These campaign rules ( rules ) explain yur rights and duties in cnnectin with this cmpetitin. If yu take part in this campaign r accept any rewards, these rules will apply t yu and yu agree that the prmter(s) can assume that yu have read and have agreed t be legally bund these campaign rules. Cmpetitin Name: Prmter(s) Name(s): FNB Cnnect & Service Prvider 100MB Free Data Campaign This campaign is run by FNB Cnnect & Service Prvider a business unit within First Natinal Bank, a divisin f FirstRand Bank Limited with Reg. N. 1929/001225/06 ( FNB ). In these rules we refer t the abve prmter(s) as the prmter(s), r us r we. We will refer t participants and winners as yu r the custmer. Cmpetitin Perid Participatin and Qualifying Criteria This cmpetitin shall cmmence n the 1 st f July 2017 ( Campaign Perid ) 1. T qualify fr participatin in this campaign yu must: Have a Cnnect Prepaid SIM card. Hld a qualifying Suth African FNB accunt, Buy Cnnect prepaid airtime, vice bundles, data bundles r SMS bundles via FNB electrnic channels frm yur Suth African FNB Bank Accunt. *Fr the purpses f this Campaign, FNB electrnic channels include the fllwing: FNB Cellphne Banking (*120*321#, *130*321# & fnb.mbi) FNB Online Banking FNB APP FNB ATM *Fr the purpses f this Cmpetitin, Qualifying Suth African FNB accunts include the fllwing: FNB Gld Cheque Accunt, FNB Platinum Cheque Accunt, FNB Private Wealth Cheque Accunt, FNB One Accunt, FNB Islamic Cheque Accunt, FNB Encre Platinum Cheque Accunt, FNB Private Clients Cheque Accunt, RMB Private Bank Cheque Accunt, RMB Private Bank Signet Cheque Accunt, and FNB Private Wealth Signet Cheque Accunt. FNB Business Accunt (Sle Prprietary Only) 2. General rules fr Participatin and Qualificatin. Purchases made frm r using FNB ewallet accunts d NOT qualify fr entry int the Cmpetitin. Custmers may buy Cnnect prepaid airtime, vice bundles, data bundles r SMS bundles fr themselves. Where custmers reverse the purchase(s) during the Cmpetitin Perid, thse purchase(s) will be disqualified frm entry int the Cmpetitin..If the purchase is nt prcessed fr any reasn, the purchase will nt be entered int the Campaign. 1

2 Hw this cmpetitin wrks? Cnnect Prepaid custmers will initially be allcated 100MB free data after being 5 t 60 days active. In the next mnth, the custmers will then be prmpted t spend R35 r mre n Cnnect Airtime, Data, SMS Bundles r Vice Bundles. If the custmer spends the minimum amunt f R35, he/she will be rewarded with 100MB f Cnnect Data. In the fllwing mnth the custmer will be again be prmpted t spend R35 and will be allcated anther free 100MB Cnnect bundle. Shuld yu meet the participatin and qualifying criteria during the Campaign Perid, yu will qualify fr the reward applicable. The custmer will get a maximum f 300MB allcated if the abve rules are applied. IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES: Eligibility: Wh qualifies t take part? Is there a limit n the number f times yu can enter? All FNB Cnnect Prepaid custmers Any FNB custmer hlding a Suth African FNB transactinal accunt (private individual accunt, Business Accunt, r a sle prprietr accunt) qualifies fr participatin, unless they are autmatically disqualified as described in these terms and cnditins. Where participants are under the age f 18 (Eighteen), parental r legal guardian cnsent and assistance shall be required fr acceptance f the prize, as will acceptance f these terms and cnditins. The custmer will nly be rewarded these 3 allcatins n ne prepaid SIM. The same custmer des nt qualify fr the campaign multiple times regardless f whether they have multiple Prepaid SIMs. Hw will allcatins be dne? The first free 100MB f Cnnect Data will be allcated n the first weekday f the mnth. On the first weekday f mnth tw, the ttal custmer Cnnect spend will be calculated and if the spend exceeds R35 the custmer will be allcated 100MB n the same day (r earliest date). On the 1 st weekday f the 3 rd mnth, the ttal custmer Cnnect spend will be calculated and if the spend exceeds R35 the custmer will be allcated 100MB n the same day (r earliest date). Hw will custmers be ntified? Via SMS ntificatin Questins abut these rules: us n PrepaidTier3@fnb.c.za fr any questins r queries related t the rules r cmpetitin in general. 2

3 IMPORTANT: Yu agree t indemnify the prmter(s) fully fr any lss r damage the prmter(s) may suffer because yu breached the cmpetitin rules. Under this entire clause indemnify means yu agree t reimburse the prmter(s) fr the fllwing: any lss r damage they suffer, any expenses and csts they paid r are respnsible fr. Legal csts means csts n an attrney and wn client scale. Yu als agree t indemnify the prmter(s) fr any lss r damage yu suffered because yu tk part in this cmpetitin r used the prize. If yu enter the cmpetitin, r use r accept the prize, yu understand that yu d s f yur wn free will. This means that yu cannt hld the prmter(s) legally respnsible fr any lss r damage r legal expenses yu suffered because yu tk part in this cmpetitin r used the prize. Yu furthermre agree t indemnify the prmter(s) fully fr any lss, damage, claim, r injury that may ccur because f the use f the prize r yur inablity t use the prize fr any reasn. This includes, but is nt limited t, injury, lss, death r financial damages caused t any persn ther than yurself. Yu therefre agree that yu cannt hld the prmter(s) legally respnsible fr any lss r damage r legal expenses r medical expenses yu suffered caused because yu used the prize. Yu will prtect the prmter(s) frm being held legally respnsible fr the lss r damage r legal expenses f anther persn (legal r natural) if such lss r damage r expense was incurred because: a) yu breached the cmpetitin rules; b) yu tk part in this cmpetitin; and/r c) yu r any persn used a prize. FNB will nt be respnsible fr any harm, damage, lss r claim relating t the prvisin f any element f a prize r any changes t a prize that may be made at any time. Yu agree that yur participatin in the cmpetitin, and yur acceptance and/r use f a prize, r any aspect theref, is at yur wn risk. If an FNB representative is able t get hld f yu after making reasnable effrts t d s, yu will lse yur prize and the judges may award it t smene else. If yu fail t cmply with any part f these rules yu will be disqualified and yu will frfeit any prize(s). Yu are respnsible fr the tax (if any and applicable) assciated with using r accepting any prize. Yu may nt attempt t d anything t change the utcme f the cmpetitin in any way. The judges decisin is final and n crrespndence will be entered int. This means yu cannt appeal any decisin by the judges. The prmter(s) have the right t end this cmpetitin at any time r subsititute r change the prizes. If this happens yu agree t waive (give up) any rights that yu may have abut this cmpetitin and agree that yu will have n rights (legal recurse) against the prmter(s). The prmter(s) reserve the right t change the rules f the cmpetitin. The prmter(s) can change the rules f the cmpetitin thrughut the duratin f the cmpetitin. Fr cnvenience nly, the date n which these rules were last amended will be shwn belw the heading. It is yur respnsibility t check the rules fr amendments. The clauses in these rules are severable. This means that if any clause in these rules is fund t be unlawful, it will be remved and the remaining clauses will still apply. Where any dates r times need t be calculated in terms f this agreement, the internatinal standard time: GMT plus tw hurs will be used. While the prmter(s) may allw yu extra time t cmply with yur bligatins r decide nt t exercise sme r all f ur rights, r waive certain requirements, the prmter(s) can still insist n the strict applicatin f any r all f its rights at a later stage. Yu must nt assume that this means that the rules have been changed r that it n lnger applies t yu. Yu must send all legal ntices t FNB Legal, 3rd Flr, N 1 First Place, Bank City, Jhannesburg,
