23 LIMITED WARRANTY DETAILS CherryTree Inc. warrants t the riginal buyer that any part f the hardware system, excluding sftware, dcumentatin and similar items, will be free f defects in wrkmanship and materials fr the perid the warranty included with the purchase frm the date f delivery t Custmer. Unless stated therwise, licensed PCs, Custm Gaming PCs and Wrkstatins cme with a neyear warranty perid. Extended Warranty Perids f 24 mnths and 36 mnths can be purchased during cnfiguratin. During the warranty perid, CherryTree Inc. will repair r replace, at its sle discretin, the defective hardware system, fr defects specified by yu, free f charge fr labr and/r parts depending n yur warranty perid. Parts may nt be the same but will be equivalent parts. CherryTree Inc. will cver shipping csts back and frth and replace the part(s) within the first 30 days f receiving yur cmputer system. After 30 days yu will be held liable fr shipping csts t CherryTree and CherryTree will cver return shipping back t yu. The remedy fr this breach f warranty is limited t replacement r repair with parts warranted fr the remainder f the warranty perid. Any additinal purchases r upgrades will nt extend this warranty. Excluded frm this warranty is any damage caused during shipment (except the shipment t the riginal buyer) and any damage caused by: impacts, fluids, fire, fld, wind, earthquake, lightning r similar disaster; unauthrized mdificatins, attachments r peripherals, imprper use, envirnment, installatin r electrical supply; imprper maintenance; any ther misuse, abuse, r mishandling. CherryTree s sle liability, under this warranty, fr failure t repair r replace the hardware system after a reasnable number f attempts is limited t replacement r, at CherryTree s sle discretin, refund f the riginal purchase price. The abve cnstitutes buyer s exclusive remedies fr breach f warranty. CherryTree shall, under n circumstances, be liable fr any ther damages, including but nt limited t special, incidental, cnsequential and ther similar claims whether based upn breach f cntract, breach f warranty, negligence, r strict liability, r any ther similar theries. Damages excluded include but are nt limited t: lss f prfit, lss f revenue, lss f data r sftware, lss f use f the hardware system, lss f use f related equipment, cst f substitute r replacement equipment, dwn-time, purchaser s time, injury t prperty, and all claims f third parties. The 3 Year Limited Warranty cvers labr csts fr 3 years and direct defective part replacement service directly frm CherryTree s inventry fr 1 year. After the first year, CherryTree will help replace any

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY Call the Technical Supprt Department at (866) Have yur rder number and serial number available. The technical supprt staff will assist yu in diagnsing the prblem ver the phne. If the prblem cannt be reslved ver the phne, we will decide n the best curse f actin fr cmplete custmer satisfactin. If return is authrized, please return the prduct. D nt return any prducts withut prir authrizatin. Prducts returned withut prir authrizatin will be rejected. CherryTree will nt be respnsible fr cnsequential damage t the bards r the system r any f its cmpnents caused by either internal r external equipment, shrted cnnectins r cmpnents nt installed by r purchased frm CherryTree. CherryTree will als nt be respnsible fr damages t any cmpnents r lss f any data fr gds purchased frm CherryTree. The limited warranty als des nt cver damages r defects that may have been caused by: Shipping damage (ther than the riginal shipment), imprper installatin r maintenance, misuse, neglect r imprper envirnment, repair, mdificatin, adjustment, r installatin f ptins r parts nt by a CherryTree emplyee, inadequate r excessive electrical pwer surges, r ther pwer irregularities. CherryTree will als nt replace, repair, r refund n any purchase if the item serial numbers d nt match, r if the prduct is nt sld directly by CherryTree r if a VOID WARRANTY decal has been damaged, remved r tampered with. CherryTree will replace defective parts the same r equivalent t new parts at n cst. Any ther part replacement that is different frm the riginal cnfiguratin must be purchased at cst. Nte: D nt include any accessries with yur cmputer system fr warranty repairs. If yu d prvide such materials, CherryTree will nt be held respnsible fr any missing accessries such as sftware, adapters, etc. In the event n defect is fund that is cvered by the warranty, CherryTree will charge a test fee, advise the Custmer and return the nn- defective prduct when Custmer pays the test fees and pays fr return shipping. If such fees are nt paid within 15 days after ntificatin, the prduct shall be salvaged r dispsed withut any duty t accunt t Custmer. COSMETIC DAMAGES CherryTree takes as much precautin t ensure that all f ur systems leave ur facility withut any scratches r dents. T ensure we maintain this gal, a thrugh external inspectin is dne prir t the cmputer being placed int the packaging bx. Any csmetic damages that are larger than the size f a U.S. dime will be taken care f by CherryTree if reprted within the first 7 days f riginal delivery. RETURN OF REPLACEMENT HARDWARE If CherryTree des nt receive replacement hardware back within 30 Days, CherryTree reserves the right t charge the custmer fr the value f the hardware, and/r, VOID the custmer s warranty and technical supprt services.
