3 F U N C T I O N A R E A S HARBOUR ROOM CAPACITY 70 PAX COCKTAIL 50 PAX SEATED COST ROOM HIRE FEE PRIVATELY ENCLOSED RIGHT ON THE WATER On the Deck, we have our outdoor open Harbour room that overlooks the stunning Newcastle harbour. This area is completely private, secluded with a glass wall. Guests in this area have main bar access. Canapé food can be served to the room or guests can purchase meals from the bistro. Although it has a sail, we do relocate the function to a space available within the venue weather permitting. Situated right on the water, the Harbour Room is the perfect area for any casual affair whether it be a birthday, engagement party or even a reunion!
4 F U N C T I O N A R E A S HONEYSUCKLE ROOM CAPACITY 80 PAX COCKTAIL 50 PAX SEATED COST ROOM HIRE FEE PRIVATE AREA INDOOR WATER VIEWS Located on the ground floor of our venue, this area is separated from the rest of the venue with a stunning fireplace, and room dividers that slide across to create some privacy for the area. Featuring two glass walls, this area boasts stunning water views of Newcastle Harbour. Although this area is not an enclosed room as such, this allows for the overflow of ambience and atmosphere from the rest of the venue, to ensure a vibrant feel for your function. Guests in this area have main bar access. Canapé food can be served to the room or guests can purchase meals from the bistro. Situated inside, this area allows for a stunning waterside function without the stress of what the weather may do!
5 F U N C T I O N A R E A S MEZZANINE LEVEL CAPACITY UPTO 200 PAX COCKTAIL UPTO 145 PAX SEATED COST MINIMUM SPEND LIVELY ATMOSPHERE PRIVATE BAR The Mezzanine level is located above the main bar providing spectacular water views with your own private floor space and private Bar access. As this is not an isolated room but an elevated level you are still a part of the main bar atmosphere and entertainment. This level is available for full or part floor hire. On the mezzanine level we have a range of catering options from canapé menus, high tea events and all the way through to sit down dinners. This area a minimum spend in place. This is a combined figure for both food and beverages and can be paid by both you and your guests individually, both pre purchased and purchased on the night.
