Order cnfirmatins under sub-clause 13.1 will be sent t yu befre the Services begin and shall cntain the fllwing infrmatin: Cnfirmatin f the Services rdered including full details f the main characteristics f thse Services; Fully itemised pricing fr the Services rdered including, where apprpriate, taxes, delivery and ther additinal charges; Relevant times and dates fr the prvisin f the Services; [Order cnfirmatins can als be prvided n paper at yur request.] If We, fr any reasn, d nt accept yur rder, n payment shall be taken under nrmal circumstances. In any event, any sums paid by yu in relatin t that rder will be refunded within 14 calendar days. Cancellatin f Orders and Services If yu are a cnsumer based within the Eurpean Unin, yu have a statutry right t a cling ff perid. Yur right t cancel during the cling ff perid is subject t the prvisins f sub-clause 14.2.
