Bidders may recmmend alternates (t be priced as an alternate) signs that may perfrm better. Prpsal Validity Prpsals shall be cnsidered valid fr the duratin f the prject Cmpletin date February 28, Prprietary Infrmatin All material submitted becmes the prperty f CRUHSD & Internatinal Cliseums Cmpany and may be returned nly at their ptin. Prpsals may be reviewed and evaluated by any persn at the discretin f CRUHSD & Internatinal Cliseums Cmpany. Internatinal Cliseums Cmpany shall nt be respnsible fr any cst incurred by any bidder in the preparatin f this prpsal. It must be specifically understd that this RFP des nt create any bligatin n the part f ICC t enter int any cntract r undertake any financial bligatin with respect t the items referred t herein. The bidder understands that, if selected, ICC has the right t prvide its pinin publicly and privately regarding the bidder s perfrmance, thrughut the entire prject. 4 Insurance Requirements Prir t cntract executin, Trade Cntractr shall furnish evidence f insurance fr at least the cverage and amunts set frth belw. All insurance shall be maintained in the frm and with a cmpany (r cmpanies) satisfactry t Owner and ICC. Trade Cntractr s Certificate f Insurance and any required payment and perfrmance bnds shall be filed with ICC n a frm acceptable t Owner and ICC prir t cancellatin, mdificatin r nn-renewal f any insurance plicy listed in Trade Cntractr s Certificate. Certificates in the triplicate frm the insurance carrier stating the limits f Liability and expiratin date shall be filed with the District befre peratins begun. Such certificates shall nt merely name the types f plicy prvided, but shall specifically refer t this cntract and shall cntain a separate express statement f cmpliance with each f the requirements as set frth in this sectin. Trade Cntractr shall prvide ICC and Owner with certified cpies f all required insurance plicies upn request frm ICC r Owner. A. Minimum Cverage s 1. General Liability t Include: a. Occurrence Frm b. Evidence f cverage shall be prvided fr a perid f three years after cmpletin f Wrk f this Trade Cntract. Prject Manager and Owner shall be listed as a certificate hlder. Trade Cntractr waives all rights f actin and subrgatin with respect t the Builder s Risk Insurance t be prvided by Owner r Prject Manager, and Cnstructin Manager t the extent insurance prceeds are paid and received by Owner, Prject Manager, r Cnstructin Manager fr damages caused by fire r ther peril cvered by insurance, except such rights as Trade Cntractr may have t prceeds f insurance held by Trade Cntractr. D. Owner and ICC and the fllwing are t be designated as additinal insured(s) under the general liability and any excess liability cverage. Prf f insurance is t be verified by inclusin f a certificate f Insurance E. General Liability Insurance, Autmbile Liability Insurance and Emplyer s Liability Insurance may be arranged under a single plicy fr the full limits required r by a cmbinatin f underlying plicies with the balance prvided by an excess r umbrella plicy must be as brad as the cverage prvided by the primary plicy(s). F. All certificates f insurance shall be signed with at least a stamped r phtcpied signature f the agent and include the typed name f the agent and agency, address, and phne number.
