Perth Bat Schl will ensure that: * legislatin and regulatry requirements relevant t its peratins are integrated int its plices and prcedures; * cmpliance with legislatin and regulatry requirements is mnitred and maintained; * it maintains cpies f all legislatin that affects its business and /r is incrprated in its training delivery; * prvide all staff and students with infrmatin regarding any legislatin that impacts their duties r participatin in vcatinal educatin and training. COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATION 1.0 INTRODUCTION Perth Bat Schl is cmmitted t prviding quality training and assessment in accrdance with the Australian Quality Training Framewrk (AQTF) As such, Perth Bat Schl is required t ensure it cmplies with Cmmnwealth and State legislatin and regulatry requirements relevant t its peratins, integrate these int plicies and prcedures, and maintain cmpliance. 2.0 POLICY PRINCIPLES : 2.1 Cmmnwealth r State Legislatin There are numerus Acts that impact upn the training and assessment fr curses ffered by Perth Bat Schl. A cmplete list is kept n a legislatin register. Perth Bat Schl advises its staff and students f legislatin that affects their duties r learning.
