1 OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS The Destinatin Emji Cntest (the Cntest ) is brught t yu by Air Canada (the Cntest Spnsr ) and FCB Mntréal ( Cntest Administratr ). The Cntest starts n September 6 th, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. EST and clses n September 12 th, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. EST (hereinafter, the Cntest Perid ).. 1. Eligibility The Cntest is pen t all Canadian residents having reached the legal age f majrity in their prvince r territry f residence prir t the Cntest Perid (an Eligible Participant ). Emplyees, representatives r agents f Air Canada and its subsidiaries and affiliates, media partners, advertising and prmtinal agencies, and members f the immediate family (parents, children, siblings and spuse, regardless f where they are dmiciled) f any f the afrementined and persns with whm any f the afrementined are dmiciled are nt eligible t enter the Cntest. 2. Hw t participate in the Cntest N Purchase Necessary. T enter via Twitter, yu must (1) have a valid, public (i.e. nt prtected ) Twitter accunt and (2) during the Cntest Perid participate t the cntest by Tweeting + #aircanadaemji + yur favurite travel inspired emji. Limit f ne entry permitted per participant during the cntest perid. This Cntest is in n way spnsred, endrsed r administered by, r assciated with Twitter. Yu understand that yu are prviding yur infrmatin t the Cntest Spnsr and nt Twitter respectively. 3. Grand Prize There is ne grand prize (the Grand Prize ) t be wn cnsisting f 2 Ecnmy Class rund-trip tickets n any flight perated by Air Canada (including, flights perated under the Air Canada Express banner and perated by Air Canada ruge) frm the majr Canadian airprt served by Air Canada clsest t the winner s place f residence t any destinatin where Air Canada flies.

Grand Prize Draw A randm draw frm all entries received frm Eligible Participants during the Cntest Perid t select the winner f the Prize will be held at Cntest Spnsr s ffices lcated at 7373 Cte-Vertu Ouest, Drval (Québec) H4Y 1H4, Canada n September 14 th, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. EST. The dds f winning the Prize will depend upn the ttal number f entries received frm Eligible Participants during the Cntest Perid. 5. Claiming f Grand Prize In rder t be declared a winner and be able t claim the Prize, the Eligible Participant selected by randm draw will be cntacted by private message n Twitter by the Cntest Spnsr r Cntest Administratr r ne f its agents r representatives, shrtly fllwing the draw and must cnfirm acceptance as a selected Eligible Participant within three (3) calendar days f cntact. If the selected Eligible Participant cannt be cntacted, anther Eligible Participant will be selected by way f randm draw. Befre being declared a winner, each selected Eligible Participant will be required t answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing questin and sign a release and waiver frm cnfirming, withut limitatin, that: He/she cmplies with the eligibility requirements; he/she has read the Cntest rules and regulatins and cmplies cmpletely; he/she accepts the Prize as awarded; he/she acknwledges the Cntest Spnsr s right t publish his/her picture, name and city f residence withut cmpensatin ther than the Prize ffered; he/she successfully answers a time-limited mathematical skill-testing questin; and he/she releases and agrees t hld harmless f all liability the Cntest Spnsr, Cntest Administratr and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, media partners, advertising, prmtinal agencies and each f the freging entities directrs, fficers, emplyees, cntractrs and agents. 6. Once an Eligible Participant is declared a winner by Cntest Spnsr, Cntest Spnsr will send the Eligible Participant a letter cntaining the details n hw t redeem the his/her Prize (i.e. reservatin f the flights). 7. General Terms and Cnditins All entries submitted, and all infrmatin prvided, by Eligible Participants must be cmplete and accurate. Each Eligible Participant grants permissin fr Spnsr and Cntest Administratr t use the cntents f his/her entry submissin including name and address fr editrial, advertising, marketing and prmtinal purpses in any and all media nw knwn r hereafter discvered, wrldwide, in perpetuity, withut cmpensatin, ntificatin r permissin. By entering the Cntest, Eligible Participants expressly cnsent t the Cntest Spnsr, Cntest Administratr, media partners, advertising and prmtinal agencies, string, sharing and using the persnal infrmatin submitted with his/her entry nly fr the purpse f administering the Cntest and in accrdance with the Cntest Spnsr s Privacy Plicy publically available n Cntest Spnsr s website. All entries are subject t verificatin by the Cntest Spnsr and may be disqualified if they are received utside f the Cntest Perid, are incmplete, illegible, irregular, phtcpied r therwise reprduced, submitted thrugh illicit means r if they cntain any false statements, r d nt cnfrm t r satisfy t any cnditin f these Cntest rules and regulatins. Any entries that suggest, r encurage any illegal activity r that cntain, depict, discuss r therwise invlve vulgar, harassing, threatening, racist, abusive, hateful, vilent, bscene, r ptentially defamatry r libelus language, behavir r emjis will be erased and disqualified by the Cntest Spnsr, at the sle discretin f the Cntest Spnsr. By entering the Cntest, Eligible Participants agree that the Cntest Spnsr reserves the right t publish withut cmpensatin the full name, city f residence, and phtgraph f all winners and Eligible Participants waive all rights with respect t printed, bradcast and ther frms f publicity. Eligible Participants further agree that all entries submitted and their cntent becme the prperty f the Cntest Spnsr and will nt be returned. Eligible Participants agree t be bund by all decisins f the Cntest Spnsr and/r Cntest Administratr regarding the Cntest which shall be final and binding in all respects. Eligible Participants agree that the Cntest Spnsr is nt liable fr any incrrect r inaccurate transcriptin f entry infrmatin r fr any errr r malfunctin f any kind in cnnectin with the Cntest. If the Cntest is nt capable f running as planned fr any reasn, including tampering, unauthrized interventin, fraud, technical failures, r any ther cause, the Cntest Spnsr reserves the right, at its sle discretin, t, withut advance ntice, terminate r suspend the Cntest, in whle r in part, r mdify it in any way, withut any further bligatins t Eligible Participants. Furthermre, if the Cntest Spnsr determines, at its sle discretin, that any entry cmprmises the integrity f the Cntest, the Cntest Spnsr reserves the right t disqualify the entry at issue r terminate the Cntest in its entirety withut any further bligatins t Eligible Participants. The Cntest is subject t federal, prvincial and lcal rules and regulatins. Fr Quebec Residents nly: Any litigatin respecting the cnduct r rganizatin f a publicity cntest may be submitted t the Régie des alcls, des curses et des jeux fr a ruling. Any litigatin respecting the awarding f a Prize may be submitted t the bard nly fr the purpse f helping the parties reach a settlement.
