Cnduct a thrugh internal handver prcess with sales/cnsultant fr all new prjects and be respnsible fr clarifying initial prject scpe Schedule and lead the prject handver meeting with the sales/cnsultant t clarify Prject scpe in & ut f scpe Key prject bjectives including client s business drivers, verall prject success measures & the agreed quality utput measures Timeframes Budget allcated fr each part f the prject Expected prfit margin fr Getfeedback/Crels Invicing details Keep recrd f and fllw up n actins during the handver phase f the prject Measures f Perfrmance Prject Handver dcument is thrughly cmpleted n time All cntacts are up t date at all times Any actins, dcuments etc are circulated within the client prject team as apprpriate Psitive feedback frm internal team Knw what the next steps are in the prject, at any time Knw what prfit margin the prject is expected t make and is running at, at any time 2. Resurce internal and external persnnel within established guidelines Identify resurce requirements matching availability, skill set, lcatin and industry experience and then bk. This may invlve internal cnsultants, assciates, delivery team and temps and/r ther prject admin supprt. Liase with assciate resurce t cnfirm rates, dates, lcatins and details including briefing details and cancellatin and cnfirmatin plicy. Ensure that all resurce persnnel are aware in advance f what they are ding and when Knw what the alternative resurcing ptins are, flag/escalate any risks and create cntingency resurcing plans fr the mre high risk high stake delivery Persnally carry ut any required prject administratin. Outsurce additinal external administratin supprt if required, retaining respnsibility f the quality f admin at all times Measures f Perfrmance All resurce persnnel knw what they are ding and when, arrive at the right lcatin at the right time with the right equipment, brief etc N last minute resurcing panics due t pr planning Cntingency plans exist fr high risk high stake delivery Psitive feedback frm internal team Any external admin supprt is f high calibre and perfrms t the required level 3

5 Recruitment Criteria Qualificatins/Skills/Experience Must have - experience at successfully juggling multiple prjects simultaneusly Prven experience in resurcing and managing events and/r prjects n time, t quality and budget. This will have entailed end t end management, prject reprting and wning risks and issues lgs. Ideally has external client facing experience in a fast paced business business envirnment Builds rapprt quickly and has excellent standards in written and verbal cmmunicatin Strng Micrsft wrd, pwerpint & excel Demnstrates an interest in the field f peple assessment and rganisatin cnsultancy r have had relevant experience Persnal Style/Mtivatin Resilient, adaptable and flexible in a fast paced envirnment Very strng rganisatin skills & great attentin t detail High energy, quality fcused High levels f self-mtivatin 5
