I am there from beginning to end, from inception to execution, and present at all the inbetweens. I provide focus for your vision and experience and skills to make it happen. SERVICE BREAKDOWN - Everything in the Month of Coordination package plus: - Assistance in venue selection and attendance at site visits - Budget preparation, allocation and management - Vendor recommendations and assisting in the selection of vendors - Reviewing all vendor contracts - Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule for the months between now and the wedding - Full development of the wedding style you have chosen - Attending all vendor appointments - Handling follow-ups with all vendors - Attending appointment with clergy (in discussing actual ceremony), if desired - Supervision of wedding rehearsal - Supervision of ceremony set up - Supervision of reception set up - On site direction of wedding ceremony - Supervision of wedding photo session following ceremony - On site direction of wedding reception, until close of the evening - An assistant for the day of the wedding at no extra cost

Perhaps you have your venue booked but are looking for vendor recommendations and assistance managing the rest of your wedding plans. For this service I am able to step in at whatever stage in the planning process you are at and provide guidance. This service includes everything in the Month of Coordination package and can also include: - Venue selection - Reviewing of contracts - Budget preparation - Wedding etiquette guidance - Vendor recommendations and assisting in the selection of vendors - Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule for the months between now and the wedding - Wedding design - Decor Sourcing

Month of Co-ordination $1200 + HST Having assistance on the day of your wedding will allow you to sit back and enjoy all your planning and relish each moment of the celebration.

SERVICE BREAKDOWN - We meet a month before your wedding to create a detailed day-of schedule including timing, decor set up, and room layouts - At this meeting, you supply me with a list of vendors and emergency numbers - One week before your wedding I will contact vendors to confirm timing and location - One day before your wedding I will contact vendors to confirm timing and location - One week before your wedding I meet with you to go over the seating chart and any last minute details - We d d i n g d a y I w i l l a r r i v e a t t h e c e r e m o n y f o r s e t u p, t o g r e e t v e n d o r s (m a k e s u r e t h e y are on time), put out any needed elements (flowers, programmes, candles, decorations, etc.) - I will set up the reception space and organize any special elements you have planned - O n c e t h e b r i d a l p a r t y a r r i v e s I w i l l d o a o n c e o v e r w i t h e v e r y o n e, p i n b o u t o n n i e r e s o n, lint brush, fluff up dress etc. - I will check all the linens, silverware, glasses and make sure bathroom is stocked and clean - I am the main contact for all vendors to answer any questions so you will not be bothered - If anything is running late or early, I will adjust the timelines as needed and advise vendors of changes - An assistant for the day of the wedding at no extra cost
