The Réseau TNO Santé invites all nt-fr-prfit rganizatins, nn-gvernmental rganizatins, schls, healthcare institutins and municipalities in the Nrthwest Territries t submit prpsals by Friday, December 16, Related health prmtin activities must be cmpleted by March 31, When submitting a prpsal, grups shuld address the fllwing criteria. Prjects must address the needs f the Nrthwest Territries Francphne cmmunity. Prjects must aim t have a lasting impact n individual and cmmunity health. Prjects must address at least ne f the fur strategic pririties identified in the natinal strategy fr French-language health prmtin in Canada develped by the Sciété Santé en français (SSF): Influence public plicy t achieve health equity fr minrity Francphne ppulatins and cmmunities acrss Canada. Supprt actin n key determinants f health t fster cmmunity develpment living standards cnducive t gd health and wellness. Empwer cmmunities t prmte health and wellness in French; Develp the knwledge and skills necessary t adpt best practices in health prmtin. Individual prjects are eligible fr financial assistance f up t $2500. Prjects must be cmpleted befre March 31, The Réseau Santé TNO will give pririty t the fllwing categries f prpsals: - Prjects that address needs in the cmmunities f Frt Smith, Inuvik and Hay River (either exclusively r in part). - Prjects that invlve cllabratin between multiple rganizatins. Pririty will be given t the fllwing categries f prpsals: Prjects that address needs in the cmmunities f Frt Smith, Inuvik and Hay River (either exclusively r in part). Prjects that invlve cllabratin between multiple rganizatins. Decisins will be made and cmmunicated t applicants by December 21, 2016, at the latest. Resulting funding agreements shuld be signed befre January 13, Payments will be made in tw instalments, with 75% f the ttal paid upn signature f the agreement and the remaining 25% upn receipt f the final reprt.
