2 Previus Exhibitr Cntract Deadline and Spacing Exhibitrs frm the 2018 shw will receive pririty spacing based n the fllwing cnditins: a) The exhibitr is in gd standing with Evergreen Park b) The exhibitr applicatin fr the 2019 shw is received by the Shw ffice prir t Nvember 2, 2018 (if nt, yur space will be released). d) Please ensure the persn at the bth gets a cpy f the registratin frm and regulatins. New Exhibitr Cntract and Spacing New Exhibitrs t the 2019 Peace Cuntry Classic Agri-Shw will be cnsidered nce existing exhibitrs that meet the Agri-Shw criteria are cnfirmed. New exhibitrs will be cnsidered based n the fllwing cnditins: a) The exhibitr has prvided a letter describing their business r a shrt descriptin n the cntract and hw it relates t the agriculture industry b) By date submitted c) There is space remaining in the shw. d) The exhibitr is cnsidered t be in gd standing with Evergreen Park. Please nte: Agri-Shw rganizers will d their best t accmmdate exhibitr requests. Hwever, it shuld be nted space lcatin(s) will nt be guaranteed. We wuld like t thank yu fr yur interest in the 2019 Agri-Shw and we lk frward t seeing yu sn. Cmpleting Yur Exhibitr Space Cntract Checking t be sure yur Exhibitr Space Cntract is filled ut prperly is very imprtant. If it is nt filled ut cmpletely, the Cntract will be returned t yu with a new cpy f the Cntract Frm t fill ut. If it is necessary fr yu t fill ut a new cntract, the secnd, crrect cpy will als be required by the deadline t save yur bth. T save time and ensure yu meet the deadline, please use the fllwing checklist t review yur Cntract befre sending it in. Fill ut the entire tp (infrmatin) prtin clearly by printing r typing. It is imperative we have all cntact infrmatin. Including first and last name, phne numbers and . Attach a cpy f yur business card. Fill ut the Cntract requesting the space accrding t what yu had last year, unless yu want t decrease yur space. If yu are requesting less space than the previus year please indicate this under the ntes r requests sectin n the Cntract. In this case, yur Cntract Frm can be filled ut accrding t the decreased space. If yu are requesting mre space n the cntract it will be adjusted after the additinal space is apprved. And yu will be charged accrdingly. Be sure t indicate under the ntes r requests sectin n the cntract if yu re requesting mre space r a mve frm previus lcatin. If yu are paying by cheque please nly send yur cntract frm with the cheque thrugh the mail. Please ensure yu have enugh time t send in by mail t ensure it arrives prir t the deadline date.

3 If yu are paying by credit card, please be sure t fill ut the numbers very clearly. Registratin Frm MUST be signed & dated r it will nt be accepted. The signature must be f the cntact persn listed n the cntract frm. This will be the persn that will be cntacted with any infrmatin regarding the shw. Please give a cpy t the persn(s) at the bth if it is different than the name n the cntract, s they have all the shw details. If yu require Internet, we d have wireless cmplimentary Internet. But, it smetimes is nt reliable fr everyne, as s many peple are accessing it and it can be weak in certain areas f ur buildings. S if it is smething yu rely n heavily, please arrange t bring yur wn Smart Hub we d nt have hard line internet available. Were yu in the shw in 2018? 6 PEACE COUNTRY CLASSIC-AGRI-SHOW EVENT REGULATIONS APPLICATION 50% f TOTAL due upn applicatin deadline date f Nvember 2, All cancellatins prir t January 31, 2019 are subject t a 25% Administratin Services Charge. Exhibitrs cancelling participatin in the 34 th Peace Cuntry Classic Agri-Shw after January 31, 2019, will frfeit all mnies. Cancellatins must be made in writing. Exhibitrs in vilatin f Event Regulatins, fllwing written ntice, shall be excused frm the shw fr ne year and subsequently must request future participatin as a new exhibitr. Shw management reserves the right t terminate r limit any demnstratins r displays, which in its pinin, are bjectinable r inapprpriate due t nise, txic fumes, exhaust r smke, r are detrimental t the character and nature f the Peace Cuntry Classic Agri-Shw. Printed material fr the purpse f slicitatins utside f bth areas is nt allwed t be distributed during events unless authrized by Management. UTILITIES & INSURANCE: Under n circumstances can anyne ther than electricians cntracted by Exhibitin Park make electrical service cnnectins r repairs. Liability Insurance Clause The User shall, withut limiting its bligatins r liabilities herein and at its wn expense, prvide and maintain the fllwing insurances with insurers licensed in Alberta and in frms and amunts acceptable t the Sciety. General cmprehensive liability insurance cverage with a limit f nt less than Tw Millin Dllars ($2,000,000.00) inclusive per ccurrence fr bdily injury and prperty damage including lss f use theref. Such insurance shall extend t cver the user, its fficers, emplyees, servants, agents, cntractrs, and vlunteers and shall include Grande Prairie Reginal Agricultural and Exhibitin Sciety and the Cunty f Grande Prairie #1 as named insureds including, its fficers, emplyees, servants, agents, cntractrs and vlunteers as additinally named insured with respect t liability arising ut f the use r ccupatin by the user f the prperty belnging t the Sciety. Certificate f Insurance Clause If the User already has liability cverage they shall prvide the Sciety with evidence f all required insurance prir t the event date. Such evidence f insurance shall be in the frm f a certificate f insurance. When requested by the Sciety, the User agrees t prvide certified, riginal cpies f required insurance plicies. Nte: These certificates shuld be issued by the insurer r insurance brker f the user grup and must cntain the fllwing infrmatin: (a) Name f the insurance cmpany and the binder r plicy number (b) Name and address f the insured (user grup)

7 (c) Plicy perid (cvering at least the perid f the facility rental) (d) Descriptin f cverage (e) Plicy limits (f) Descriptin f insured peratin and lcatin(s) (g) Signature f authrized representative and date Neither shw Management, its fficers nr agents will be held respnsible r liable fr any manner f lss r damage that may ccur t prperty r persns during times f mve-in and/ r mve-ut. Exhibitrs are respnsible fr all their materials and shuld take adequate security measures at all times. Exhibitrs are entirely respnsible fr leased space and agree t reimburse fr any damage t premises, furnishings, r equipment ccurring in the area leased under this agreement prviding such damage is due t negligence f the exhibitr, its servants, agent r thers fr whm the exhibitr is, in law, respnsible. SPACE ALLOCATION: Event Administratin will attempt t accmmdate all applicatins fr space, but due t limited availability and selectin prcedures, Event Administratin will nt guarantee space allcatins and reserve the right t make changes, as necessary. Exhibitrs in gd standing have first right f refusal n space nt lcatin. Acceptance f payment at time f applicatin des nt guarantee lcatin at the Peace Cuntry Classic Agri-Shw. Any cntracts nt received by the applicatin deadline date will be prcessed in cnjunctin with submissins f new applicants. Transference f applicatin t a cmpany ther than t whm it has been addressed is nt permitted. Sub-letting and sharing f exhibit space t persns r cmpanies nt indicated as the Exhibitr is nt permitted., unless authrized by Shw Management. All Bths must be checked in & set up by Wednesday, the day prir t the shw, by 8:00 p.m. r bth space will be cnsidered a n shw with n refund and re-sld, as we d nt want any empty bth spaces in the shw. Abslutely n bths are t be taken dwn prir t 4:00 p.m, n the Saturday f the Shw Exhibitrs must cntain prmting, selling & all materials, demnstratins, and prmtinal giveaways within the bundaries f their exhibit space; stickers, windshield flyers, etc. are prhibited. Direct selling is allwed. Hwever, yur entire display must remain intact thrughut Peace Cuntry Classic Agri-Shw. There shall be n perating f gas, prpane r diesel mtrs. Any electric mtrs must be wired safely with prper guards befre peratin, and are subject t inspectin. Cmbustible materials are subject t certificatins t their acceptability by the Cunty f Grande Prairie Fire Department. FOOD SERVICES: All fd and liqur service at the Peace Cuntry Classic Agri-Shw is cntrlled by Evergreen Park. N alchlic beverages are permitted t be cnsumed at any exhibit site r display area indr

8 r utdr. If caught with alchl, it wuld be grunds fr autmatic remval f yur exhibit & n refund will be given. The Public Health Act fd regulatins will be adhered t. ADDENDUM: The selling f raffle ticket draws are nt permitted unless a prper gaming license is prvided t Evergreen Park. N exhibitrs will have exclusive rights t prducts. N helium is allwed in the buildings. N Animals are allwed in the bths, r in the buildings. Shw Management reserves the right t make changes, additins, r deletins t event regulatins at any time cnsidered necessary. It is understd that by exhibiting in a shw, Evergreen Park des nt relinquish the right t cntrl the management f the shw and the enfrcement f Event Regulatins. N smking cigarettes r vaping within the facilities r utside Main Entrance drs. Prpane cylinders are nt permitted within the building. Business signage must be within bth alltted space, n higher than 12 feet and must remain within yur bth space. Signage representing Evergreen Park r any Evergreen Park spnsrs cannt be cvered r remved at any time. By registering fr the Peace Cuntry Classic Agri-Shw, yur cntact infrmatin will appear n ur exhibitr lists. By signing this cntract yu give Evergreen Park permissin t include yur cntact infrmatin n the exhibitr lists and t distribute these lists as Evergreen Park deems apprpriate. (Fr example, this infrmatin may be prvided t, but nt limited t, the shw guide (if applicable), the list f exhibitrs may be prvided t varius media, r may be published n Evergreen Park s website. In additin, yur name as well as any pictures f yur bth r pictures f cmpany representatives may be used in public relatins, marketing and ther media crrespndence.) ADDITIONS: Trailers r decaled vehicles f any kind fr the purpse f advertising are nt permitted t park in the lt r alng the fence line during the shw unless yu have rented space in Machinery Rw r made specific paid spnsrship r ther arrangements. Utility trailers can be parked & stred during the shw in the Lewis Hawkes parking lt suth f the Event Center. All equipment drpped ff n Machinery Rw, if unattended, must be labelled with a sign r ther cmpany name and cntact infrmatin in the case we need t reach yu. Any prducts shipped in r ut fr the shw must be labelled with yur bth number, cmpany name and cntact infrmatin with all dcuments prepared fr shipping. Prducts are nt t be shipped any earlier than ne week befre the shw due t minimal strage. Frklifts are available fr mve-in and may be requested at the Registratin ffice. There are frklifts available t lift t a maximum f 5000 lbs, If yur requirements exceed this please make prir arrangements with Shw Management. N threatening r aggressive behaviur t staff, security r ther vendrs will be tlerated. Immediate remvals f exhibit and n refund will be given. Any cmplaints must be given in writing. Evergreen Park reserves the right t mve/remve and refuse any exhibitr fr reasns determined by the staff & management at Evergreen Park.

IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS SUCH AS BOOTH LOCATION, OR YOU WOULD LIKE TO INCREASE OR DECREASE YOUR SPACE AMOUNT PLEASE INDICATE ON NOTES AND REQUEST SECTION ON CONTRACT. ALL REQUESTS WILL BE CONSIDERED AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. HOWEVER, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY REQUEST.
