3 Summary Prvided with the Data Quality Screcard slutin is a series f reprts and dashbards that reference the backend data mdel t prvide feedback n the results f the varius runs. There are currently tw prvided pre-built packages, ne fr Jasper Reprts and ne fr Tableau Desktp. Jasper Reprts The Jasper Reprts ffer a reprting slutin that can be used within the platfrm. Licensing is dependent n the extent f the existing Jasper Reprts license agreement. Dashbard The Dashbard prvides a high-level verview f the state f Data Quality fr a given release as well as the verall trend. Filters The filters allw users t select frm different prjects and releases. Prject Select t shw different prject summaries Release Name Select t shw different release summaries Gauges & Charts The Gauges & Charts reflect the high-level Data Quality pass rate. Data Quality Pass Percent Chart Shws the pass percent fr each requirement fr the prject and release in the filter Clicking the Gauge takes yu t the Requirement Summary Reprt Data Quality Trending (Release) Chart 3

Summary The Summary Reprt prvides a high-level verview f the individual requirement s Data Quality Pass Percent fr a given Release. It s really just the reprt frm f the gauge n the Dashbard. Clicking n the Requirement Name will launch the Detail by Field Reprt. Detail by Field The Detail by Field reprt prvides the detail f the pass percentages f each field in the requirement. 4

5 Clicking n a Field Name will launch the Rule by Field Reprt. Rule by Field The Rule by Field Reprt prvides detail pass percentages f each rule called against an individual field. Clicking n the Click t View Prfile link will launch the Prfile URL Reprt. Prfile URL The Prfile URL r Prfile Link Reprt prvides a means t g directly t the Prfile run with the screcard t view and specific details that wuld be difficult t present in an autmated reprting slutin. Clicking n the Prfile URL link will launch the Analyst tl and that specific prfile. Clicking n the Review Cmments link will launch the Prfile Cmments Reprt. Prfile Cmments The Prfile Cmments Reprt prvides a listing f all cmments submitted fr a given Prfile. These cmments prvide additinal insight int data anmalies and suggested validatin and standardizatin rules. The frmat f the cmments must fllw the frmat prvided in the Data Quality Screcard Manual. 5

6 Tableau The Tableau Dashbard and Reprts represents the secnd ptin fr viewing the Data Quality Screcard results. The cmpnents are fr the mst part representative f the equivalent Jasper Reprts cmpnents. Thugh the reprt template is prvided, a license is nt, s a prper license fr Tableau Desktp will be required. 9 Other Reprting Tls Because the backend data mdel fr the slutin is fairly simple and prvided, a custm built reprting slutin can be built in any f the alternative tls available within the rganizatin. This wuld require prviding develpers fr a given tl the data mdel and example reprts and dashbards. 9
