Please lwer the security settings while making a bking then change it back t high nce cmpleted. Als, thse cmputers that are using Windws XP and Internet Explrer 9 r lwer may have truble with the website as these systems d nt update and may nt be capable t handle the website. Please update yur cmputer t Internet Explrer 10 r higher. Fr best results, when making reservatins, and t ensure that yu get the mst ut f yur stay with us, Attns Lake Reginal Park advises yu t thrughly read the Rates, Instructins, Terms & Cnditins, Reservatin & Cancellatin Plicies and Rules & Regulatins befre prceeding with yur bking. Please see these listed at the end f this dcument. NOTE: Once yu start a reservatin, yu have 10 minutes t cmplete the reservatin r the site will time ut. After finishing step ne the dates and site will be n hld until yu can cmplete the prcess. 2 STEP ONE: Pick yur site. First Page with the interactive map. The map shws yu all the sites and infrmatin abut the sites. In the drp dwn menu yu will chse yur type f site (ex: 15 amp r 30 amp, etc), then yu will chse yur Start Date (date yu are arriving) and yur End Date (date yu are departing) In dd/mm/year frmat. The sites will be filtered by the type, yur start date and end date, s then yu will chse yur site number frm the available sites. The picture belw (map) may nt shw the full map (depending n the size), yu may have t scrll dwn t bttm f the page t Click Next at bttm f the page. NOTE: If yu are having truble finding an available site, there may nt be any availability. Try leaving the site type as all, then enter the start and end dates; the map and list will shw yu all available sites fr that time frame. NOTE: Seasnal Campsites are never available fr nline reservatins and must be handled by telephne. Shuld yu wish t be placed n the waiting list fr a seasnal site please cntact the Park Office. 4 STEP TWO: Additinal Infrmatin. In the drp dwn menus yu will chse the type f unit (ex: mtrhme, 5th wheel, etc.), Yu will enter the length f yur trailer, the width f yur trailer and the number f slide uts yu have n the trailer, etc (if applicable). In step tw yu can als enter pet infrmatin (if requested) and any add ns yu wish t purchase at this time; such as park passes, wd, etc. Then yu will click next n the bttm f the page nce that is cmpleted. STEP THREE: Guest Infrmatin. The first time yu make reservatins yu will have t enter all yur cntact infrmatin. Every ther time yu can lgin with yur user name ( address) and passwrd. Click Next at the bttm f the page. NOTE: Yu will receive an errr message if yu try t create a new Guest with an that already exists in the system (n need t leave the bking, just pen it in a new tab t reset the passwrd). If yu frgt yur passwrd, hit the link Frgt Yur Passwrd? and it will redirect yu t enter yur address.

5 STEP FOUR: Payment Infrmatin. This is where yu will enter yur payment infrmatin and billing infrmatin. If yur billing infrmatin is the same as yur Guest infrmatin mark the bx next t Same as Guest and all yur infrmatin shuld appear under Billing Infrmatin. Enter yur Payment Infrmatin including Credit Card Type (MC, Visa), Credit Card Number, Security Cde (last 3 digits n the back f the card) and the Name n the Credit Card. Then yu Read and Accept the Terms & Cnditins, Privacy Plicy, Cancellatin & Refund Plicies and Park Rules by checking the Bx. Then click Bk. It will prcess and give yu cnfirmatin f yur bking as well as send yu an cnfirmatin and receipt. Please check yur junk flder if yu d nt receive this in yur Inbx. NOTE: Billing and payment infrmatin must match. Ex: Prvince r Cuntry may need t be spelt by full name vs. abbreviatin. Pstal cde can be n lnger than 6 characters with NO spaces allwed (Ex: S0K3A0). NOTE: While bking a site, there is a 10 minute time limit while entering infrmatin as the site and dates are held fr these 10 minutes while yu are bking it. Yu will pay fr the site in full at the time f the bking. If there are any prblems/mistakes while in the bking prcess lk fr RED t indicate where the mistakes are, r what is missing. If yu have any majr issues while bking please at attnslakereginalpark@gmail.cm. This is mnitred n weekdays nly during regular business hurs. Alternatively yu may at attnslaketllbth@utlk.cm. This will be mnitred nly when the nsite park ffice is manned (seasnally). Fr 2017 this will be after May 10, 2017 during the regular business hurs f the Park Office. T change yur passwrd, hver n yur name in the upper right hand side f the page and then click n change passwrd t edit yur infrmatin/change passwrd.

6 If a site will nt allw reservatins, culd be fr multiple reasns. The site culd be already bked, nt rented fr the length f time yu are requesting, nt available fr nline bkings r nt available fr reservatin. TO MAKE CHANGES/ EDIT A CONFIRMED RESERVATION: If yu want t change yur cnfirmed reservatin, such as date f arrival, date f departure r change sites, there may be a penalty which yu will incur. Please see the Refund Plicies fr mre infrmatin. Please fllw the instructins belw. 1. Lg In with yur User Name and Passwrd. 2. The page will display all yur cnfirmed reservatins, find the reservatin yu want t make changes t and click n the Pencil Icn t the right f the particular reservatin. 3. The Editing prcess takes yu thrugh the bking prcess again, s yu can change the arrival r departure date with the drp dwn menus, r the site number with the drp dwn menu (all n the first page), then click n the Next buttn at bttm f page. This will take yu t the trailer unit details if yu want t change this infrmatin yu can d s r yu can click n the Next buttn at bttm f page. 4. The final page will give yu the details f the changes yu made. It will give yu the refund/payment details. Yu will chse a methd f payment fr the refund/payment, accept Terms & Cnditins, then click n the Save Buttn t cnfirm yur changes. This will prcess the refund/payment and cnfirm yur changes. NOTE: At anytime during the editing prcess yu can click n the Cancel buttn t stp making changes. This will take yu back t yur hme page f yur cnfirmed reservatins. TO CANCEL A CONFIRMED RESERVATION If yu want t cancel yur cnfirmed reservatin cmpletely, there may be a penalty which yu will incur. Please see the Refund Plicies fr mre infrmatin. 1. This page will display all yur cnfirmed reservatins, please find the ne yu wuld like t cancel and click n the X icn t the right f the reservatin yu want t cancel. 3. This will take yu directly t the final page, give yu details f the refund amunts, yu need t chse a payment methd fr the refund, accept Terms & Cnditins and then click n Cancel Bking. This will prcess the refund and cancel yur reservatin cmpletely. NOTE: At anytime during this prcess, yu decide yu d nt want t cancel yur reservatin, please click n the Cancel buttn at bttm f page and it will take yu back t the page f yur cnfirmed reservatins.

PLEASE REMEMBER: While bking a site there is a 10 minute time limit while entering infrmatin as the site and dates are held fr these 10 minutes while yu are cmpleting yur reservatin. Yu will pay in full fr the site at the time f the bking s be sure t have all f yur infrmatin at hand. If a system will nt allw yu t bk the site yu have chsen, it culd be that the site is nt available fr sme r all f the days that yu have chsen, r that it des nt meet the size criteria fr yur trailer, r it is a site that is nt available fr n-line reservatins fr ne reasn r anther.

8 Terms& Cnditins Attns Lake Reginal Park Plicies: 1. Check ut time is 12:00 PM (nn). Check in time is 2:00 PM. 2. Persns must be at least 19 years f age t reserve and/r ccupy a site withut adult supervisin. 3. Full payment is required at the time f placing a reservatin regardless f the length f the stay. Master Card r VISA will be required. 4. Campers will be able t reserve nly 1 site per nline sessin. 5. Camping seasn is May 11 th t Octber 11 th, All vehicles entering the park must display an apprpriate park pass. These can be purchased at bking and btained at time f arrival. Yu must present yur receipt fr this. Daily Pass $8.00 Weekend / 3Day $15.00 Weekly Pass $25.00 Seasn Sticker $45.00 Reservatin Cancellatins & Refunds Refunds are nt granted fr an evictin, vacating yur site early, inclement weather, wildlife, insects, quality f lake water, air quality, fire bans, car trubles r getting lst n yur way t the Park. If yu are ging t be late arriving, it is yur respnsibility t advise the Park Office f such. (306) Refunds fr cancellatins will be granted under the fllwing cnditins nly. The ntice perid is cnsidered t be that perid f time immediately previus t check in time (2:00 PM) n yur scheduled arrival date. Fr bkings f ne week in length, r less, 48 hrs ntice r frfeit f 1 nights fee. Fr bkings in excess f ne week but less than ne mnth, 7 days ntice r frfeit f 1 weeks camping fee. Fr bkings in excess f ne mnth, 14 days ntice r frfeit f 2 weeks camping fees. Abslutely NO refunds will be given fr cancellatins that ccur fr stays bked n lng weekends in July & August, regardless f the ntice given. Park& Campgrund Rules & Regulatins 1. Mtrized water craft are nt allwed n the lake n weekends in June, July and August. 2. Every vehicle that enters the park must have a Reginal Park Pass, Daily, Weekly, 3 Day pass r Seasn Sticker. That pass must be displayed in clear view fr park attendants t see. 3. Reserved sites will be held until nn f the day after scheduled arrival. If yu anticipate arriving later than yur scheduled arrival yu are advised t be in cntact with the Park Office at (306) If yu are a n shw after 12:00 nn n the day after yur scheduled arrival, and the Park Office Staff has nt heard frm yu, yur site will be frfeited and pen t reservatins nce again. This is regardless t the length f yur intended stay. All fees paid in anticipatin f yur stay will be frfeited as well. 4. All campers are required t check in upn arrival. Please pull ver at the Park Gate and prceed int the ffice, with yur receipt and driver s license. Arrivals that ccur after ffice hurs shuld prceed t their site. Campers arriving after hurs are requested t visit the Park Office t check in as sn as pssible the very next mrning after their arrival. 5. Reservatins made by telephne, that d nt prvide a valid credit card fr bking, will require a security depsit f $ t be prvided at check in. This is in additin t the camping fees. 6. Day visitrs are welcme t use the picnic sites near the playgrund and main beach. Campsites are fr the use f vernight guests nly. 7. Pets: We welcme ur fur legged friends, hwever we d aim t make every visitr s experience as enjyable as pssible. Therefre we d maintain the fllwing regulatins: Pets are limited t 2 per campsite and must remain n leash, in a kennel, r in yur camping unit at all times. Pets are never allwed at large arund the Park. Pets are nt allwed in the playgrund areas, n any beach arund the lake r n the glf curse. Please clean up after yur pet. Nisy r aggressive pets will be required t be remved permanently frm the park. This is at the discretin f any authrized Park Persnnel.

9 8. Open fires are nt allwed. Fires must be cntained in the fire pits prvided r in an apprved apparatus. By apprved, we mean Attns Lake Reginal Park apprved. Bring yur wn apparatus if yu like, but yu may be required t nt use it. 9. Fire bans. Attns Lake Reginal Park reserves the right t place fire bans n the entirety f the park with n ntice whatsever. 10. N cutting f trees r shrubs. 11. Attns Lake Reginal Park takes n respnsibility fr the safety f yur camping supplies and varius belngings. Please ensure that yur belngings are prperly secured when they are nt under yur immediate supervisin. 12. Water craft are nt allwed in the swimming area. 13. Fishing is nt allwed ff-shre at the Main Beach. 14. Glf carts are permissible fr transprtatin arund the park. HOWEVER the peratr must be in pssessin f a valid driver s license. Glf cart peratrs must bey the rules f the rad, the same as apply t any vehicle. This will invlve RCMP enfrcement if necessary. 15. ATV use is banned within the Park and in the area surrunding nearby Bushy Lake. 16. Bushy Lake is a day use area nly. Overnight stays at Bushy Lake are prhibited. Allwable usage f the Bushy Lake area is psted at the entrance t that area and is expected t be adhered t the same as any ther Park regulatin. 17. Open liqur is prhibited in all public areas. Liqur is permitted at yur campsite and in licensed venues nly. This will invlve RCMP enfrcement if necessary. 18. An alchl ban will be in effect fr the May lng weekend. 19. Vandalism, rwdiness r verbal abuse will nt be tlerated n the Park premises. This will invlve RCMP enfrcement if necessary and culd result in evictin frm the Park. 20. Refunds are nt granted fr an evictin, vacating yur site early, inclement weather, wildlife, insects, quality f lake water, air quality, fire bans, car trubles r getting lst n yur way t the Park. If yu are ging t be late arriving, it is yur respnsibility t advise the Park Office f such. (306) Letting g f effluent r grey water n the grund is a fineable ffense under the Litter Cntrl Act. This will be enfrced. 22. Attns Lake Reginal Park reserves the right t refuse service r t evict custmers wh d nt fllw the rules and regulatins f Attns Lake Reginal Park. Attns Lake Reginal Park Authrity reserves the right t add and/r amend rates, rules, regulatin and term & cnditins at any time and as they may deem necessary.
