1 Terms and Cnditins HPLC Dem Clumns By rdering a dem clumn yu agree t the fllwing terms and cnditins: 1. Yu can test fr free ne r mre f ur analytical HPLC dem clumns ( dem clumns ). The test perid is 30 days. We will bear the cst fr shipping the clumn(s) t yu and the transprt risk, and yu will bear the cst fr the return shipment t us. 2. The rder fr a dem clumn shuld be clearly marked with the wrd dem clumn and if pssible the prduct cde with an additinal D in frnt f the regular cde: DF The rder must be dne in a written frm t us ( r fax). With sending us such a dem rder yu accept t all terms and cnditins in this dcument. 3. In case f a dem rder yu have t register n ur website ( if nt already dne. Withut registratin we will be unable t fulfill yur dem rder requests. The registratin n ur website is bligatry fr end users. 4. Orders fr dem clumns are nly pssible during the term f the test-prmtin. Yu will find the term f the test-prmtin in the respective prmtin material and n ur website We reserve urselves the right nt t ffer all prducts as dem clumns. Furthermre we cannt deliver dem clumns t specific cuntries due t custm prblems r exprt cntrl regulatins. 5. Dem clumns can be used befre. Of curse in case f a successful test yu can buy new prducts. The dem clumns fully remain ur prperty. 6. Dem clumns shall nly be used fr testing purpses and they cannt be purchased. We d nt warrant that the dem clumns are suitable fr yur intended testing purpses and that thrugh its use damages t ther HPLC accessries are excluded. In case f dubts regarding the usability f the dem clumns fr the intended testing purpses yu shuld first cntact us. We shall be liable nly fr intent and grss negligence. This limitatin des nt apply in cases f mandatry liability e.g. mandatry liability pursuant t the German Prduct Liability Act r in case f fraudulent cncealment, r in case f damages culpably caused t a persn s life, bdy r health. 7. Yu will handle the dem clumn(s) carefully and apprpriately and use them in accrdance with the attached manual. D nt change r damage the clumn bx and d nt label the dem clumn(s) r the clumn bx. D nt remve the manual and the certificate f analysis. The dem clumn(s) must be returned inside an verpack in rder t prtect ur dem clumn bx. Damaged clumn bxes and/r missing dcuments (manuals, certificate f Analysis (CA)) will be charged with 30,00 net. 2 8. After the test perid f 30 days all dem clumns must be returned within further 14 days t us. Otherwise we assume that yu decided t keep the clumns and we will charge yu the amunt f a regular equivalent clumn(s). 9. Furthermre we expect a shrt test reprt with chrmatgram f the perfrmed test and the signed CERTIFICATE OF NON-HAZARDOUS MATERIAL with which yu cnfirm that the returned dem clumns d nt cntain any txic, radiactive r ther hazardus residues and may be handled and transprted withut risk fr life, bdy r health. Please send us befre return f the dem clumn(s) via a signed cpy f the CERCTIFICATE OF NON-HAZARDOURS MATERIAL. Please add the riginal dcument int the dem clumn bx. Unfrtunately we cannt accept any returns withut a signed CERCTIFICATE OF NON-HAZARDOURS MATERIAL. In an unlikely case f n pssibility f signing the dcument r if dangerus r hazardus substances are present with ur clumns, we may charge yu the amunt f the regular equivalent clumn(s). 10. 3 GUIDELINE FOR HPLC DEMO Säulen Dear Custmer, We are happy t prvide yu a Shdex HPLC Dem Clumn. Please Check the manual which slvent(s) can be used. Equilibrate the clumn with yur apprpriate mbile phase. D nt use (bi ) hazardus r radiactive (labeled) slvents r samples. Cntact us r yur distributr fr technical supprt and methd develpment. Flush the clumn with the shipping slvent (see manual) after use. Keep the dcuments (manual & certificate f analysis) in the clumn bx. Please ensure that the returned dem clumn des nt cntain any txic, radiactive r ther hazardus residues and cnfirm it by signing the attached CERTIFICATE OF NON-HAZARDOUS MATERIAL alng with a cmpany stamp. In case f mre than ne dem clumn, sign a CERTIFICATE OF NON-HAZARDOUS MATERIAL fr each dem clumn separately. Return the clumn within 14 days after the 30 day trial phase.
