The Prmtin is administered by TLC Marketing Wrldwide Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, ABN , Level 13, 333 Gerge Street, Sydney NSW, 2000, Australia ( TLC ). All crrespndence regarding this Prmtin shuld be directed t this address. 3. Instructins n hw t enter and claim frm part f these terms and cnditins. 4. Participatin in this Prmtin is deemed acceptance f these terms and cnditins. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 5. This Prmtin is nly pen t Australian residents aged 18 years and ver. Emplyees (and their immediate families) f TLC and the Prmter and agencies assciated with this Prmtin are ineligible t participate in this Prmtin. T be eligible t participate in the Prmtin, entrants must: Purchase fur (4) Pirelli Cinturat r Scrpin tyres f 17 r abve in ne transactin frm a Participating dealer ( Participating dealer ) during the Purchase Perid ( Qualifying Purchase ). Entrants must retain their purchase receipt(s) fr all entries. In the event a purchase receipt is nt autmatically prvided t them it is the entrant s respnsibility t request ne. During the Prmtinal Perid purchase fur (4) Pirelli Cinturat r Scrpin tyres f 17 r abve in ne transactin. ( Eligible Prduct ) This ffer is available nly n the Cinturat and Scrpin Range. The range includes Cinturat P1, Cinturat P6 and Cinturat 1

Cmplete a registratin Frm ( Registratin Frm ) and prvide prf f purchase ( Receipt ) in accrdance with these Terms. Claims can be submitted nline t the Pirelli website if the purchase f the fur (4) Pirelli Cinturat r Scrpin tyres tk place at ne f ur participating dealer. iii. Registratins n the Pirelli website must be received by 11:59pm AEDT 15 th February Registratins are deemed received at the time f receipt by the Prmter. iv. After verifying yur purchase, Pirelli will then the Eligible Claimant a Unique Access Cde. Yu shuld expect t receive yur Unique Access Cdes n later than 3 weeks after sending in yur dcumentatin. Please cntact r send an t marketing.au@pirelli.cm if yu have nt received it within 5 weeks. 11. T submit their claim ( Eligible Claim ), an Eligible Claimant must: i. Visit and fully cmplete the Registratin Frm, prviding the unique Access Cde prvided by the retailer, their first name, surname, pstal address, address and phne number and uplad prf f purchase. 12. All Unique Access Cdes are valid fr three (3) mnths frm date f issue r until 15th May 2019 whichever is first. 13. Last pssible date t redeem yur Free Htel Stay will be 22nd Nvember Entrants wh perfrm the abve steps ( Qualified Custmer ) will receive an cntaining a Pirelli Rad Trip e-brchure & Bking Frm. The will detail exactly hw t bk the Free Htel Stay by chsing the lcatin and prviding tw (2) alternative dates f stay. Custmers must return the cmpleted Bking Frm via Multiple claims permitted, subject t the fllwing: (a) Qualified Custmers may nly claim ne (1) Reward per Qualifying Purchase; (b) each claim must be submitted separately and in accrdance with these terms and cnditins; (c) nly ne (1) Unique Cde per claim is permitted; (d) the same Unique Cde cannt be used mre than nce; (e) unrecgnised cdes will be deemed invalid. CONDITIONS ATTACHING TO THE REWARD: FREE ONE NIGHT HOTEL STAY - TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. This ffer entitles the qualifier t ne free One Night Htel Stay fr up t tw peple in a standard rm, n a rm nly basis, at ne f the participating htels listed n the e-brchure. (Please refer t the Appendix fr the 12 listed destinatins available). 2. The Free Htel Stay cannt be used in cnjunctin with any ther ffer r Vucher. 3. The Qualified custmer may nt claim anther free htel stay at the same venue. 4. Qualified Custmers must cmplete a bking request frm, prviding ne lcatin chice [frm the lcatins available] and tw alternative dates f stay; allwing at least 30 days advance ntice frm submissin f the bking request frm. Failure t 2

3 adhere t all f these pints will result in yur bking request frm being deemed invalid and it nt being prcessed. 5. By cmpleting the bking request frm, yu are deemed t have accepted these terms and cnditins. 6. Upn receipt f yur bking request frm, ur bking agents will cntact yu within 7 days. 7. All free htel stays must be taken by 22nd Nvember Offer excludes stays during peak perids including Public and Schl Hlidays. Travel preference has t exclude schl hlidays and hliday seasns (e.g. New Year, Valentine s Day, Chinese Lunar Year, Easter, Ramadan, Christmas etc.) 9. The ffer is based n advance bkings nly. All free htel stays are subject t prmtinal availability n a first cme, first served basis. 10. If a lcatin/date requested is unavailable the bking team will cntact yu with alternative htels within yur chsen lcatin r alternative dates. On cnfirmatin f the bking, the bking team will send yu a cnfirmatin cntaining the bking details. 11. The ffer is strictly subject t the Htel s availability and based n advanced bkings nly. TLC t receive n preference ahead f nrmal bkings. 12. TLC and the Prmter reserve the right t refuse t redeem frms if submitted by persns ther than thse t whm they were issued. 13. Once yur bking has been cnfirmed n amendments can be made. 14. All bking cancellatins must be made at least 72 hurs prir t the scheduled date f arrival. A failure t heed the 72 hur rule r a failure t shw up means the htel bking will be frfeited and n further claims can be made using the Unique Access Cde. 15. All cancellatins must be made by cntacting the bking team (nt the specific htel). Please cntact@pirelliradtrip.cm.au 16. All additinal csts incurred during the stay such as meals, telephne calls, televisin/films and mini bar bills must be paid n departure. On arrival, yur card details will be taken by the htel. All csts incurred during the stay will be charged t this card when yu check ut at the end f yur stay. Custmers wanting t extend their stay may d s at their wn expense and must bk directly with the htel. 17. The bking cnfirmatin letter must be handed t the htel receptin upn arrival. Phtcpied, scanned, illegible r defaced cnfirmatin letters will nt be accepted. Failure t hand ver the letter may result in yu paying the full rate fr yur rm. 18. Additinal prf f identificatin may be required by the htel upn arrival in rder t redeem the ffer. 19. Additinal persns travelling with yu (such as children) may be eligible fr discunted accmmdatin. Fr the purpses f this prmtin, children are aged 15 years r under. Yu must indicate if there are any additinal persns when cmpleting the bking request frm. 20. In the event f unfreseen circumstances, participating htels may be subject t change. If s yu will be advised at the time f bking. 21. Participating htels are all cntracted t participate in the free One Night Htel stay ffer. 22. Participating htels reserve the right t vary prices, times and ffer availability (e.g. public hlidays). Prices (if any) and infrmatin presented are valid at the time f ging t press and culd be subject t change. 23. Neither the Prmter, nr its agents r distributrs can accept liability fr lst, stlen r damaged bking frms and reserve the right t withdraw r amend any details and/r ffers. 3

4 24. The free One Night Htel Stay has n mnetary value, is nn-transferable, cannt be resld and cannt be used in cnjunctin with any ther prmtinal ffer r redeemed in whle r part fr cash. 25. Custmers will be respnsible fr ensuring yu have adequate travel insurance prir t travelling. 26. The Prmter, TLC and distributrs are nt respnsible fr the management f the htels and will accept neither liability nr claims fr disappintments r dispute in relatin t management f the htels. The Prmter makes n guarantee abut any aspect f the quality r perfrmance f the htels. 27. The Prmter, its agents and distributrs d nt guarantee the quality and/r availability f the services ffered by the htels and cannt be held respnsible fr any resulting disagreements. Liability is nt accepted fr any persnal lss (including but nt limited t wasted expenditure), resulting frm yu r any ther member(s) f yur Grup attending the htel, caused by matters beynd the Prmter s reasnable cntrl. Yur statutry rights are unaffected. 28. In the event f unfreseen circumstances TLC reserve the right t withdraw r substitute the One Night Htel Break ffer with ne f equal r greater value. 29. The terms f this prmtin are as stated here and n ther representatins (written r ral) shall apply. 30. Any persns taking advantage f this prmtin d s n cmplete acceptance f these terms and cnditins. OTHER GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 16. Qualified Custmers must retain their riginal purchase receipt fr all claims as prf f purchase. Failure t prduce the prf f purchase when requested may, at the abslute discretin f the Prmter r TLC, result in invalidatin f a Qualified Custmer s claim (and/r all claims submitted by the Qualified Custmer) and frfeiture f any right t a Reward. 17. If there is a dispute as t the identity f a Qualified Custmer, TLC r the Prmter reserves the right, in their sle discretin, t determine the identity f the Qualified Custmer. 18. The Prmter r TLC reserve the right t request Qualified Custmers t prvide prf f identity in rder t claim the Reward. Identificatin cnsidered suitable fr verificatin is at the discretin f TLC r the Prmter. In the event that a Qualified Custmer cannt prvide suitable prf, the Qualified Custmer will frfeit the Reward in whle and n substitute will be ffered. 19. The Prmter and TLC s decisin in relatin t all aspects f this Prmtin is final and n crrespndence will be entered int. 20. Incmprehensible, indecipherable and incmplete entries / prf f purchase may at TLC s discretin be deemed invalid and nt eligible fr Reward. 21. The Reward is persnal t each Qualified Custmer and Child, and cannt be exchanged, transferred, shared r assigned in any manner. Rewards cannt be used r redeemed in cnjunctin with any ther Prmtin. 22. Access t the prmtin is available nline nly and therefre access t the internet is required t participate in this Prmtin. Any cst assciated with accessing the prmtinal website is the Qualified Custmer's sle respnsibility and is dependent n the Internet service prvider used by the Qualified Custmer. 4

The Prmter (including its directrs, fficers, emplyees and agents) and TLC reserve the right, at any time, t verify the validity f claims and the Qualified Custmer (including a Qualified Custmer's identity, age and place f residence) and reserve the right, in their discretin, t disqualify any individuals wh they have reasn t believe has breached any f these terms and cnditins, tampered with the claim prcess r engaged in any unlawful r ther imprper miscnduct calculated t jepardise fair and prper cnduct f the Prmtin. Errrs and missins may be accepted at the Prmter s and TLC s discretin. The Prmter's and TLC's legal rights t recver damages r ther cmpensatin in such circumstances are reserved. 24. Failure by the Prmter r TLC t enfrce any f their rights at any stage des nt cnstitute a waiver f thse rights. The Prmter s and TLC s legal rights t recver damages r ther cmpensatin arising as a result f such cnduct are reserved. 25. The Prmter (including its directrs, fficers, emplyees and agents), TLC, its respective agents, Reward prviders and distributrs are nt liable fr lst, stlen r damaged Rewards, and t the extent permitted by law d nt make any cntractual prmise r representatin regarding the quality and/r availability f the services ffered and cannt be held liable fr any resulting persnal lss r damage. 26. The Reward is subject t availability. If the Reward is unavailable, fr whatever reasn, TLC reserves the right t substitute the Reward fr a Reward f equal r greater value and/r specificatin, subject t any written directins frm a regulatry authrity. 27. The Prmter r TLC reserve the right t vary the terms f the Prmtin at any time and t withdraw the Prmtin withut ntice. 28. In the event that fr any reasn whatsever a Qualified Custmer des nt take r claim a Reward (r an element f a Reward) at r by the time stipulated by the Prmter r TLC, then that Reward (r that element f the Reward) will be frfeited by the Qualified Custmer and cash will nt be awarded in lieu f that Reward (r element f the Reward). 29. Except fr any liability that cannt be excluded by law, the Prmter (including its directrs, fficers, emplyees and agents), TLC and the Reward prviders (including their respective fficers, emplyees and agents) are nt respnsible fr and exclude all liability (including fr negligence) fr: any persnal injury, death r harm suffered by a Qualified Entrant r any Child r ther persn wh redeems the Reward (and Qualified Entrant releases Prmter and TLC frm any such liability including n behalf f the Child and any ther persn wh redeems the Reward); r any lss r damage (including lss f pprtunity), whatsever, whether direct, indirect, special r cnsequential, arising in any way ut f: i. any technical difficulties r equipment malfunctin (whether r nt under the Prmter s r TLC s r Rewards prvider s cntrl); ii. iii. any theft, unauthrised access r third party interference; any claim that is late, lst, altered, damaged r misdirected (whether r nt after their receipt by the Prmter r TLC r Rewards prvider) due t any reasn beynd the reasnable cntrl f the Prmter r TLC r Rewards prvider; iv. any variatin in Reward value t that stated in these terms and cnditins; v. any tax liability incurred by a Qualified Custmer r claimant; r 5

6 vi. the use and/r taking f a Reward. 30. Shuld a Qualified Custmer s cntact details change during the Prmtin, it is the Qualified Custmer s respnsibility t ntify TLC. A request t access r mdify any infrmatin prvided in claim/entry shuld be directed t TLC. 31. If this Prmtin is interfered with in any way r is nt capable f being cnducted as reasnably anticipated due t any reasn, including by utside act, agent r event that is beynd the reasnable cntrl f the Prmter and TLC, including but nt limited t technical difficulties, unauthrised interventin r fraud, the Prmter r TLC reserves the right, in their sle discretin, t the fullest extent permitted by law: i. t disqualify any Qualified Custmer; r ii. subject t any written directins frm a regulatry authrity, t mdify, suspend, terminate r cancel the Prmtin, as apprpriate. 32. The terms f the Reward are as stated in these terms & cnditins and n ther representatins (written r ral) shall apply. Nthing in these terms affects any statutry rights a Qualified Custmer may have including under the Australian Cnsumer Law. 33. The entrants cnsent t the Prmter and TLC using and disclsing their persnal infrmatin and that f their Child, such as their name, likeness, image and/r vice in the event they are a successful Qualified Custmer (including phtgraph, film and/r recrding f the same) in any media fr an unlimited perid and withut remuneratin fr the purpse f prmting this Prmtin (including any utcme) r any further Prmtin, and prmting any prducts manufactured, distributed and/r supplied by the Prmter r TLC. 34. Persnal infrmatin (PI) is being cllected by TLC and the Prmter in rder t cnduct this Prmtin. Fr this purpse, TLC and the Prmter may disclse PI t third parties, including but nt limited t their emplyees, agents, cntractrs, service prviders, suppliers and, as required t under any applicable law, t regulatry authrities. Participatin is cnditinal n a claimant prviding TLC and the Prmter this PI.
