Applicatins will be reviewed and vted by the City f Greer Events Divisin. All decisins are at the discretin f the events staff. Vendrs wh apply and are accepted must be present fr the entire mvie series. Reserved vendrs wh d nt arrive by 5:00pm each week, r fail t indicate in advance that they will be late, may frfeit their space which will als frfeit their fee. GENERAL INFORMATION The City f Greer Parks and Recreatin Department is perated in accrdance with the statutes f the City f Greer. The fllwing are many f the imprtant terms and cnditins gverning the leasing f facilities fr the purpse f exhibiting and serving at Greer City Park. LOCATION OF EVENT The event will take place in the Greer City Park. 301 E Pinsett St Greer, SC DATE AND TIMES OF EVENT Every Thursday June 7, June 14, June 21, June 28, July 5, July 12, July 19 and July 26 Each event starts at 6:00pm, vendrs are required t stay until the start f each mvie 9pm. Vendrs may stay until the end f the mvie. Vendrs have the ptin f serving earlier with apprval f event staff at least tw weeks prir t scheduled event date. ENTRY FEES The fee fr vendrs is as fllws: $200 per space: includes ne 12 x12 space and tw GFI 120 vlt utdr plugs n 30 amp breakers unless therwise nted. Please enclse a check fr yur Entry Fee with applicatin. This check will nly be depsited upn acceptance. Applicants checks that are nt accepted will be shredded immediately. All payments must be received at submissin f applicatin. Vendrs wh apply and are accepted must be present fr the entire mvie series. INSURANCE Vendrs must supply the City f Greer with a certificate f general liability insurance listing the City f Greer as an additinal insured fr the festival date. Any vendr nt supplying this dcument will nt be permitted t participate in the event. Cverage must be at least $1,000,000 general aggregate and $500,000 each ccurrence. This must be turned in by Friday, March 9, 2018 by 5:00pm. SET-UP Arrival Vendrs can begin setting up at 4:00pm and shuld be cmpleted by 5:00pm. The mulch rad will be clsed t incming vendr traffic starting at 5:00pm fr the safety f park patrns. All vendrs shuld be ready t sell by 6:00pm. After 5:00pm vendrs will need t mve all vehicles t designated parking areas. 2

3 Vendr Vehicles All vehicles f vendrs shuld nly enter the prmenade frm the mulch rad ff f Jasn Street unless therwise nted. Unlad yur vehicle and mve it ut f the prmenade as sn as yu are unladed. Then, set up yur bth. Vehicles shuld be mved frm the prmenade n later than 5:00pm. NO TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED ON PROMENADE. BREAK DOWN Vehicle Access A vehicle shuld NEVER be driven nt the prmenade until the Event Staff has fficially pened the mulch rad. Clean-up Vendrs are respnsible fr leaving their area free f garbage and are respnsible fr cleanup f any spilled liquids r grease. Failure t fllw this plicy will give the City f Greer the right t prhibit vendr frm selling at any future events. RAIN DATE/REFUND There is n rain date/lcatin fr the Mnlight Mvies and n refunds. MENU All menu items and prices must be submitted t Events Crdinatrs at time f applicatin submittal. The City Events Crdinatrs will review ALL menus t limit duplicatin amng participating fd vendrs. Only the items submitted n the applicatin may be sld unless apprval is given by Events Staff. BEVERAGES/DRINKS The selling f alchlic beverages is strictly prhibited. MONEY HANDLING All Fd Vendrs will keep 100% f all prfits. Restaurants/Fd Vendrs must prvide their wn cash bxes. Vendrs are respnsible fr cllecting and safeguarding all mney. The City f Greer is nt respnsible fr any lst r stlen mney. PAPER PRODUCTS Fd Vendrs must supply their wn paper r plastic plates, bwls, cups, napkins, and utensils required fr serving fd t custmers. ICE TAXES It is up t each Fd vendr t supply their wn ice. Vendrs are respnsible fr cmplying with lcal and state tax regulatins. If accepted, vendrs must submit a cpy f their Suth Carlina Special Event Retail License fr the event date. 4 BOOTH ITEMS LIABILITY Items brught n site are dne s at the sle risk f the vendr. The City f Greer is nt respnsible fr any lss, damage, r destructin f persnal prperty, equipment, and/r valuables. DHEC REGULATIONS Restaurants/Fd Vendrs must cmply with all DHEC rules and guidelines fr this event. WASTE WATER: Waste water cntainers must be used/prvided by fd vendrs. D nt pur waste water dwn the strm drains r int flwer beds. Vendrs and staff must use sap and flwing water t wash hands. Hand sanitizers can be used, but nly as a secndary cleaning actin. Use f dispsable fd handling glves is recmmended. Vendrs are asked t maintain their bth space clean and free f rubbish. Trash cntainers are available t dispse f trash. Each Vendr is respnsible fr break dwn and cleaning his/her wn site after event is cmplete. Any vendr using grease must dispse f their wn grease. Any vendr with an pen flame needs t have a 20 pund extinguisher n hand that has a current inspectin sticker. Any cking dne n site must be dne under cver (example: Tent). ANY VENDORS USING GREASE TO COOK ON SITE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PURCHASE OF GREASE MATTS AND TARPS SPECIFIED BY PUBLIC SERVICES DIRECTOR WITH THE CITY OF GREER TO COVER THE ENTIRE VENDOR AREA. ANY VENDOR WISHING TO COOK ON SITE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ABC FIRE EXTINGUISHER TO BE PRESENT AT THE VENDOR AREA ON THE DATE OF THE EVENT. BEHAVIOR OF VENDORS Behavir by vendrs, their family members r emplyees that is disruptive, abusive r threatening twards ther members; the public r staff members is prhibited. Behavir that is verbally r physically abusive, dangerus, r disruptive t Event activities als will nt be tlerated, and may result in immediate terminatin f the vendrs selling rights. Ful r ffensive language will nt be tlerated at the festival. Repeated vilatin may result in suspensin frm any future events at the City f Greer. 2018 EXHIBITOR / VENDOR INFORMATION AND APPLICATION The 31 st annual air shw will be held September 28-30, 2018 at the Hillsbr Airprt, KHIO. Air Shw Hurs are Friday September 28, 5:30pm t 9:30pm and Saturday
