LOGISTICS AND REQUIREMENTS: The New Prt Richey Main Street, Inc. reserves the right t refuse admittance t any vendr whse prduct and/r wrk is deemed ffensive r f questinable taste. New Prt Richey Main Street, Inc. reserves the right t selectin & limitatins f vendrs. Each participant is respnsible fr cllecting Flrida State sales tax and reprting it t the Flrida Department f Revenue. Each participant is respnsible fr their wn display and must be pen during advertised hurs f the event. All vehicles must be remved frm shw area an hur prir t start f event. All participants must be registered, n exceptins. Spaces may nt be shared. Tents, tables, chairs r devices fr serving are the sle respnsibility f the individual participant. Assigned sites may be reassigned at the discretin f Main Street r its representatives. FEES: ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THE REGISTATION FEE IS PER 12 x 12 SPACE. Leaving prir t end f shw will jepardize participating in future events. Bths, tents, displays, trash etc. left until the next day WILL be charged a substantial additinal amunt in clean up fees and/r penalties. Clean up f bths and surrunding areas is the respnsibility f the vendr. Any clean up by the City f New Prt Richey, r an agent f the GNPRMS, is a minimum rate f $25.00 per hur with a 4-hur minimum.
