The meeting was nt required but recmmended t prime bidders and subcntractrs. Bids will nly be accepted frm prime bidders represented n the pre-bid Meeting sign-in sheet. Pete thanked all attendees fr being present at the meeting. Pete explained that everyne s time is valuable and wuld try t make gd use f the time this mrning. Pete infrmed all attendees that the sign-in sheet is available. He asked that all attendees sign in and cmplete all infrmatin requested n the sign-in sheet. Pete explained t the bidders that all infrmatin will be distributed thrugh A & D Technical Supply t make it all equitable t the bidders. This is further described in #00210 Supplementary Instructins t Bidders. Requests must be made in writing using the Request fr Interpretatin frm included in the prject manual and bund directly after the supplementary instructins t bidders.
