Please explain why the municipality feels this is a prject wrthy f being funded with cunty-wide tax dllars. This is nt intended t be verly lengthy in nature, but mre f a brief verview. Yu may include ther/multiple maps as needed t fully shw the intent f yur prject, but we need t see where it is ging t be with sme surrundings. NON-MUNICIPAL PARCEL: If fr any reasn, the prject is nt lcated SOLELY n city, village, r twnship lands, yu must include dcumentatin with regard t the wnership, agreement, purpse and use f ther land(s). If applicatin is requesting funds fr a large prject, a millin dllar endeavr fr example, yu cannt ask fr $9,000 twards the prject verall. Yu will need t shw a specific purpse and assciated itemizatin fr yur $9,000 specific request. Example: yu re asking fr $10,000 twards a $650,000 sprtsplex, yu MUST shw yu are asking fr this $10,000 t g twards the itemizatin f batting cages that includes $ in netting and physical cages, $ in shipping, and $ fr bats, balls, and helmets. N exceptins, funds MUST be itemized with apprpriate dcumentatin, and catalg pages r internet screen captures with prices starting at are nt acceptable as itemizatins. They may be included as verificatin f price, but yu need t shw itemizatin using that infrmatin.
