1 RELEASE NOTES Versin: Date: 08/13/06 Type: Full Release FEATURES TRAILING STOP/STOP LIMITS: Graybx v2.9.3 nw prvides traders the ability t send client side Trailing Stps/Stp Limits. This feature is available fr bth Listed and NASDAQ stcks. Trailing Stps/Stp Limits fllw the market based n the specified trigger type. Users can chse t fllw the market based n the Last Print, Inside Bid, Inside Ask r Last Print fr the Primary Exchange. Orders will trail the rders ging up based n the specified Price Delta OR Stp Price OR Percentage Delta. Once the trigger is hit, a Market rder will be sent fr Trailing Stps OR a limit rder will be sent fr Trailing Stps Trailing Stp Limits can be sent with a delta that the trader is willing t pay up nce the trigger is reached. Fr BUY TS/TSLs, the rder will trail the delta if the stck is ging dwn. Fr SELLS, the rder will trail if the stp is ging dwn. Once the stck reverses by the delta value, the trigger will be reached and a market/limit rder will be sent ut. Trailing Stps/Trailing Stp Limits are managed at the client level. Clsing Graybx will autmatically cancel all the pending TS/TSL will be cancelled. TS/TSLs are cancelled the same way as a regular rder. HOW TO SEND TRAILING STOPS/STOP LIMITS? There are tw ways t send Trailing Stp/Stp Limit rders. Traders can use the Trailing Stp entry windw r use a direct Ht key. TRAILING STOP WINDOW Set the keystrkes fr bringing up the Trailing Stp Buy and Trailing Stp Sell/Shrt windw using Keybard Cnfig.

2 Hit the assigned keystrke t bring up the Trailing Stp Buy r Sell r Shrt Sell Entry windw The windw is similar t the Listed Trading windw and uses the same cmmn keystrkes While n the entry windw, traders can chse the trigger type as well as decide the kind f trailing stp r stp limit they want t send. The defaults fr the Trailing Stp windw can be set by right clicking the main Graybx windw and selecting Setup->Trailing Stps.

3 Click n the destinatin buttn t send the trailing stp ut. The trailing stp will pp int the Active Orders windw with Type as TR-STOP r TR-STPLMT Ability t use Dynamic Smart Order with Trailing Stps will be available shrtly DIRECT TRAILING STOP HOTKEYS: Specify the settings fr the direct Trailing Stp Ht keys by right clicking n the main Graybx windw and selecting Setup->Trailing Stps. In the Trailing Stps Setup windw, traders can chse the type f Trailing Stps they want the direct key t send ut Use Delta frm the Market r Use % frm the market. They can als set the destinatin as well as the hw they want the stps t get triggered.

4 The htkeys need t be assigned using the Keybard Cnfig. We currently prvide 3 direct keys fr trailing stps Trailing Stp Buy Delta key, Trailing Stp Sell Delta key and the Trailing Stp Aut Cver key (Graybx will send a trailing stp t cver the entire psitin qty. n the right side f the market)

5 DO NOT CANCEL : Flating rders can be designated as DO NOT CANCEL t prevent rders frm getting cancelled accidentally. Duble click n a flating rder and enable the DO NOT CANCEL bx. The rder has t be manually disabled frm the DO NOT CANCEL mde by duble clicking n rder and disabling the DO NOT CANCEL bx NX PRINTS: Graybx can nw display the NX rders separately frm ther NYSE prints by shwing the NYSE prints as N+ as ppsed t N fr regular NYSE prints

6 DYNAMIC SMART ORDERS: By having NYSE in the preference list, Traders can specify that they want t NX NYSE rders if within the specified delta frm the inside. If the rder des nt get filled within 2-secnds, the rder will CANCEL by itself and the dynamic smart rder algrithm will cntinue NYSE OPEN BOOK INTEGRATED WITH THE MARKET MAKER WINDOW: NYSE Open bk qutes can be viewed alng with ther bks qutes in the market maker windw. In rder t enable/disable NYSE Open bk in the market maker windw, pen the Bks Cnfiguratin windw fr each Market Maker windw.

7 ESSEX BUTTON FOR THE LISTED TRADING WINDOW: Allws traders t use the muse t send belw-bid SLPs PRELOAD ORDERS FOR LISTED TRADING WINDOW: Traders can send PRELOAD rders via the Listed trading windw. These rders are prepared and ready t be sent ut but need users t right click n the Active Orders windw befre they are actually sent t the Exchange/ECN CTRL+D CONFIRMATION: Resetting the psitin via the cmmnly used CTRL+D requires manual cnfirmatin and flashes a warning TOGGLE FOR MARKET ORDERS IN THE LISTED TRADING WINDOW: Traders can use a ht key t tggle between limit and market rders in the Listed Trading windw. BUG FIXES Prblems with qute entitlement fr OTC stcks, the Bardview windw and dually listed stcks fixed.
