WeekendInvesting may, in its abslute discretin, suspend/hld the advisry services where the KYC requirements are incmplete r incrrect r shwing status as pending in KRA sites. The client will nt hld WeekendInvesting liable fr such incidents. NRI clients must ensure that stcks recmmended by us are nt in RBI ban list befre investing r executing the rder with their trading member. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS.

WEEKENDINVESTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY WeekendInvesting.cm shall wn and retain the cmplete Intellectual Prperty rights in the (i) Services; (ii) Investment Advise prvided; (iii) all wrks f authrship, prgrams, sftware, cde, surce cde, system design, prcesses, tls, reprts, manuals, supprting materials, drawings, diagrams, flwcharts, dcuments, materials, technlgy, trademarks, trade secrets, website(s), mdificatins, updates and enhancements and cncepts ( Wrks ), any f which existed prir t the date f this Agreement, whether created by r fr WeekendInvesting; (iv) any and all Wrks that are develped by WeekendInvesting r jintly by User and WeekendInvesting; and (v) any and all Wrks develped by User that are derived frm r that incrprate the Services, r Pre-Existing Materials, including all feedback prvided by User regarding usability, perfrmance, effectiveness, enhancements, r bugs and all fixes and enhancements based n such feedback. T the extent WeekendInvesting is nt autmatically deemed t be the authr, inventr r wner f any WeekendInvesting IP, User agrees t assign and hereby assigns, all right, title and interest it may have in any WeekendInvesting IP t WeekendInvesting, and agrees t execute all dcuments necessary t effect WeekendInvesting s full wnership in and t all WeekendInvesting IP. User appints WeekendInvesting its attrney in fact t execute such dcuments, which appintment is cupled with an interest and is therefre irrevcable. WeekendInvesting grants User a nn-exclusive, nn-transferable, limited license t use the WeekendInvesting IP nly fr the purpse f receiving the Services and/r utilizing the Deliverables in accrdance with the terms herein as well as ther terms n the Website.
