This infrmatin ffers yu guidance in attaching dcuments t yur applicatin. Cmpressed files AOAC is nt able t accept files that have been cmpressed. A cmpressed file is a cntainer fr dcuments, prgrams r ther files that have been packaged tgether and reduced in size. A cmmn example is files cmpressed using WinZip with a.zip file extensin. 6 8. Applicatin Fee The ttal applicatin fee is $1750*Australian Dllars. ($1200 applicatin fee + $550 OBE exam fee) * The fee is subject t change withut ntice. Refunds f applicatin fees are nt available. Privacy Statement The Australasian Ostepathic Accreditatin Cuncil (AOAC) is required t bserve the prvisins f the Cmmnwealth Privacy Amendment (Private Sectr) Act 2000, which sets ut the requirements fr the cllectin and use f persnal infrmatin. AOAC is required t include a statement relating t AOAC s privacy prcedures in each f its applicatin frms. Each applicatin frm must be signed by the applicant t give frmal cnsent fr AOAC t cllect and hld persnal infrmatin. If cnsent is nt prvided, AOAC will nt be able t prcess yur applicatin.
