Des the quality f the firm s cmpleted prjects meet the District s gals? 10% Persnnel Des the staff assigned t the prject(s) have the requisite capabilities and relevant experience? 5% Prcess Will the described prcess and schedule realize the District s bjectives fr the prject(s)? Is it suited t the District s prcedures and requirements? 15% References Des the firm fulfill its cmmitments? Des it make schedule deadlines? Did it wrk well with the District s persnnel? Was the design wrk functinal and creative? Were the dcuments cmplete? Were the budget bjectives met? Were the persnnel respnsive, cperative, supprtive and knwledgeable? A/E Team Interviews Fllwing receipt and review f the qualificatins statements by SAISD, each selected firm s will be alltted a ne hur interview sessin with SAISD persnnel t elabrate n the firm s qualificatins. During the interview yu will be asked t discuss and illustrate yur thughts, cncepts, pinins and apprach n hw SAISD prgrammatic, functinal, spatial, budgetary and scheduling gals and bjectives can be accmplished. Yur presentatin during the interview may be accmpanied by sketches, drawings, site plans and phtgraphs as needed. Each firm will be alltted up t thirty (30) minutes during the interview t present. A thirty (30) minute questin and answer perid will fllw yur presentatin.
