Outside Caterer to provide the Hotel with Certificate of General Liability Insurance ($5 million dollars minimum coverage) and sign Marriott International Liability Waiver. Outside Caterer is responsible for cleanup of any kitchen/banquet area that was used to prepare/reheat food items. Outside Caterer must also provide their own supplies and serving utensils. Hotel has the right to charge additional fees should the style of service require additional service or the group requires more space for the reception and dinner/dance functions in addition to the confirmed space on the contract. GUARANTEES We require a guaranteed number of guests to be provided ten business days prior to your event or the expected number will be used as your guarantee. Please note that Saturday Evening Receptions require a minimum of 300 guests. Should your actual numbers exceed the guarantee, you will be charged accordingly. DEPOSIT/ADVANCE PAYMENTS A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the estimated revenue is required at the time of signed agreement. Your payment schedule will be noted in the sales agreement. Full pre-payment is due ten (10) business days prior to event. A valid credit card is required on file for all social events. SERVICE CHARGE AND TAXES All package prices are per person and inclusive of 24% service charge and 8.625% State Sales Tax.
