Simply cmplete the nline trade-in claim frm, prvide prf f purchase/lease and return an ld eligible HP r Nn-HP Prduct fr recycling within the stipulated timelines t receive the Trade-in rebate! Purchases and invices dated prir t r after this timeframe will nt be eligible fr this prmtin. Resellers may claim n behalf f the end-user custmer prvided the Trade-in Rebate has been passed n t the custmer at the pint f purchase and the invice indicates the rebate was applied t the Eligible Prduct. In the case where there is a Big Deal/Cntract pricing, the custmer can take the higher f the tw discunts. Prgram Rules and Requirements End user custmers are eligible t participate in this Prgram. Eligible HP Authrized Resellers ( Eligible Resellers ) may als participate in this Prgram and submit claims as the agent, and n behalf, f their Custmer prvided Trade-in Rebate has been passed n t the custmer at the pint-f purchase. Invices must shw the Trade-in Rebate was applied t the Eligible Prduct. Reseller will be respnsible fr the Trade-in f ld prduct fr recycling. Reseller must include the Acknwledgement & Release Frm. Only ne cash back allwance may be claimed per new prduct purchased r leased by the custmer. This is a ne-fr-ne prduct trade nly. The custmer must purchase r lease ne eligible HP DesignJet printer, and Trade-in ne HP r nn-hp eligible prduct t qualify. Leased prduct: The prmtin is available fr new lease agreements entered int between an HP Authrized Reseller and an end-user custmer if the fllwing cnditins are met: The new lease agreement must be fr at least a ne-(1) year term. The sales invice submitted with the claim must list the leasing services f the item being sld (e.g. fr lease f an HP DesignJet printer XXX applicable (date) thrugh (date)) and a cpy f the lease must be attached t the sales agreement. Bth the new lease unit and the Trade-in Prduct must be eligible prducts. This prmtin is available t Canadian custmers nly. HP Prducts purchased utside Canada are nt authrized fr participatin.

The prmtin is nt valid n refurbished r dem prducts. Offer valid fr Eligible HP Prducts specified in the Eligible Prducts list and nly while quantities last. N substitutins permitted. HP endeavrs t prcess valid payment claims in eight (8) weeks frm claim cmpletin. HP will nt be liable where claims are prcessed utside f this timeframe. 3 Trade-in Prf-f-Ownership Requirements By agreeing t these terms and cnditins, the custmer warrants that all Trade-in equipment r the sale and shipment f such equipment must nt vilate any applicable laws, statutes, rdinances r regulatins, including exprt laws. The custmer is respnsible fr cmplying with any and all such laws. End-user custmer must warrant that they hld legal title t the Trade-in prduct, free f liens r security interest, and has the legal right t transfer the Trade-in prduct t HP. Title t the Trade-in prduct fr recycling transfers t HP n the date and time the Trade-in prduct fr recycling are shipped. The end-user custmer must have prf f purchase f the Trade-in Prduct(s) and prvide it t HP upn request. Detailed Prgram Steps and Timing Purchase r lease an eligible HP DesignJet printer as defined in the Eligible Prduct list between March 1, 2017, and April 30, 2017 frm an eligible HP Authrized Reseller. G t and cmplete the nline claim frm by May 31, Claims after this date will nt be accepted. The serial number and make/mdel f the eligible trade-in prduct must be supplied during this claiming step. Once the claim is submitted, a cnfirmatin with a claim number will be sent. Please print and save fr yur recrds. Reference this claim number fr all questins relating t this prmtin. The prf f purchase must cntain the fllwing infrmatin: Name and address f the end-user custmer; Name and address f the HP reseller; Mdel, serial number, purchase price and purchase date f the eligible HP Prduct. If Rebate is being claimed by HP Reseller n behalf f the end-user custmer, it must be clearly indicated n the enduser custmer invice that the rebate has been applied upfrnt t the eligible prduct. Within ne (1) business day f validatin f the Prf f Purchase, shipping instructins and a shipping label will be ed t yu fr shipment f the Main Print Cntrller Bard. The entire trade-in printer will nt be returned t HP. The custmer must return the Main Print Cntrller Bard f the eligible Trade-in printer fr recycle in accrdance with the instructins prvided by the prgram. The shipping instructins/label is valid until June 30, Custmer ships Trade-in prduct using their wn bx and the shipping label prvided. The trade-in Main Print Cntrller bard must be shipped by June 30, Please allw eight (8) weeks fr receipt f the cash-back cheque upn validatin f the Prf f Purchase f the eligible new prduct and the receipt and inspectin f the eligible Trade-in Main Print Cntrller bard. If payment has nt been received after 8 weeks, please cntact Custmer Service by calling r hpcanada@marketvelcity.cm. Claimants prviding an incmplete claim frm will be ntified via and ffered the pprtunity t prvide the required items within seven (7) calendar days. If the claimant still fails t cmply with the terms and cnditins, the claim fr cash back will be refused. HP will nt be liable fr any delay in respnding utside f the seven (7) day timeframe.

4 Eligible Resellers Claiming n Behalf f the End-user: Authrized HP resellers may submit claims n behalf f their qualifying end-user custmer by fllwing the claim prcess utlined belw. The Reseller must pass the full cash back amunt t the custmer first. It must be clearly indicated n the invice that the credit has been given up frnt t the custmer as part f the purchase price. HP will be auditing claims t ensure authenticity. Claims that d nt shw this may be rejected. When submitting a claim, please attach the signed Acknwledgment and Release frm signed by Reseller and Custmer. A cpy f the Acknwledgement and Release Frm can be dwnladed frm the prmtin website The reseller must als attach the invice shwing the upfrnt Trade-in Rebate amunt alng with a pht f the back panel f the eligible trade-in prduct with the mdel and serial number visible in the picture. HP will nt cmpensate resellers fr discunts that exceed the prmtin Trade-in values. Participatin in the HP DesignJet Cash In & Trade In prmtin indicates that end-user custmer agrees that its reseller, and nt HP, is slely respnsible fr any negtiated sums exceeding HP s authrized Trade-in values. Reseller will nt receive the Trade-in rebate until the Trade-in prduct has been received and verified. Reseller is respnsible t ensure the Trade-in Prduct that was prvided by the end-user custmer is returned t HP within the return windw. Reseller may nt substitute ther Trade-in Prduct r submit Trade-in Prduct nt wned by end-user custmer. Trade-in Pickup and Delivery The Trade-in prducts must be lcated in Canada. The shipping instructins are valid until June 30, HP will pay usual and custmary shipping charges fr the Main Print Cntrller bard frm the trade-in prduct as part f this prmtin when the designated shipping carrier is used. It is imprtant t use ur shipping label as it will be used t expedite tracking, identificatin and increase the speed f trade-in. The claimant must cntact the designated shipping carrier t schedule pick-up. The claimant is respnsible fr the de-installatin f the prduct and must prperly prepare the Trade-in fr shipment. The claimant is respnsible fr remving all data, including withut limitatin, any persnally identifiable infrmatin r prtected healthcare infrmatin, frm all Trade-in prducts befre shipping the prducts t HP under this Prgram. By sending any prduct t HP, the custmer agrees t release HP frm any claim as t the data stred in such prduct, r in any media r data strage device included with such prduct that yu send t HP, and fr the security, integrity, cnfidentiality, disclsure r use f any such data. HP will nt be respnsible fr securing, prtecting, keeping secret r therwise managing any frm f data r infrmatin that is stred n r therwise cntained in any prduct that the custmer sends t HP r an HP service prvider (including any cmputer hard drive, ROM, CDROM, disk r ther strage media f any frm). The claimant is respnsible fr paying fr prper packaging t ship the Trade-in unit. Once the Trade-in prduct is shipped, HP cannt, and des nt guarantee, that it will be able t hnr any request fr return f the prduct and/r any data r infrmatin cntained in such prduct. HP shall nt be respnsible fr the lss, safekeeping, r maintenance in cnfidence f any data resident n Trade-in prducts. All Trade-in prducts fr recycle are subject t inspectin and acceptance by HP upn receipt and prir t issuance f any cash back allwance. The claimant warrants that the Trade-in prducts are free f any liens r encumbrances, including third-party sftware which may nt be transferred r fr which ryalties are due. The end-user shall indemnify HP frm all claims r lsses sustained by HP as a result f any breach f this warranty. Risk f lss fr the Trade-in prducts shall remain with the claimant and/r end-user until delivery f the same t HP s designated carrier.

Title f the Trade-in prduct passes t HP at the earlier f either receiving the Trade-in cash back allwance r HP s carrier has picked up the Trade-in prduct. HP reserves the right t delay payment, and/r review all claims that require investigatin due t suspicius activity. All prducts returned as part f this prgram are sent t an HP apprved recycler. HP is nt respnsible fr any data that may still reside n a machine. If applicable, the custmer shuld take necessary precautins t clear any sensitive infrmatin frm devices. Transmissin Errrs HP makes every effrt t ensure the accuracy f all infrmatin that the claimant receives in relatin t the Trade-in prduct. In the event f typgraphical errrs, technical inaccuracies, r prduct pricing errrs r missins, HP reserves the right t crrect the errr within ten (10) calendar days f the trade. If HP crrects the errr, HP will prvide yu with the fllwing ptins: (1) t prceed with the transactin based n the crrected infrmatin; r (2) t cancel the transactin Fraudulent Claims All dcumentatin submitted fr this Prgram becmes prperty f HP and will nt be returned. Submitting false claims fr prgram benefits will disqualify the claim, make the claimant ineligible fr future participatin in HP prmtinal prgrams, and may subject claimant t civil liability r criminal prsecutin. Prgram Changes r Terminatin This prgram is subject t change r terminatin at any time, withut ntice, by HP.
