1 2019 KENTUCKY FARM BUREAU EDUCATION FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY The Kentucky Farm Bureau Educatin Fundatin will award 95 cunty and state cllege schlarships t high schl senirs fr the current schl year. Schlarships may be applied t tuitin, husing, bks and ther educatinal expenses. Payments will be made directly t the cllege r university f yur chice. All available schlarships are listed n this applicatin. This and ther schlarship applicatins may be dwnladed at kyfb.cm/schlarships. RULES Recipient may enter any accredited cllege pursue a fur-year curse f study. Recipient must enter cllege as a beginning freshman n later than the fall semester fllwing high schl graduatin, unless a circumstance beynd the student s cntrl, such as serius illness r injury, prevents enrllment at that time. In such a case, recipient must enter cllege by the spring semester f the fllwing year r the schlarship will g t the first alternate. Drpping ut f schl, except fr serius illness r injury, shall cause the recipient t lse the schlarship. The remaining award will then g t the first alternate. Winner must be a full-time student each semester unless an exceptin is requested in writing and apprved. Winner is required t annually furnish a transcript befre additinal mnies are sent t the cllege. Student must maintain a cumulative GPA f at least 2.5 after each semester r frfeit the award. (Only beginning freshman will be given a secnd chance t imprve their verall GPA.) All applicatin materials must be pstmarked by FEBRUARY 28, 2019, r hand-delivered by that date t the Kentucky Farm Bureau State Office in Luisville.
