The concept is rapidly becoming one of Melbourne s most iconic celebratory venues, now boasting an all-new waterfront location with a sleek urban garden. The spectacular open-air space at North Wharf is the perfect venue for remarkable weddings, sophisticated parties, corporate product launches and gala dinners. Crafted by the Tommy Collins creative, the waterfront venue offers an al fresco, European-style feel. Gazing over the Central Pier marina on the City of Melbourne s doorstep, the city skyline and iconic Etihad Stadium provide a stunning vista.

Your guests will be greeted with a smile and a champagne from a dashing Tommy Collins staff member, from there it is just a short stroll along the dock up to your very own Secret Garden. T H E S E C R E B Y T O M M Y T G C O A L R D E N S L I N LIBRARY T P P P PARKING / TRANSPORT Parking is available at Central Pier with a valet service also on offer (subject to availability). There is an abundance of alternative parking options within walking distance of the Pier, including Etihad stadium. Southern Cross train station as well as tram connections to 8 routes are all within a short walking distance. TRAM 11, 48 BOAT ACCESS To make a true Secret Garden experience we can charter a boat from Central Pier. We will greet your guests with a cocktail in hand and set them sailing, Your trip can be as brief or as long as you like. Boat pricing is subject to availability.

8 CURATED YOUR WAY CEREMONIES The Secret Garden is available for wedding ceremonies. Additional costs apply. STYLING The Secret Garden includes natural white table linen and napkins for sit-down packages. Flowers and other decorations are not included however can be arranged through the venue supplier, Glasshaus. Should you wish to use an external supplier please provide details so we can discuss venue procedures and access to your contractor. ENTERTAINMENT Being a meticulous host, we understand and are passionate about music and its delivery, believing it to be a key ingredient to a successful event. Led by an experience team of creative industry professionals, Rutherford Entertainment possess the knowledge and ability to bring any event to life and to be remembered for all the right reasons. Please enquire with your event manager. AUDIO VISUAL The Secret Garden has an in house PA system (with ipod connection), audio mixer and complimentary microphone (DJ optional extra). Please advise your account manager if you wish to use the equipment. Lighting is provided throughout, by means of feature pendants within and festoon lighting in the garden. NOISE RESTRICTIONS Amplified music may only be played until 12:00am and last drinks are called 15 minutes prior to the conclusion of your event. DELIVERIES Deliveries can be accepted once prior arrangements have been made with your account manager. Unfortunately, we have insufficient storage room in the venue so all equipment must be taken with you on conclusion of the event unlesspreviously arranged. SECURITY Security must be present for all evening events at a cost of $65.00 per hour per security guard. CLEANING An additional cleaning fee of $ applies to all events.

Prices include waste removal plus a bump in and out period of 1.5-hours prior and 1-hour post event (additional time will incur additional charges). Note: weddings often require a longer bump in and out period and will be charged accordingly. Full terms and conditions will be provided with your event quote. Venue access is permitted 1.5 hours prior to event start time for setup of band/dj, AV equipment and flowers/decorations. Subject to availability, you can arrange early access with a charge of $100 per hour, with a Tommy Collins staff member to be present at the venue. CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT To secure your reservation a $5k non-refundable deposit in addition to a signed Terms & Conditions agreement. Final food and beverage selections are required at least 30 days prior to your event, as well as full pre-payment. Final numbers are required 30 days prior to the event.
