1 KEYSTONE OKTOBERFEST 2018 Fd Vendr Applicatin September 1 st / 1pm-6pm Saturday / Keystne, Clrad EVENT DETAILS Date: Saturday, August 18 th, 2018 Hurs: 1:00PM 6:00PM Lcatin: River Run Village, Keystne Resrt, Clrad Number f Oktberfest Enthusiasts: 2,000+ FESTIVAL AND MENU GUIDELINES NEW THIS YEAR: All menu items must be priced between 1-5 fd tasting tickets (each ticket is wrth $1). Each exhibitr can serve up t 3 items. N full plates r meals are t be served at this festival. Be unique with yur items. We strive fr a unique and diverse fd exhibitr experience fr ur guests. All vendrs will nly take tickets, NO CASH is t be accepted. Fr each ticket cllected and turned in, the exhibitr will be reimbursed $.80. The $.20 difference is retained by the Festival Prmter and is reinvested back int the festival and nn-prfit beneficiaries. Please create yur prtin sizes and ticket prices with the 80/20 reimbursement in mind. This is a marketing pprtunity s we encurage yu t bring business cards, discunt cupns, brchures, etc. s guests are incentivized t visit yur business after the event. All menus are subject t apprval and availability Yu may be asked t tweak r change yur item if it cmpetes with anther vendr that has already applied ahead f yu. Only items n yur applicatin that have been apprved by the KNC will be able t be served. BOOTH SPACE GUIDELINES A single bth is 10 x10. Vendrs are t prvide their wn freestanding display bth, with a minimum f 40lb weights attached t EACH leg and t the canpy in an apprved manner (ex: ratchet straps, high quality rpe). All spaces are n pavement utside. Cncessin trailers will be cnsidered as a duble bth space. Nt all requests fr duble bth spaces will be granted. 2 Keystne Oktberfest 2018 Fd Vendr Applicatin INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS All fd vendrs must maintain insurance that cmplies with the fllwing requirements: Wrkman s Cmpensatin Insurance cvering all emplyees r subcntractrs engaged by Applicant in accrdance with the minimum statutry requirements f the State f Clrad. Cmmercial General Liability Insurance in the minimum amunt f $1,000,000 per ccurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, including the fllwing cverages: cntractual liability, persnal injury, brad frm prperty damage, independent cntractrs, and premises peratins. Keystne Neighburhd Cmpany, Vail Summit Resrts, Inc., and any ther entity reasnably requested by KNC shall be named as additinal insureds n the cmmercial general liability plicy. Autmbile Liability Insurance in the minimum amunt f $500,000/$1,000,000 bdily injury limits and $500,000 prperty damage limits r cmbined single limits f $1,000,000. Vendr shall supply a certificate f insurance t KNC evidencing the abve insurance cverage by n later than May 25 th, WHAT WE PROVIDE Menu signage at yur bth with yur business name and all yur menu fferings Access t electricity, if electrical fees are paid. Listing n festival map and website. $.80 reimbursement fr every ticket yu turn in. There is a.5% Village Assessment Fee that will be deducted frm yur reimbursement check.
