It is als useful in training and prviding business cntinuity as new bard members are added. The first versin f the CGC Strategic Plan was prepared and presented t the Bard f Directrs by the Strategic Planning and apprved n 8/23/2013. When this has prven t be successful, ther HOA s will be apprached abut ding the same The Membership Prgram has been defined and emphasizes membership (wnership) rather than purchasing passes. Implementatin is underway & being perfrmed by the Operatins Manager, Cmmunicatins, & the CSR Step ne was cmpleted and the drawings and maps have been apprpriately filed with the ther fficial club dcumentatin. The agreement assciated with step 2 has been drawn up fr apprval The study was cmpleted and it was determined that the csts exceed the benefits. As a result, the prpsal frm the TVF&R was turned dwn. 6 Study the feasibility f leasing maintenance equipment Rehab the main irrigatin pnd Cnvert the websites frm the existing platfrm t the Cyberglf system Glf Water Operatins Manager This needs attentin by the Glf Our cnsulting water engineer has cmpleted the tpgraphical map f the Main Irrigatin Pnd (MIP) and verflw pnd area. Preliminary recmmendatin based n bserving drained pnd is that we d nt need t clean MIP this winter as sediment buildup is relatively minr. Delaying this prject anther year r tw may be apprpriate. This is scheduled t be cmpleted by 2/1/2016. The cmmunicatins and marketing cmmittees are reviewing t ensure all f the desired infrmatin is carried frward 6 P a g e
