Rewards Prgram Eligibility The Gas and Grcery Rewards Prgram (the Rewards Prgram ) is nly available at participating Albertsns Market, Amigs, United Supermarkets, United Express, and Market Street lcatins. All Guests are eligible t sign up fr the Rewards Prgram by using the website signing up in stre, r enrlling n The United Market mbile app. Once signed up, use yur Rewards accunt t earn pints tward rewards ( Rewards ). Pints can be earned n qualifying purchases until therwise ntified by United Supermarkets LLC. There is n cst t enrll in the Rewards Prgram r related clubs. Team Members f United Supermarkets, LLC, are eligible t participate in the Rewards Prgram. Yu may cancel yur Rewards participatin at any time by cntacting Guest Services tll free at r submit a cmment frm at Earning Pints As sn as Guests sign up, they can use their Rewards accunt t earn pints when purchasing eligible prducts. Pints ttaling less than 100 expire at the end f the calendar mnth in which they were earned. Fr example, pints earned n January 5, expire at 11:59 PM Central time n January 31. Guests using a Rewards accunt earn 1 pint fr every dllar spent n qualifying purchases. Ttal pints earned in a purchase are based n the subttal amunt, after discunts have been deducted, and prir t any tax, runded dwn t the last whle dllar amunt. The purchase f qualifying gift cards with yur registered Rewards accunt earns 2 pints per dllar every day. See stre fr details n qualifying gift cards and seasnal events. 1

2 Pints are calculated n net purchases, after prmtinal discunts, and prir t taxes being applied. Hwever, certain items are excluded frm earning pints, including the fllwing: Fuel Alchl Tbacc Lttery tickets Stre Gift Cards Variable-lad financial gift cards Chevrn and Texac gift cards Mbile phne cards Federal, state, and lcal taxes Mney rders and funds transfers Utility payments and cmparable items and transactins Returns, credits, and refunds Value f cupns, discunts, and ther prmtinal ffers Pstage stamps Depending n state and lcal laws, fluid items in the refrigerated dairy sectin-including fluid dairy substitutes Any ther prducts sld at face value as a cnvenience fr ur Guests Purchases such as beer, wine and tbacc cannt be rewarded under Texas and New Mexic law, meaning pints cannt be earned and rewards cannt be redeemed n these purchases. 3 Redeeming Pints fr Rewards Once a Guest earns 100 pints, the pints are available t redeem fr a discunt ( Reward ). Rewards earned during each mnth can be used thrugh the end f the fllwing calendar mnth (fr example, rewards earned in January can be used thrugh the end f February and wuld expire at 2 AM Muntain Time n March 1 st ). Redeem 100 pints (1 reward) fr $10 ff per galln incrementally up t $1.00 ff per galln fr 1,000 pints ( Gas Rewards ). Yu are allwed n mre than 25 gallns in a single fill-up, subject t runding fr Chevrn r Texac in-stre fuel transactins r limits placed n yur payment card by yur financial institutin, which may be lwer, and a limit f 1 vehicle per transactin. Pints cannt be redeemed after pumping. Gas Rewards are available at United Express fuel statins, Safeway, Vns, Randalls, Tm Thumb, Albertsns and Carrs/Safeway branded fuel statins (cllectively, Albertsns Cmpanies Banner stres ) and participating Chevrn and Texac statins utside f the Dallas-Frt Wrth area. Rewards, nt pints, earned at United Banner stres utside f the Dallas-Frt Wrth area can be cmbined with rewards earned at Albertsns Cmpanies Banner stres and redeemed at participating Chevrn and Texac statins utside f the Dallas Frt-Wrth area and at Albertsns fuel lcatins. Rewards earned at Albertsns Cmpanies Banner stres cannt be redeemed at United Banner stres r United Banner fuel lcatins. Rewards earned at Market Street lcatins in Allen, Clleyville, Cppell, Flwer Mund, Frisc, McKinney and Plan, TX (Dallas-Frt Wrth area) cannt be redeemed at participating Chevrn and Texac statins r cmbined with pints earned at Albertsns Cmpanies Banner stres. Pints earned at United Banner stres and Albertsns Cmpanies Banner stres cannt be cmbined fr rewards n either grcery items at United Banner stres r fuel at any fuel lcatins. Gas rewards are available fr use at participating Chevrn and Texac statins apprximately 4 hurs after earning them at participating lcatins. Pints and rewards have n cash value. Enrlling in Rewards Guests will enrll in the Rewards Prgram by prviding a unique 10-digit phne number r alternate ID. The phne number r alternate ID must be prvided at checkut in rder t participate in the Rewards Prgram. 3
