternate bids fr replacement f equipment? 2 Our current cntract is mre f an events type f relatinship. Prir t that it was a mnth t mnth basic maintenance cntract, much like what we are seeking this time. While wants a mre cmplete maintenance slutin fr this cntract, it shuld be emphasized that the evaluatin f the prpsal is based n best value. Yu may submit yur price prpsal as an alternative which will be evaluated n the basis f what is the best value fr the agency. 9) Is the card reader part f this cntract? N 10) The RFP shws the generatr wrapped up in the prject. D yu knw hw many hurs the generatr has ran? D they lad bank it every year? Ttal run time is 94 hurs and 12 minutes. It is lad banked annually. 11) Wh has been maintaining the generatr up t this pint? United Engines. 12) The generatr is run n diesel, is that cst n? Yes 13) In the case f a ttal meltdwn, are yu expecting this cntractr t have access t prtable fueling? N. 14) Are all the pumps electric? Yes 15) D yu ever have a situatin where bth cmpressrs run a lad? Bth cmpressrs will run under heavy lads. It will run bth cmpressrs at the same time with n lss f efficiency. 16) When was the statin first used? Nvember 2011.

The term f this cntract is fr a ttal f abut fifty-fur (54) mnths with the initial perid cmmencing n January 1, 2019, and expiring at the clse f peratins n June 30, may, at its ptin, and after agreement between Cntractr and the Tulsa Transit Bard, extend the perid f this cntract up t five (5) additinal years, prjected t end at the clse f peratins n December 31, With: Pricing infrmatin is required in accrdance with the Price Prpsal Sheet included in this RFP. The term f this cntract is fr a ttal f sixty (60) mnths, with the initial perid cmmencing January 1, 2019 and expiring at the clse f peratins n December 31, may, at its ptin, and after agreement between Cntractr and the Bard, extend the perid f this cntract up t five (5) additinal years, prjected t end at the clse f peratins n December 31, The decisin t award the five additinal ptin years enables the cntract t (1) be gd fr a maximum 10 year perid and, (2) will be dependent n whether it is in the best interest f the agency t award the additinal ptin years. Basis f Award sectin, beginning n page 13 shuld read: The fllwing scring criteria will be used t assist MTTA in making final decisins regarding the cntract award recmmendatin. The ver-riding basis f award fr this RFP is what is cnsidered t be in the best interest and best value f. The relative value f each criteria item is revealed by rder f imprtance:

4 1) Prject Cst MTTA desires t satisfy the RFP requirements n a timely basis and will cnsider csts between suppliers alng with the value added services that are prvided. 2) References/Cntractr Qualificatins This will be based upn the supplier s ability t meet requirements fr qualifying as a respnsible supplier. MTTA will call the references listed by the supplier and may als call references nt listed by the supplier t verify the satisfactin f the supplier s past custmers. 3) Overall Value MTTA will assess all supplier attributes, bth tangible and intangible, t determine which prpsal gives MTTA the best verall value in terms f: Reliability Scheduling Sustainability Crdinatin with MTTA Optins prvided t MTTA Other factrs identified during the RFP prcess that may becme relevant 4) CNG Expertise/Knwledge This will be based upn the supplier s specific knwledge f CNG Fleet Operatr s needs.
