SCHEDULING Once yur staff and jbs have been entered int LMN Time, yu are nw able t start adding thse jbs t yur schedule. Please click n Schedule and then start wrking yur way up n the left side menu frm hlidays up t the whitebard. a. G thrugh each tab n the menu n the left side f the screen. Yu must d schedule setup befre adding jbs t yur calendar. b. Hlidays, schedule crews, service types, & wrk calendars. Hlidays: This is where yu are ging t want t add all upcming hlidays fr the current year. Simply click n hlidays and then click n add schedule year in the bttm right crner f the screen. Once a scheduled year is setup yu can click n it t add hlidays (in the bttm right crner). Schedule Crews: Add schedule crew in the bttm right crner f yur LMN Time screen. This is ging t allw yu t chse which crew yu want t schedule the wrk fr. When the freman clck in t a jbsite, they are ging t be able t chse frm the scheduled buttn n the app and chse their crew which will ppulate their scheduled jbs fr that day. Service Types: LMN Time will already cme ppulated with service types fr yu. But yu d have the ptin t change r delete these service types if they d nt apply t yur cmpany. Yu can als add new service types in the bttm right crner f yur screen. 2

There are tw types f wrk calendars, re-ccuring which are fr maintenance type jbs and nnreccuring which are used fr yur install type jbs. Click in the bttm right crner t add a new wrk area. Name the calendar and chse calendar type. Reccurring: - Chse status, default manager, change accent clr, default crew size, enter unprductive hurs/visit. - Click n visit schedules and click new. - Chse a schedule name, schedule interval, planned visits and then click new t chse yur start and ending dates, interval, service type and time factr. - This is ging t setup a reccurring template fr yu s that when yu add a maintenance type jb t yur schedule, yu will already have setup a timeframe. Click save. Nn-reccurring: - Chse status, default manager, change accent clr, default crew size, wrk hrs/day, prductive hrs/day, unprductive hrs/day, fluff factr %, rund t the nearest, and chse which days f the week yu want t schedule this type f wrk. Click save. Unscheduled Rutes: Unscheduled rutes are used t create a schedule fr a jb withut adding it t the calendar. This wuld be useful fr a snw r maintenance jb in where the scheduled dates are unknwn. Once yu knw the dates, yu can add this unscheduled rute t the calendar with just a simple click. Unscheduled Wrk: The unscheduled wrk screen will shw yu all f the wrk that yu have nt yet scheduled in LMN Time. Yu are able t filter by jbs r tasks r jb grups. 3

Schedule Review: The schedule review tab allws yu t see what jbs are verdue, scheduled, skipped r cmpleted. Calendar View: The calendar is set t default t shw nthing yu must chse frm the drpdwn filter ptins at the tp f the screen t see yur scheduled jbs. Yu can add jbs t the calendar frm this screen: Nn-reccurring: Click add jb t calendar Chse which jb yu wuld like t add and click next Select a nn-reccurring calendar (this is yur wrk calendar that yu setup previusly) and assign a manger and click next. LMN Time will prmpt yu t chse a start date and chse which days f the week yu wuld like t g t site. Click next. The estimated hurs are ging t pull frm the tasks estimated hurs when the jb was setup. Add a schedule buffer and then based n the nn-reccurring wrk calendar that yu setup, it will autmatically fill in yur prductive and nn-prductive hurs, crew and crew size. It will then shw yu the scheduled time at the bttm f the screen. Click next. Review the scheduling summary and click next. The prpsed scheduled will then appear, shwing yu all f the dates that are ging t be added t the calendar. Click finish and add t the calendar. Reccurring: Click add jb t calendar. Chse which jb yu wuld like t add and click next. Select a reccurring wrk calendar and select task t schedule. Chse a manager and click next. Chse frm the drp dwn menu either custm visit schedule r chse a wrk calendar template that yu previusly setup. Chse the interval, & start date. 4

If yu chse custm, yu will have t click new t add yur schedule dates, if yu chse yur calendar template then the dates will autmatically ppulate fr yu. Click next. Yur estimated hurs will pull frm the task when the jb was first created. The number f actual visits will be determined frm the previus screen in where yu added yur scheduled dates and then they will be brken dwn int the number f man hurs fr each visit. Chse a crew & crew size. The prductive and unprductive time will be pulled frm the reccurring wrk calendar that yu setup. The system will the summarized yur scheduled number f visits and the average duratin fr each visit. Click next. Scheduling summary will appear cnfirm that it is crrect. Click next. Nw yu will see each visit that is ging t be scheduled. Yu have the ptin t change the time factr n these visits. The time factr allws yu t increase r decrease a percentage f time nt each visit depending n the time f year. Fr example, in May it might take yu a little bit mre time t cut a lawn verses in August when the grass is grwing less. Click finish. Whitebard: The whitebard is a daily view that shws all f yur crews. Yu are able t schedule jbs, add unscheduled jbs, ptimize rutes, re-rder future rutes, print crew daily reprts and change a whle day f scheduled jbs t a new date. Simply drag and drp a jb frm ne crew t anther t rearrange. 5
