We prvide a nn-advisry, executin- nly service t ur clients, where yu instruct us t buy r sell a financial prduct n yur behalf. Our executin-nly service invlves receiving yur trade instructin and placing thse instructins with a brker t be executed, cleared and settled. We als prvide an advisry service (general financial prduct advice)) in respect f a range f financial prducts and services. The financial services and prducts we are authrised t prvide? iinvest Securities is authrised by Zdiac Securities t prvide the fllwing financial services t retail and whlesale client s pursuant t Zdiac Securities AFSL (398350). These services include: Prviding financial prduct advice fr the fllwing classes f financial prduct: Depsit and payment prducts limited t basic depsit prducts and depsit prducts ther than basic depsit prducts Debentures, stcks r bnds issued r prpsed t be issued by a gvernment Securities Derivatives Interests in managed investment schemes ( MIS ) including investr directed prtfli services Standard margin lending facility; and superannuatin Debentures, stcks r bnds issued r prpsed t be issued by a gvernment Securities Derivatives Interests in MIS including investr directed prtfli services Standard margin lending facility; and Superannuatin, t retail and whlesale clients. Yur adviser is authrised t give yu general financial prduct advice and deal fr yu n each f the financial prducts nce they have cmpleted their industry training and cntinue t cmplete their Kaplan cntinuing prfessinal develpment (CPD) requirements and where they are authrised in writing by iinvest Securities. Yu may ask yur adviser which specific financial prducts they are authrised t advise and deal in. 4 Hw can yu transact with us? We engage ASX Participants Mrrisn Securities (AFS License N ) and Australian Investment Exchange (AFS License N ) fr the purpse f trading, clearing and settlement f client rders in financial prducts including, but nt limited t, securities, exchange traded ptins and interests in managed investment schemes. Yu will receive a cpy f the relevant FSG at the time f pening an accunt. Bth Mrrisn Securities and Australian Investment Exchange are ASX Trading & Clearing Participants. Yu may give us instructins via telephne r in writing (including r facsimile, where authrised). Yu must, hwever, check and cnfirm with us that rders sent via fax r have in fact been received by us, therwise receipt f yur instructin may be deemed t have nt been received. It is yur bligatin t review any cnfirmatin r statement we send t yu t ensure its accuracy and reprt any discrepancies that yu may have t us immediately. Hw are we remunerated fr ur services? iinvest Securities is remunerated thrugh the fees and cmmissins that we charge yu. We may als be remunerated by nn-related prduct issuers r service prviders thrugh fees r nging cmmissins paid directly t Zdiac Securities wh distribute thse cmmissins t the relevant adviser at iinvest. Our remuneratin may include: Brkerage 1 fr trading ASX and Chi-X listed r traded prducts Fees and cmmissins frm issuers f managed funds if yu elect t invest in ne f their prducts. The fund manager r prduct issuer may pay us a trailing cmmissin f up t 3% f the value f yur investment. Cmmissins and fees will vary fr each prduct and will be set ut in the relevant ffer dcument (if applicable) and/r prvided t yu at the time advice is given r the financial service is prvided (r as sn as practical thereafter) A cmbinatin f the abve We may receive referrals frm unrelated parties and we may als pay referral fees and they will generally be in the frm f: A fixed fee A prprtin f the initial and/r nging fees r cmmissin we disclse t yu; r A cmbinatin f bth Specifically, iinvest Securities receives r pays referral fees frm the fllwing nn-related prduct issuers r service prviders: Sequia pays iinvest Securities a ne-ff flat referral fee fr the establishment f a SMSF. Agent fr Life pays iinvest Securities a ne-ff referral fee fr any clients wh take ut an insurance plicy with Agent fr Life. iinvest Securities pay Wealthwise educatin (Wealthwise) a referral fee/cmmissin fr any clients Wealthwise refer t iinvest Securities. iinvest Securities may als receive trail cmmissins n Cash Management Accunts ( CMA ) paid by the prvider. These trails range frm 0.1% t 0.5% per annum The size f fees and cmmissin rates we charge yu will be determined by: the prduct yu trade the size f the transactin hw frequently yu trade; and the level f service yu require. Generally, transactin fees are calculated n the full value f the transactin and expressed as a percentage f the transactin value with a fixed minimum. Prir t the prvisin f any transactin executin services, fees will be agreed with yu. Such fees and cmmissins will be charged t yur accunt each time an rder is executed n yur behalf. iinvest Securities pays a set percentage f the cmmissin it receives t yur adviser (nt exceeding 50%). The cmmissin rebate is a set rate. It is nt adjusted accrding t the value f the transactin undertaken n yur behalf. 4

5 FINANCIAL SERVICES GUIDE Brkerage Brkerage will apply t all ASX and Chi-X listed, r traded prducts purchased r sld, including warrants and ptins. Yu will be charged brkerage either n the basis f a percentage f the transactin value r as a minimum fee. iinvest Securities and its advisers are paid cmmissin n the transactin yu are entering int. iinvest Securities receives part f the brkerage yu are charged n yur cntract nte frm the relevant ASX Trading Participant. The ASX Trading Participant retains part f the brkerage as payment fr services it prvides iinvest Securities, and then pays the balance t iinvest Securities. Fees and cmmissins charged t iinvest Securities will nt change the charges applicable t yu. Fees and charges impsed by the ASX Trading Participant are detailed in the relevant Trading Participant s FSG. iinvest Securities will charge yu a minimum f $100 per transactin r 1% f the transactin value (all amunts excluding GST). Fees and cmmissins paid by yu will vary accrding t the transactin vlume weighting and service prvided. Fr example, a $5,000 share transactin will incur a $100 transactin fee plus 10% GST fr a ttal cst f $110. A $15,000 share transactin will incur a minimum brkerage charge f $150 (ie 1%) plus $15 GST fr a ttal cst f $165. The fees, cmmissins and ther remuneratin that we receive differ depending upn the nature f the service that we prvide yu. Miscellaneus Charges This FSG des nt set ut all f the csts, expenses and charges that yu may incur in dealing in financial prducts. Yu may incur miscellaneus charges including internatinal market charges, lcal market charges and clearing charges depending n the nature f the financial prduct in which yu are trading, the nature f the transactin, the exchange n which the financial prduct is traded and the size f the trade. The exact cst f yur transactin will be disclsed t yu in yur trade cnfirmatin and/r detailed tax invice. Yu may als incur varius administrative charges in relatin t such matters as the prcessing f frms, registry liaisn etc. n yur behalf. These administrative charges will be discussed with yu prir t iinvest Securities perfrming such administrative duties. Specific csts will then be disclsed t yu via a tax invice. Onging Cmmissins Paid t iinvest Securities Onging cmmissins (smetimes referred t as trailing cmmissins) may be paid fr the length f time yu hld the financial prduct. They are usually paid directly t the authrising Licensee (Zdiac securities Pty Ltd) n behalf f iinvest Securities, by the prduct prvider ut f the revenue the prduct prvider earns. Specialist Service Prviders iinvest Securities may receive referrals frm third party referrers. iinvest Securities may pay a cmmissin t the third-party referrer f up t 50% f any revenue generated by such referrals. Adviser remuneratin Our Advisers are remunerated n a cmmissin basis 2. Advisers receive 45% f - the brkerage charged n yur trade cnfirmatin, - the trailing cmmissin received frm grandfathered issuers f managed investments and Cash Management Accunts, and - charge n prtfli review service. 2 iinvest Securities pays a set percentage f the cmmissin it receives t yur adviser (nt exceeding 50%). 6 FINANCIAL SERVICES GUIDE Staff remuneratin Staff are remunerated in a variety f ways, including salary, bnuses and flat rate cmmissins (r a cmbinatin theref). Staff may als wn equity in iinvest securities and therefre participate in prfits earned in respect f iinvest Securities. Assciatins r Relatinships iinvest Securities and its advisers may als be required t disclse infrmatin abut assciatins r relatinships between iinvest Securities r any related bdy crprate, and the issuers f any financial prducts, being assciatins r relatinships that might reasnably be expected t be capable f influencing advice. Where ptential r actual cnflicts r assciatins f this nature exist, we will disclse them t yu if and when we prvide yu with advice. Anti-Mney Laundering and Cunter- Terrrism Finance As a financial services prvider, we have an bligatin under the Anti-Mney Laundering and Cunter-Terrrism Financing Act ( AML-CTF Act) t initially verify yur identity and the surce f any funds. This means we will ask yu t present identificatin dcuments such as passprts and driver s licenses. We will als retain cpies f this infrmatin. We assure yu that this infrmatin will be held securely. We cannt prvide yu with a financial service if yu are unwilling t prvide this infrmatin. Privacy Plicy T enable us t be able t prvide financial services and prducts t yu, we are required t btain persnal infrmatin abut yu such as yur name, address and telephne number. We may cllect, hld and use yur persnal infrmatin t assess yur applicatin, service yur needs as an investr, prvide facilities and services t yu and fr ther purpses permitted under the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth). Tax and cmpany law als requires sme f the infrmatin t be cllected with yur applicatin. Any persnal infrmatin cllected abut yu will be handled in accrdance with ur privacy plicy. Yur infrmatin may be disclsed t Zdiac Securities, agents and service prviders n the basis that they deal with such infrmatin in accrdance with any executed agreement and in cmpliance with ur privacy plicy. We may als need t disclse infrmatin abut yu t gvernment entities and regulatrs as required by law. If yu wish t examine yur file r t get access t yur persnal infrmatin, please call us.
