1 AIR CANADA FAN FLIGHT CONTEST 2018 OTTAWA SENATORS OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS The Air Canada Fan Flight Cntest 2018 Ottawa Senatrs (the Cntest ) is brught t yu by Air Canada (the Cntest Spnsr ) and the Capital Sprts & Entertainment Inc ( Cntest Administratr ). The Cntest starts n Mnday, January 8, 2018 at 12:01 a.m. EST and clses n Sunday, January 21 at 11:59 p.m. EST (hereinafter, the Cntest Perid ). 1. Eligibility The Cntest is pen t all residents f Ontari, living within 75km radius f Ottawa and having reached the legal age f 19 years f age prir t the Cntest Perid and must nt be (and n member f his/her immediately family shall be) an emplyee f the Cntest Administratr (an Eligible Participant ). Emplyees, representatives r agents f Air Canada and its subsidiaries and affiliates, media partners, advertising and prmtinal agencies, and members f the immediate family (parents, children, siblings and spuse, regardless f where they are dmiciled) f any f the afrementined and persns with whm any f the afrementined are dmiciled are nt eligible t enter the Cntest. The Cntest Spnsr and Cntest Administratr shall have the right at any time t require prf f identity and/r eligibility t participate in the Cntest. Failure t prvide such prf may result in disqualificatin. All persnal and ther infrmatin requested by and supplied t the Cntest Spnsr and Cntest Administratr fr the purpse f the Cntest must be truthful, cmplete, accurate and in n way misleading. The Cntest Spnsr and Cntest Administratr reserve the right t disqualify any entry r entrant in its sle discretin, shuld any entry r entrant at any stage cntain and/r supply untruthful, incmplete, inaccurate r misleading persnal details and/r infrmatin. 2. T enter, Eligible Participants must lg nline t the Cntest website at senatrs.cm/acfanflight during the Cntest Perid and fllw the instructins t enter including cmpleting and submitting the fficial Cntest entry frm, and answering the questin: Why d yu deserve t bring an ut-f-twn fan hme t experience a VIP Ottawa Senatrs game at Canadian Tire Centre? (the Cntest Questin ). Althugh nline access is required t enter the Cntest, n purchase is necessary. Many public libraries, Internet cafés, retail businesses and thers ffer free access t Internet. There is a limit f ne entry per persn. Ptential winners may be required t prvide the Cntest Administratr with prf that the ptential winner is the authrized accunt hlder f the address assciated with the winning entry. 3. Grand Prize There is ne grand prize (the Grand Prize ) t be wn cnsisting f the fllwing fr the winner and his/her ut-f-twn guest:

The Grand Prize winner is respnsible fr all fuel, insurance, surcharges, taxes, fees and ther applicable charges with a credit card at time f bking. Use f the airfare tickets are subject t Air Canada s general cnditins f carriage publicly available at The prize winner and his/her ut-f-twn guest must participate in all aspects f the prize tgether (i.e. the prize winner cannt have a different guest fr different aspects f the prize). All travel arrangements, accmmdatin, scheduled events and ther aspects f the prize itinerary will be arranged by the Cntest Spnsrs in their sle and abslute discretin. The apprximate ttal value f the Grand Prize is CDN $1,500 t $4,000. Exact value f the Grand Prize depends n pint f departure and destinatin as well as time f travel. Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and may nt be sld, transferred r cnverted t cash and will nt be refunded if unused. N substitutins, changes r extensins are permitted. Cntest Spnsr reserves the right at its sle discretin t substitute the Grand Prize fr ne f equal r greater value r t allw a Grand Prize transfer. 4. Grand Prize Draw Fllwing the Cntest Perid, the Grand Prize winner will be selected frm all qualified entries by a panel made f tw (2) representatives frm the Cntest Spnsr and tw (2) frm the Cntest Administratr, which will judge the answers t the Cntest Questin based n the fllwing criteria: hw cmpelling the entrant s answer is; and hw much the answer shws the entrant s and the entrant s ut-ftwn guest s lve fr Ottawa Senatrs hckey

Claiming f Grand Prize In rder t be declared a winner and be able t claim the Prize, the Eligible Participant selected by the panel will be cntacted by telephne r by by the Cntest Spnsr r Cntest Administratr r ne f its agents r representatives, shrtly fllwing the selectin and must cnfirm acceptance as a selected Eligible Participant within three (3) calendar days f cntact. If the selected Eligible Participant cannt be cntacted, anther Eligible Participant will be selected by way f randm draw. Befre being declared a winner, each selected Eligible Participant will be required t answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing questin and sign a release and waiver frm cnfirming, withut limitatin, that: He/she cmplies with the eligibility requirements; he/she has read the Cntest rules and regulatins and cmplies cmpletely; he/she accepts the Grand Prize as awarded; he/she acknwledges the Cntest Spnsr and Cntest Administratr s right t publish his/her picture, name and city f residence withut cmpensatin ther than the Grand Prize ffered; he/she successfully answers a time-limited mathematical skill-testing questin; and he/she releases and agrees t hld harmless f all liability the Cntest Spnsr, Cntest Administratr and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, media partners, advertising, prmtinal agencies and each f the freging entities directrs, fficers, emplyees, cntractrs and agents. 6. By entering the Cntest, Eligible Participants agree that the Cntest Spnsr reserves the right t publish withut cmpensatin the full name, city f residence, and phtgraph f all winners and Eligible Participants waive all rights with respect t printed, bradcast and ther frms f publicity.
