3 Intrductin This framewrk dcument allws thse wh design and cntribute t cnstructin health and safety training cntent t align with CnstructSafe Tier 3 Cmpetency Framewrk knwledge requirements. The intent is t make it easy fr training cntent t meet the knwledge requirements that candidates need t pass the CnstructSafe Tier 3 Cmpetency Test. The frame wrk is divided int seven mdules: 1. Supervising Safely 2. Health & Safety Supervisry Respnsibilities 3. Hazard Identificatin and Classificatin 4. Risk Assessment 5. Managing Risks 6. Investigating Incidents 7. Measuring Perfrmance CnstructSafe Tier 1 and US4098 (r relevant qualificatin) are prerequisites 1
