Sme emplyers have plicies permitting emplyees t engage in nline training exercises, but frbidding emplyees frm entering Prmtins. If yur emplyer has such a plicy, yu may nt enter Prmtins ffered via the Micrsft Retail ExpertZne. If yu have any questins abut yur eligibility, please cntact yur emplyer t cnfirm that (a) yur emplyer is an Authrized Retailer (as defined in Sectin 2 belw), and (b) yur emplyer s plicies allw yu t enter Prmtins. If yu participate in vilatin f yur emplyer's plicies, yu may be disqualified frm a) participating in Prmtins ffered via the Micrsft Retail ExpertZne, r b) receiving any prizes. We disclaim any and all liability r respnsibility fr disputes arising between an emplyee and their emplyer related t this matter, and prizes will nly be awarded in cmpliance with the emplyer's plicies. COMMON TERMS USED IN THESE RULES: These are the fficial rules that gvern hw the Micrsft Retail ExpertZne Prmtin will perate (the Prmtin ). The Prmtin will cnsist f separate Prmtins (each, a Prmtins ). Each Prmtin will have unique entry criteria, entry perids, entry limits, winner selectin dates, and prizing, as specified in its crrespnding Prmtins Details. In additin, each Prmtin may have additinal eligibility requirements. As a result, we encurage yu t carefully review these Official Rules and the Prmtins Details fr each Prmtin. The Prmtin and all Prmtins ffered via the Micrsft Retail ExpertZne are gverned by the Micrsft Retail ExpertZne Terms f Use, these Official Rules and the applicable Prmtins Details. If there are any incnsistencies between the Terms f Use, these Official Rules, and the Prmtins Details fr a Prmtin, these Official Rules will gvern as t the peratin f a Prmtins.

2 In these rules, we, ur, and us refer t Micrsft Limited, the spnsr f the Prmtin and each Prmtins. Yu, yurself, I, me, and my refers t an eligible Prmtins entrant. 1. WHAT ARE THE START AND END DATES? Each Prmtin that is a part f this Prmtin has unique prizing that is described in its crrespnding Prmtins Details. 2. ACCEPTANCE Yur entry cnstitutes full and uncnditinal acceptance f these Terms and Cnditins and yu agree t be bund by them n entry. 3. CAN I ENTER? Yu are eligible t participate in any Prmtins that is a part f this Prmtin if yu meet the fllwing requirements at time f Prmtins entry: Yu are a legal resident f UK 18 years f age r lder; and Yu are emplyed in a retail sales and/r supprt rle at any Authrized Retailer in the UK; and Fr purpses f this Prmtin and all Prmtins that are part f this Prmtin, Authrized Retailer means a retailer Micrsft has authrized t ffer Xbx r Micrsft prducts and services in UK. Prize claims are subject t verificatin f yur emplyment status. Yu meet any additinal eligibility requirements described in the crrespnding Prmtins Details; and Yu are NOT an emplyee, affiliate, agent r independent cntractr f Micrsft r a Micrsft subsidiary; and Yu are NOT invlved in any part f the administratin and executin f this Prmtin; and Yu are NOT an immediate family (parent, sibling, spuse, child) r husehld member f an emplyee, affiliate, agent r independent cntractr f Micrsft r a Micrsft subsidiary, r a persn invlved in any part f the administratin and executin f this Prmtin r any Prmtins.

3 This Prmtin and each Prmtin is vid utside the gegraphic area identified abve and wherever else prhibited by law. 4. HOW DO I ENTER? Each Prmtin that is a part f this Prmtin has unique entry requirements and entry limits that are described in its crrespnding Prmtins Details. We are nt respnsible fr entries that we d nt receive fr any reasn, r fr entries that we receive but are nt decipherable fr any reasn. We will autmatically disqualify: Any incmplete r illegible entry; and Any entries that we receive frm yu that are in excess f the entry limit described in the Prmtins Details. 5. WHAT IS/ARE THE PRIZE(S)? Each Prmtin that is a part f this Prmtin has unique prizing that is described in its crrespnding Prmtins Details. If fr any reasn an advertised prize is unavailable, we reserve the right t substitute a prize f equal r greater value as permitted. We will nly award ne (1) prize per persn per Prmtins. If yu are selected as a ptential winner f a Prmtin subject t verificatin f yur emplyment status: The prize will be awarded t yu and yu shall ensure it is used and/r distributed in accrdance with yur emplyer s plicies; and Yu may nt exchange yur prize fr cash r any ther merchandise r services; and Yu may nt designate smene else as the winner. If yu are unable r unwilling t accept yur prize, we will award it t an alternate ptential winner; and If yu accept a prize, yu will be slely respnsible fr all applicable taxes related t accepting the prize; and If yu accept a prize that is Micrsft sftware, yu acknwledge that Micrsft sftware is licensed nt sld, t end users. All wnership, title and intellectual prperty rights in and t the sftware (including any assciated media) and services, including any dcumentatin r printed materials, are wned by Micrsft r its suppliers. ALL PRIZES THAT ARE MICROSOFT

4 SOFTWARE ARE SUBJECT TO YOUR CONSENT TO ANY APPLICABLE LICENSE THAT IS DELIVERED OR INCLUDED WITH THE SOFTWARE (the "End User License"). If yu d nt agree t the End User License terms nce yu see them, yu may return the item within 30 days frm the date f prize delivery by cntacting Micrsft and mailing (by first class mail) the uncpied sftware, all dcumentatin and printed materials and prf f purchase frm Micrsft t the address listed belw: Micrsft Limited Thames Valley Park, Reading, RG6 1WG, England If yu are returning a prize that is Micrsft sftware, please nte that we will nt prvide a substitute prize. Unless therwise nted in the Prmtins Details, all prizes are subject t the warranty terms set frth in sectin 13 f the Retail ExpertZne Terms f Use. If yu meet the stated eligibility criteria fr the Prmtins, but yu have nt yet reached the age f majrity in yur state f residence, then yu understand that we may award the prize t yur parent/legal guardian n yur behalf. 6. HOW ARE WINNERS SELECTED AND NOTIFIED? Each Prmtin that is a part f this Prmtin has unique winner selectin dates described in its crrespnding Prmtins Details. Fr each Prmtins, we, r a cmpany acting under ur authrizatin, will select ptential winners in a randm drawing frm all eligible entries received. If yu are a ptential winner, we will ntify yu by sending a message t the address, the phne number, r mailing address (if any) prvided at time f entry within seven (7) days fllwing the randm drawing. If the ntificatin that we send is returned as undeliverable, r yu are therwise unreachable fr any reasn, we may award the prize t an alternate randmly selected winner.

5 If there is a dispute as t wh is the ptential winner, we will cnsider the ptential winner t be the authrized accunt hlder f the address used t enter the Prmtins. If yu are a ptential winner: We may require yu t prvide verificatin f yur emplyment status; and We may require yu t sign an affidavit f eligibility, liability / publicity release; and If yu meet the stated eligibility criteria fr the Prmtins, but yu have nt yet reached the age f majrity in yur state f residence, we may require yur parent r legal guardian t sign the affidavit f eligibility and liability/publicity release n yur behalf. If yu (r yur parent/legal guardian if applicable) d nt sign and return the dcumentatin that we require within the time perid listed n the winner ntificatin message, we may disqualify yu and select an alternate, randmly selected winner. 7. If yu attempt t cmprmise the integrity r the legitimate peratin f this Prmtin r any Prmtin that is a part f this Prmtin by hacking r by cheating r cmmitting fraud in ANY way, we may seek damages frm yu t the fullest extent permitted by law. Entrants t the Prmtin will nt be added t any database list.
