2 Prject Highlights June was a very prductive mnth, we imprved by 31% frm May (and 61% since April). Realistic faculty readiness by end f June is abut 54%, behind the gal f 70%. The pessimistic is abut 42%, and the ptimistic is abut 60%. On ffering t help faculty with curse migratin; nly 65 faculty respnded acrss ~200 curses But here is the gd news Full time faculty frm tw schls is nw abve target at 81% and 71%. Attendance at the Summer Institute was high; 110 registered; 72 attended; 68% attendance rate. Fr Cmmunity, abut 516 ut f 570 r 90% have been cmpleted by end f June. On TurnItIn, we are still wrking thrugh the pilt agreement. In ur last discussin, the legal cncerns have subsided. EvaluatinKit is nw in prductin. We will cnduct ne mre rund f testing befre launching. On Cmmunicatin, we shuld fcus n the fllwing: Blackbard decmmissin is n track fr August 31 st. We shuld cmmunicate 1 mnth befre, 15 days befre, and then cuntdwn frm 5 days. Encurage faculty and adjunct t attend training, even in September. Als advertise the self learning cntent. 2

4 Canvas Main Implementatin Yellw Prject Summary: Overall, the prject health is a cautius Yellw with mst f the task grups prgressing n track. The biggest cncern remains with faculty training. Still, we are nw beynd achieving a critical mass, especially amng the full time faculty f which tw schls are ahead f the target. Actins / Accmplishments T Date: On technlgy, EvaluatinKit is making gd prgress. Wrkarund n Starfish has been reached. On readiness, abut 738 unique faculty and adjunct prfessrs are trained and/r using the system. Training is prgressing well; the training satisfactin rate remains steady and healthy at 96% satisfactin. We updated the intranet with a webpage fr Canvas prject management. TurnItIn R As discussed in the last Steering Cmmittee meeting, the legal cncerns has been greatly eased. TurnItIn is als ffering an attractive pilt pricing fr Fall 2014; we are currently finalizing these discussins. 2 Faculty archive 90% archival rate Y Cmmunicatin underway.
