HOW TO ENTER 3.1 The Cmpetitin cmmences Sunday 16 December 2018 at 09:30 AEDT and cncludes n Tuesday 30 April 2019 at 16:30 AEST ( the Cmpetitin Perid ). 3.2 Entries must be received within the Cmpetitin Perid: Open at 09:30 AEDT Clse at 16:30 AEST Draw at 12:00 AEST Sunday 16/12/2018 Tuesday 30/04/2019 Wednesday 01/05/ In rder t enter the draw t win the Prize specified in Clause 4.1, entrants can use any f the fllwing methds fr entry int the draw: a) Online registratin at Kia website: (i) Entrants may head nline t kiatennis.cm.au; and (ii) Register all their required details n the entry page (including full name, mbile number, address and pstcde) during the Cmpetitin Perid. b) Cerat Get Mean Online Game: (i) Entrants may visit between 14/01/19 and 30/04/19; and (ii) Cmplete the Get Mean driving game; and (iii) Prvide their persnal details via the nline frm; and (iv) Accept the nline terms and cnditins f the Get Mean driving game.

Entrants can nly enter nce during the Cmpetitin Perid. 3.6 The time f entry will be the time the entry registratin is received by the Cmpetitin database. 3.7 Entrants must incur dwnlad charges applicable t their cntract with their telecmmunicatins prvider. 3.8 Entry details remain the prperty f the Prmter and will nt be returned t the entrant. The winner agrees t grant the Prmter a perpetual and nn-exclusive licence t use their entries in all media wrldwide and the winners will nt be entitled t any fee fr such use. 4. PRIZE 4.1 There will be ne (1) prize. The Prize package details are set ut belw: A trip t Paris Full Details The Prize is a trip fr the winner and ne guest including: Return ecnmy airfares between the winner s clsest Australian state capital city and Paris, France fr the winner and ne guest; Return private car transfers between airprt and accmmdatin in Paris; and Five (5) nights at a minimum 4 star htel accmmdatin twin/duble share (check-in 6 June 2019 and check-ut 11 June 2019). Cnditins The winner and their guest must be available t travel n the set dates utlined in the Prize descriptin. Return ecnmy flights depart frm the clsest airprt t the winner which is lcated in either Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hbart, Melburne Perth r Sydney. The winner and their guest must depart and return frm the same city and must travel tgether n the same flights. RRP (inc. GST) Ttal value ($11,650) TOTAL VALUE $11,650 AUD

Prize value is crrect as f 24 Octber The Prmter accepts n respnsibility fr change in prize value between nw and the ultimate date n which the Prize is taken r received. The winner is nt entitled t receive any mney frm any party if there is a difference between the maximum prize value and the actual prize value at the time f the draw. 4.2 In accepting the Prize the winner agrees t participate in and c-perate with all reasnable media editrial requests, including but nt limited t, being interviewed and phtgraphed, and the winner grants the Prmter a perpetual and nn-exclusive licence t use such ftage and phtgraphs in all media wrldwide and the winner will nt be entitled t any fee fr such use. 4.3 The Prize package has set travel dates and is subject t the fllwing cnditins: The winner will be required t cmplete a prize acceptance frm within 7 days f being ntified as the winner t frmally accept the Prize; The winner must prvide a cpy f their valid passprt with a minimum f 6 mnths validity past the prpsed return date t Australia within 7 days f being ntified as the winner, r the Prize will be reallcated t the next reserve winner drawn at the same time as the riginal draw; The guest f a winner will be required t cmplete a prize acceptance frm and will need t prvide a cpy f their valid passprt with a minimum f 6 mnths validity past the prpsed return date t Australia within 7 days f the winner being ntified t enable the travel bking t be made; and If the winner and their guest d nt cmply with the abve requirements within 8 days f being ntified as the winner, the Prize will be reallcated t the next reserve winner drawn at the same time as the riginal draw. 4.4 The Prize package is a single event hliday and cannt be separated int different hliday segments. 4.5 The winner and their guest must travel tgether n the same flights and stay in the same accmmdatin. 4.6 N cmpensatin r alternative travel plans will be arranged shuld the winner and/r their guest miss their utbund r return flights r fail t meet any check-in requirements fr any reasn. These csts will be the sle respnsibility and expense f the winner and their guest. 4.7 A credit card imprint may be required frm the winner at check-in t the htel fr all incidental charges. 4.8 Once the bking is cnfirmed n changes are allwed, unless therwise authrised by the Prmter in its abslute discretin and if permitted will incur a fee f AUD $150 including GST plus supplier charges which are payable by the winner. 4.9 Travel suppliers/airlines t be chsen at the discretin f the Prmter Cmprehensive travel insurance is cmpulsry and at the expense f the winner and their guest In the event that an element f the Prize is cancelled r pstpned fr any reasn, the winner agrees t frfeit the specified element and n cash alternative ffer will be granted in lieu f the part f the Prize Unless expenses are expressly stated in these terms and cnditins t be expenses which are part f the Prize, all ther expenses incurred by the winner and their guest in preparatin fr, r during the trip, are the respnsibility f the winner and their guest, including but nt limited t, all meals, spending mney, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, tips, rm service, telephne calls, transfer fees (ther than specified), excess baggage, gvernment taxes, airprt charges and all ther ancillary and persnal csts The winner agrees that they will nt sell r therwise prvide their stry and/r phtgraphs relating t the Cmpetitin t any media r ther rganisatin It is a cnditin f accepting the Prize that the winner and their guest must cmply with all the cnditins f use f the Prize and the Prmter s requirements.

Hwever, all guests under 18 years f age must travel with their parent r legal guardian and valid identificatin must be prvided t the Prmter The Prmter and its assciated agencies and cmpanies r individuals assciated with the prvisin f the Prize, make n representatin as t the safety cnditins r ther issues that may exist at any destinatin The winner and their guest are respnsible fr rganising transprt t and frm the airprt f initial departure and final return Any csts assciated with alteratins made by the winner and/r their guest t cnfirmed flights and/r accmmdatin details will be at the expense f the winner The Prize is nt redeemable fr cash and is nt transferrable r exchangeable Once the Prize is accepted, the winner must deal directly with 33 Degrees Wrldwide Pty Ltd (r its agents) t bk the Prize and, where permissible, make any changes t the Prize. Redeeming the Prize is cnditinal n acceptance f the terms and cnditins f travel as detailed by 33 Degrees Wrldwide Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accrdance with nrmal travel practices The winner shuld seek independent financial advice regarding the Prize as tax implicatins may arise as a result f accepting the Prize. 5 PRIZE DRAW AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER 5.1 A prize draw will be held n Wednesday 1 May 2019 at 12:00 AEST at Anisimff Legal, 5/210 Central Cast Hwy, Erina NSW The first entry randmly drawn frm the natinal pl f entrants wh entered during the Cmpetitin Perid will win the Prize package detailed in Clause A reserve prize draw will be cnducted immediately fllwing the prize draw n the same basis. 5.2 The Prize winner will be ntified in writing and by phne by 17:00 AEST n the day f the draw. The winner s details will be published at kiatennis.cm.au by 17:00 AEST n the day f the draw. As necessary, the Prmter will ntify the reserve prize winner in writing and by phne nly. 5.3 The Prmter s decisin is final and the Prmter will nt enter int crrespndence regarding the result. 5.4 It is a cnditin f accepting the Prize that the winner may be required t sign a legal release in a frm determined by the Prmter in its abslute discretin. 5.5 The Prmter may in its abslute discretin deem entries invalid subsequently t a winner being ntified r a winner s name being annunced if it is discvered that the winner did nt enter the Cmpetitin in accrdance with these terms and cnditins. The unclaimed prize draw winner will be ntified in writing and by phne by 17:00 AEST n the day f the draw. The unclaimed prize winner s details will be published n kiatennis.cm.au by 17:00 AEST n the day f the draw. 5.7 The winner, whether drawn frm the riginal draw, unclaimed prize r reserve draw must cmply with all requirements set ut in these terms and cnditins. 6. NO LIABILITY 6.1 In the case f the interventin f any utside act, agent r event which prevents r significantly hinders the Prmter s ability t prceed with the Cmpetitin n the dates and in the manner described in these terms and cnditins, including but nt limited t vandalism, pwer failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts f Gd, civil unrest, strike, war, act f terrrism, the Prmter may in its abslute discretin cancel the Cmpetitin and recmmence it frm the start n the same cnditins, subject t state gvernment regulatins.

5 6.2 The Prmter and its assciated agencies and cmpanies will take n respnsibility fr prizes damaged r lst in transit, r late, lst r misdirected mail. 6.3 The Prmter and its assciated agencies and cmpanies will nt be liable fr any misadventure, accident, injury, lss (including but nt limited t cnsequential lss) r claim that may ccur: a) during the draw; b) whilst undertaking any travel wn n r cnnected with their entry int the Cmpetitin; c) in the participatin in any prize; d) as a cnsequence f late, lst r misdirected mail; e) due t the bradcast f any prgram relating t the Cmpetitin r the publicatin f any material, including any statements made by any cmpere, staff member, jurnalist, ther entrants r any ther persn; f) in relatin t any damage r lss t entrant s r any ther persn s cmputer sftware, cmputer equipment r internet cnnectin resulting frm r related t participatin in this Cmpetitin; g) any variatin in prize value t that stated in these terms and cnditins; h) any technical difficulties, technical errr r equipment malfunctin (whether r nt under the Prmter's cntrl); r i) any errr, missin, interruptin, deletin, delay, defect, theft, unauthrised access r third party interference. 6.5 The Prmter and its assciated agencies and cmpanies assume n respnsibility fr any errr, missin, interruptin, deletin, defect, delay in peratin r transmissin, cmmunicatins line failure, theft r destructin r unauthrised access t, r alteratin f entries, and reserves the right t take any actin that may be available. 6.6 If fr any reasn this Cmpetitin is nt capable f running as planned, due t causes including but nt limited t tampering, unauthrised interventin, fraud, technical failures r any ther causes beynd the cntrl f the Prmter which crrupt r affect the administratin security, fairness, integrity r prper cnduct f this Cmpetitin, the Prmter reserves the right in its sle discretin t disqualify any individual wh tampers with the entry prcess, take any actin that may be available, and t cancel, terminate, mdify r suspend the Cmpetitin subject t state gvernment regulatins. 6.7 The Prmter reserves the right in its sle discretin t disqualify any individual wh the Prmter has reasn t believe has breached any f these cnditins, r engaged in any unlawful r ther imprper miscnduct calculated t jepardise the fair and prper cnduct f the prmtin. Kia Mtrs Australia Pty Limited and its related entities will cllect the entrant's persnal infrmatin fr the purpse f cnducting and prmting this Cmpetitin (including fr the purpse f identifying and ntifying winners). Kia will handle the entrant s persnal infrmatin in accrdance with Kia s Privacy Plicy which is available n its website at (and which cntains infrmatin regarding hw yu can access yur persnal infrmatin, crrect it and/r make a cmplaint abut ur handling f yur persnal infrmatin). By entering the Cmpetitin, yu agree t the terms f the Privacy Plicy.
