1 Merchant Exhibitr Applicatin August 5 th & 6 th / 1pm-5pm bth days / Keystne, Clrad This year we are celebrating the 21 st Anniversary f the Keystne Bluegrass and Beer Festival with tw day filled with frthy beers, killer bluegrass and yummy eats! Services & Prducts Guidelines: Exhibitrs must be present and pen fr business during the festival hurs, see abve. Exhibitrs may nly sell prducts identified in the applicatin and accepted int the festival. Our exhibitr village will be chsen based n hw the prduct fits in with the general theme f the festival and whether r nt it cmpetes with a current nsite vendr. We strive fr a unique and diverse exhibitr experience fr ur guests. Bth Space Guidelines: A single bth is 10x10 and a duble is 10x20. Vendrs are t prvide their wn freestanding display bth. All spaces are n pavement utside. Cncessin trailers will be cnsidered as a duble bth space. If exhibitrs request a 10x10 space, the bth must cmpletely fit within the 10x10 parameters r yu will be charged as a duble bth. Nt all requests fr duble bth spaces will be able t be granted. We have limited space and in rder fr us t accmmdate everyne we have t limit the amunt f duble bth spaces we give ut. Please be aware f this and if yu cannt accmmdate int a smaller space we may nt be able t accept yu int the festival. Pst-festival security is NOT prvided. Parking will be available in the FREE River Run parking lt. N vernight camping is prhibited in this lt. Bth placement is determined by the Event Department and previus placement des nt determine placement fr Sales Tax & Assessment Fee: All exhibitrs are respnsible fr the cllectin and payment f sales tax t the Clrad Department f Revenue. The current River Run Village tax is 6.375%. Exhibitrs will als be required t remit a.5% sales assessment fr ttal grss sales cllected during the festival. Yu will need t submit a separate payment fr this t the KNC by the cnclusin f the festival.

2 Electricity: Pwer is available fr an additinal fee and will be prvided nly t thse exhibitrs wh paid fr electricity in advance. We will als nt prvide extensin crds, pwer strips, cable ramps, etc. Yu will need t prvide these items. Nt all pwer surces are clse t the bths s yu may need t plug in much farther dwn frm yur bth. Bring at least ne 100 extensin crd and ne pwer strip. Insurance Requirements: All exhibitrs must maintain insurance that cmplies with the fllwing requirements: Wrkman s Cmpensatin insurance cvering all emplyees r subcntractrs engaged by Applicant in accrdance with the minimum statutry requirements f the State f Clrad. Cmmercial General Liability Insurance in the minimum amunt f $1,000,000 per ccurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, including the fllwing cverages: cntractual liability, persnal injury, brad frm prperty damage, independent cntractrs, and premises peratins. Keystne Neighburhd Cmpany, Vail Summit Resrts, Inc., and any ther entity reasnably requested by KNC shall be named as additinal insureds n the cmmercial general liability plicy. Autmbile Liability Insurance in the minimum amunt f $500,000/$1,000,000 bdily injury limits and $500,000 prperty damage limits r cmbined single limits f $1,000,000. Vendr shall supply a certificate f insurance t KNC evidencing the abve insurance cverage by n later than June 9 th, Set-up & Tear dwn: Set up will take place n Friday, August 4 th frm 3pm-5pm r Saturday, August 5 th frm 8am-9am. Vendrs will NOT be able t drive in the village at any ther time except fr these designated hurs. Tear dwn will ccur n Sunday, August 6 th after 5:00pm. Vendrs will nt be able t drive int the village until 5:30pm but may handcart ut their items beginning at 5:00pm.
