Bking Upn making a reservatin Anvil Bay will hld the applicable rms n a prvisinal basis fr a maximum f 14 days. Shuld Anvil Bay receive a cnfirmed bking, Anvil Bay has a right t release the prvisinal hld by giving 2 days written ntice t the hlding party via . In rder t cnfirm a prvisinal hld a 20% nn-refundable depsit will be required within 14 days f bking.

2 Full payment must be made at least 30 days prir t arrival. Anvil Bay reserves the right t release all bkings nt fully pre-paid 30 days prir t arrival withut prir ntificatin and/r t refuse entry t guests if payment has nt reflected in Anvil Bay s accunt. Prvisinal bkings made less than 30 days prir t arrival will be required t pay in full within 7 days f making the bking N prvisinal bkings will be accepted less than 7 days prir t arrival. Bkings made within 7 days prir t arrival date must be bked and paid in full immediately. Upn verbally cnfirming a bking, guests will be sent a pr frma invice and guest preference frm. The guest preference frm must be cmpleted and submitted back t reservatins alng with prf f payment in rder fr Anvil Bay t successfully prcess a bking. The guest preference frm will serve as primary infrmatin surce and it is the respnsibility f the guest t ensure that the infrmatin received is accurate. The guest preference frm will nt be shared with any third parties and is fr Anvil Bay s use nly. We encurage guests t cmplete this frm with as much detail as pssible t allw fr Anvil Bay t tailr make their experience. Once the bking has been fully paid and cnfirmed Anvil Bay will send a full cnfirmatin letter and supprting dcuments t the guest fr travel and visa applicatin purpses (N cnfirmatin will be sent t btain visas withut a bking being cnfirmed and paid). If there are any discrepancies r changes the respnsibility will lie with the guest t infrm the reservatins department. Online bkings Upn submitting an nline bking Anvil Bay cnsiders the bking cnfirmed and reserves the right t charge the quted amunt t the credit card details prvided immediately. Prf f the transactin will be ed t the guest and full cnfirmatin will be frwarded nce the payment has cleared in Anvil Bay s accunt. Extras Extras are items and/r activities nt included in the accmmdatin package rates and are additinally charged fr whilst at Anvil Bay. Private r exclusive use f activities equipment r excursins cannt be pre bked r cnfirmed and will nly be permitted if it des nt impact n a fellw guests stay. All private r exclusively bked activities will be charged fr at the cst f full service ccupancy. N activities can be bked r paid prir t arrival at Anvil Bay as mst activities are subject t weather cnditins. Payment A 20% Nn-refundable depsit is required upn cnfirming a reservatin Full pre-payment will be required 30 days prir t arrival Fr bkings made less than 30 days prir t arrival, full pre-payment will be required within 7 days f making the bking. Bkings made less than 7 days prir t arrival, full pre-payment will be required n the day f bking. Uncnfirmed bkings will nly be held fr furteen days frm the day f enquiry. Anvil Bay reserves the right t cancel any uncnfirmed bkings held shuld we receive anther cnfirmed bking by written ntificatin t the hlding party. Bkings Cancelled less than 30 days prir t arrival will incur a 100% cancellatin fee. Our facilities can nly accmmdate Cash payments, Visa r Master Credit cards. (N Diners, Amex r any Debit Cards)

3 We nly accept Mzambican Meticais, Suth African Rands, US Dllars, Eur and British Punds Sterling. Methd f payment: EFT Bank transfer Guests selecting this methd f payment will cmplete a transfer int the chsen Mzambican bank accunt either in USD r Mzambican Meticais. Please nte that the dllar rate will be the fixed rate and shuld yu wish t pay in Meticais, the banks daily exchange rate will apply. A cpy f the prf f payment must be sent t the reservatins department n cmpletin f payment s that we can allcate the funds t the crrect bking. Receipt f payment will nly be cnfirmed nce it has cleared in Anvil Bay s accunt. This might take fur t five days fr internatinal transactins. Credit Card Guests will be prvided with Anvil Bay s Credit Card Authrizatin frm which needs t be cmpleted in full and ed back t reservatins with a clear cpy f bth the frnt and the back f the card frm which payments will be charged. Anvil Bay will send prf f the transactin when it is prcessed but payment will nly be cnfirmed nce it has reflected in Anvil Bay s accunt. Guests will be asked t present the credit card which was used upn checking in at the resrt as well as sign the riginal credit card receipt. Credit card transactin will be prcessed in reservatins at Anvil Bay in the lcal Mzambican currency (Meticais) at the exchange rate f the day. The value f the transactin will always remain true t the quted US Dllar amunt. Cash (Only fr extras) Rates at Anvil Bay are quted in US Dllars and Meticais. Shuld payments be made in any ther currency the bank exchange rate f the day will apply. Anvil Bay will nt be held liable fr any exchange rate fluctuatins ver the applicable bking and payment perid. Cancellatins / N Shws All cancellatins must be dne in writing Cancellatin f a cnfirmed reservatin will result in the lss f the 20% required depsit irrelevant f the cancellatin date. If the bking is cancelled mre than 30 days ut we will allw the 20% depsit t be mved t a future bking. Cancellatin f a cnfirmed bking less than 30 days prir t arrival will be subject t 100% cancellatin fees. N shws will result in 100% cancellatin fees. Anvil Bay will nt be respnsible fr days missed due t inclement weather r guests travel delays. Any additinal nights bked will be charged fr additinally. If the cnditins at Anvil Bay in the perid 14 days prir t departure are f such a nature that these present an immediate danger t custmers' lives r well-being, e.g. acts f war, natural catastrphes r infectius diseases, the entire price f the hliday will be refunded. Hwever, this is dependent n the authrities (fr Freign Affairs) directly advising against travelling t the area in questin. Hwever, the full price will nt be refunded if the custmer was aware f the circumstances, r the circumstances were generally knwn, at the time the cntract was entered int.

4 Children plicy Children aged less than 12 years will pay 50% f the package rate when sharing with parents Children aged 2 and upwards will have t bk and pay fr their wn seat in the helicpter at full adult rates. Due t ur small ftprint and safari camp nature the casinhas can't cmfrtably accmmdate mre than an extra single sleeper cuch r tw small camp stretcher beds per casinha. A better ptin fr families with small children is ur family casinha which has in additin t the king size bed tw single beds and a luxury bathtub. Tw f ur casinhas are nestled clse tgether cnnected by a sandy path and sharing a cmmn beach access. The twin casinhas can be set up fr a family grup f up t five. Parents wh wish t bk a separate rm fr children under the age f 12 will accept full respnsibility fr the care f their children. Anvil Bay s casinhas are nt lcated within view f each ther and are nt cnnected with walkways ther than beach access. In the abve case the first child will pay the full adult rate and the secnd, third child will pay the applicable child rate as per the abve age plicy. Restrictins apply t certain activities fr all children under the age f twelve. Each activity will stipulate the specific restrictins and requirements under the activities sectin. Grup/Exclusivity f Anvil Bay plicy A grup is cnsidered 8 casinhas r mre and must bk exclusivity f Anvil Bay as per belw stipulatin. Shuld yu wish t bk exclusivity f Anvil Bay a full charge will be levied fr tw adults per casinha, per night fr a maximum f eight casinhas. Casinha nine will be bked n a cmplimentary basis. Anvil Bay can accmmdate a maximum f 18 adults. All bkings with mre than 4 children under the age f 12 must bk exclusivity f Anvil Bay. Minimum night s stay plicies Anvil Bay requires a minimum tw nights stay ver weekends i.e. Friday/Saturday r Saturday/Sunday. During the perid 20 December and 02 January Anvil Bay requires a minimum stay f fur nights. During the Easter perid Anvil Bay requires a minimum stay f three nights. Transfers All transfers (Helicpter r Brder cllectin) must be bked at least seven days prir t arrival in rder fr Anvil Bay t have sufficient time in planning. All transfers are subject t availability and bked n a first cme first served basis. Private r exclusive transfers will nly be permitted if it des nt impact n a fellw guests stay. All private r exclusive transfers will be charged fr at the cst f full service ccupancy. It is the respnsibility f the guest t ensure that they are n time fr any cllectin r drp ff and at the crrect designated meeting pint. Shuld the guest fail t infrm Anvil Bay, within a reasnable time, f delays r alternative cllectin and/r drp ff times the guest will be held respnsible fr full payment f missed transfer csts as well as any new transfers bked. Transfer scheduled and travelling times are subject t weather and rad cnditins and we very strngly recmmend that all guests take ut cmprehensive travel insurance, as Anvil Bay will nt

5 be held liable fr any refunds r payments f alternative accmmdatin r cnnecting flights due t inclement weather cnditins. Fr self-drive guests we recmmend an early start r break in the jurney and cnstant cntact with Anvil Bay as any majr delays culd result in nt being able t enter the Elephant Reserve after 17h00 in summer and 16h00 in winter, and nt reaching Anvil Bay n the reserved date f arrival. Anvil Bay will nt be held liable fr any refunds r payments f alternative accmmdatin due t delays n the rad r brders. Guests travel at their wn risk. Anvil Bay will nt be held liable fr any incnvenience, lss, damage r a delay caused by third party transfer services r self-drives. Where luggage restrictins applies, failure t cmply will result in additinal charges Anvil Bay reserves the right t amend any transfer methds shuld a vehicle r aircraft be ut f peratin r delayed. Luggage restrictins Shuld yu make use f the helicpter r small aircraft transfer a maximum f ne sft bag weighing n mre than 15kg with dimensins 60cm high, 40cm wide and 30cm deep will be permitted per passenger. Each passenger will be permitted t carry ne hand luggage item within the aircraft n larger than a standard laptp bag. This includes laptp bags, camera bags and ladies hand bags. The item will be carried n yur lap during flight transfer. All additinal luggage r luggage nt within the abve mentined dimensins might be refused entry nt the aircraft. Anvil Bay will take n respnsibility fr luggage nt meeting the requirements and being left behind. Shuld yu wish t bring r take ut mre luggage than specified abve Anvil Bay can arrange fr a rad transfer t cllect/drp ff luggage at the required delivery pint. All csts invlved will be fr the accunt f the guest. Anvil Bay will require a minimum f seven days ntificatin that such a transfer is required as we will make use f third party peratrs fr such transfers. Anvil Bay will nt be held respnsible fr the lss r damage t any luggage which is handed ver t a third party peratr. Visas & Custms Travellers are respnsible fr determining the relevant travel requirements, such as infrmatin n matters relating t passprts, visas, health-related cnditins including requirements regarding vaccinatins r similar cnditins required in rder t take the hliday frm each individual cuntry's embassy, cnsulate and the fficial freign vaccinatin authrity. In the event such infrmatin is nt prvided, Anvil Bay shall nt be liable fr any cnsequences fr the traveller relating t inadequate entry dcumentatin, vaccinatins etc. Passprts must nrmally be valid fr at least six mnths after the return jurney fr visits t nn-eu cuntries. We strngly advise all travellers t apply fr the required visas frm their hme cuntry rather than applying fr it n entry where pssible. Hwever shuld yu apply fr yur visa n entry ensure that yu have the relevant funds in cash t pay fr the visa n arrival. The current visa cst is apprximately 80 USD. Credit cards are nt accepted and visa csts are subject t change withut any ntificatin. We strngly advise all parents travelling via Suth Africa with children t cntact their lcal embassy regarding the new laws pertaining t children travelling in and ut f Suth Africa.

6 Travel Insurance Mst health insurance arranged thrugh credit cards etc. des nt prvide additinal cver fr jurneys t Africa r Mauritius. We therefre strngly recmmend that yu take ut travel insurance that prvides unlimited cver in respect f any illness and/r necessary transprt hme, missed flights and cancelled accmmdatin due t inclement weather. Medical Emergencies Please take nte that Anvil Bay is situated in a very remte area within Mzambique. Yur stay at Anvil Bay includes emergency evacuatin t Maput. Anvil Bay will nt be held liable fr any medical emergencies which might arise. Anvil Bay is nt recmmended fr patients with debilitating medical cnditins. Activities plicies & restrictins Bkings fr activities will nly be accepted n the day f activity r during activity planning the evening befre. It will wrk n a first cme first served bases. Inclusive activities are nt exchangeable r transferable. Children under the age f 12 must be supervised by parents at all times whether partaking in an activity r just making use f the cean and/r swimming pl area. Our ceans are subject t currents and all bathers are advised t stay within view f the ldge. N children under the age f twelve will be permitted t cmplete any f the dune frest hikes unsupervised. We regret n children under the age f 8 will be allwed n any activities requiring a surf bat launch and time ut n sea such as the cean safari, whale watching safari and sea fishing excursins. Children under the age f 12 are allwed t make use f the sea kayaks, stand up paddle bards, beach bikes etc. The respnsibility f their safety lies with their parents. Anvil Bay will nt be held liable fr any injury r accident which may ccur as a result f the use f these items.
