Auburn Twnship reserves the right t deny use f Adam Hall t grups wh fail t cmply with the rules and regulatins set frth. It is understd that the grup r rganizatin using Adam Hall will cmply with the laws f the State f Ohi, the Twnship f Auburn and all rules and regulatins set frth by the Auburn Twnship Bard f Trustees, and: 1. Will be respnsible fr all persns in the grup r rganizatin using the facility. 2. Assumes liability fr any damage dne t the facility. 3. There shall nt be any grease-prducing prducts cked in the kitchen area f Adam Hall, such as but nt limited t deep frying. 4. Will park ONLY in designated areas. 5. Agrees t the prhibitin f any and all illegal and restricted drugs. 6. Will bserve Adam Hall rm capacity: 200 peple maximum. 7. Agrees t Facility Rental Charge as utlined. 8. Assumes all respnsibility fr the use and cnsequences f the use f alchlic beverages cnsumed during the functin at Adam Hall. Cnsequences specifically pertain t accidents that may ccur n twnship prperty r public highways due t the cnsumptin f alchl. If alchl is btained fr the purpse f sale, the respnsible party must btain and shw prf f the apprpriate liqur permits. A Geauga Cunty Deputy must be n the premises when alchl is being served. See Item J. Bartenders which fllws. 9. Agrees that Geauga Cunty Sheriff s Department has authrity t enter Adam Hall at any time t check fr vilatins. Nn-residents may reserve Adam Hall n mre than ne calendar year prir t the event. Renter agrees t defend, indemnify and save the Twnship f Auburn, and its fficers, trustees, agents and emplyees entirely harmless frm any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, actins, recveries, and judgments f any claims against the Twnship arising frm the negligent act r missin f the renter, their agents, emplyees, cntractrs, r their invitees. B. RENTAL FEES The rental fee includes the fllwing: The presence f a Twnship Representative thrughut the entire event, the use f Adam Hall and parking lt, tables, chairs and use f the catering kitchen. C. DEPOSITS A depsit f ne-half f the ttal fee is due at the time f reservatin. The reservatin is nt cnsidered cnfirmed until the depsit and the signed cntract have been received. A Damages depsit (refundable) and a Cleaning fee will be required. A Security Guard Fee f $25 per hur is required if alchl will be cnsumed during the event. Balance is due n later than ne (1) week befre the event. D. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS In case f cancellatin, a refund f the ttal depsit will be made nly if Adam Hall is rented by anther party fr the same date and time. Other requests fr refunds will be cnsidered n a case-by-case basis. The Event Date may be changed t anther date if that date is available. E. DAMAGE FEE A refundable Damage Fee f $300 is required as part f the depsit. The fee will be returned t the Renter within 4 weeks fllwing the event less any amunt needed t remedy a deficient situatin. If, in the judgment f the Twnship Representative, damages have ccurred, all r a prtin f the Damage Fee will be retained. F. CLEANING FEE A nn refundable cleaning fee f $150 is required as part f the depsit and the renter is respnsible t put all trash in prvided trash cans, pick up trash frm flrs, tables, kitchen and bathrms. Sweeping, mping, and the breaking dwn f all the tables and chairs will NOT be the respnsibility f the renter. 3

4 G. SECURITY Security is required fr all functins in Adam Hall, except with apprval f the Twnship Representative. A Security fee f $25 per hur will be paid by the Renter, but will be arranged by Auburn Twnship thrugh the Geauga Cunty Sheriff Department. H. TOWNSHIP REPRESENTATIVE A Twnship Representative will be retained at an hurly rate f $10 which is included in the rental fees. He/She will be present during the entire event. Capacity f the lt is 250 cars. I. PARKING J. DELIVERIES All deliveries t Adam Hall must take place during rented hurs and be crdinated with the Twnship Representative. K. BARTENDERS Only prfessinal bartenders may be used. Bartender s last call t serve alchl is 45 minutes befre the end f the event; the bar clsed at ne half hur befre end f event. Renter accepts all respnsibility f bth intentinal and unintentinal actins caused by guests as a result f alchlic beverage cnsumptin in regard t the scheduled event. It is the renter s respnsibility t mnitr guests in regard t cnsumptin and give specific directin t the bartender(s) fr the purpse f guests safety. L. MUSICIANS/DJs The music shuld cease, allwing sufficient time t break dwn and remve the equipment t meet the hall rental designated end f the event time. All prperty must be remved at the end f the event r lss f Damage Depsit will result t the renter. M. DECORATIONS Decratins are permitted. Hwever, nthing may be permanently fixed r nailed t any wall, windw, r dr f the building. Please see Twnship Representative fr details. All decratins must be picked up and remved at the end f the event. N. CHILDREN Children under the age f 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. O. SMOKING Smking is nt permitted inside the building. If anyne is fund smking, the renter s Damage Depsit will be frfeited. Illicit r illegal use f drugs is prhibited. Anyne caught with an illegal substance will be remved frm the premises by the Security detail and may be subject t criminal prsecutin. All events shall cnclude by Midnight. P. CLOSING TIME

Eberly RESPONSIBILITIES OF CATERERS AND INDIVIDUALS USING THE KITCHEN OF ADAM HALL GENERAL All deliveries t Adam Hall must take place during rented hurs and/r be crdinated with the Twnship Representative. Adam Hall has twenty (20) 8 rectangular tables, ten (10) 60 rund tables, and tw hundred (200) flding chairs. If yu require additinal chairs, yu must prvide them. Adam Hall Building is 110 x 50. The seating area is 75 x 50 with 9 ceilings. A flr plan is available by request. Yu must prvide yur wn receptacles fr leftver fd, i.e., fil, plastic wrap, dish sap, twels, dish rags and paper twels. Trash bags are supplied. AFTER THE EVENT D nt put cffee grunds dwn the drain. The catering kitchen must be returned t the same level f cleanliness that it was fund in prir t yur functin. All sinks and cuntertps must be wiped clean f all debris. Spills must be cleaned frm all surfaces, including but nt limited t, inside cabinets and refrigeratrs. Nthing may be left in the refrigeratr fllwing yur event. Anything left behind will be discarded. All garbage must be bagged and remved frm the kitchen t the utside dumpster. All cardbard bxes must be brken dwn fr dispsal. All equipment must be remved frm the premises immediately fllwing the event. I, the renter hereby understand and agree t adhere t the abve list f rules established fr the use f Adam Hall.
