2 Night Event Information Wet n Wild Hawaii has quickly become the premiere special events venue in West Oahu. Located in the Second City of Kapolei, and with convenient access right off of the H-1 Freeway, the park has hosted numerous events from graduation, birthday, anniversary, company gathering, and much more! The venue s tropical atmosphere coupled with it s built in special events infrastructure make hosting an event convenient as well as unique. Please be aware that the following document is for informational purposes only. It is not a contract or agreement. The park consists of three separate areas available for use, either individually or in combination with each other for special events: Site Rental Fees: (Waived with purchase of catering from Wet n Wild Hawaii) #1 Luau Lagoon: $3, tax The expansive concert area known as the Luau Lagoon can accommodate up to 3,000 persons and includes six covered pavilions, an elevated stage, and an open-air grass lawn. Minimum number of guest required to reserve this area is 150 and maximum of 300 people. Any additional person will be billed at $5 each + tax. #2 Sweet Spot: $2,500 + tax The Sweet Spot area in the center of the park can accommodate up to 4,500 persons and includes our elevated Center Stage and Dance Floor. *Flow Bar and *Da FlowRider are an additional cost. Minimum number of guest required to reserve this area is 150 and maximum of 200 people. Any additional person will be billed at $5 each + tax. The Venue The event may begin at a time no earlier than two hours prior to the park s daily closing operating hours with a maximum use of five (5) hours. Event must conclude no later than 11:30pm. Set up for the event should not interfere with the regular operations of the park. The set-up committee/organization agrees to comply with all reasonable requests made by WNWHI in respect of its operational and workplace health and safety requirements during both the set up and conduct of the event. The Site is rented as is and must be returned as it was no later than event conclusion date and time. **Water attractions are available at additional charge and are not included in basic rental fee.

3 Night Event Information Non Food Vendors The host may provide the services of an outside vendor such as outside caterer, clown, face painter, etc. The vendor shall submit an original Certificate of Insurance for general liability coverage, naming Hawaii Park Holdings LLC dba Wet n Wild Hawaii, its parent company, and any subsidiaries and affiliates including their respective directors, shareholders, officers, employees and agents as Additional Insured, with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000, for bodily injury and damage to property per occurrence. These limits can be accomplished by an Umbrella or Excess Liability policy. Also, the vendor shall obtain a certificate to reflect Workers Compensation coverage for employees. In addition, the vendor shall obtain an automobile Liability of $2,000,000 if there are any owned; non-owned or hired vehicles on the premises at any time before, during or after the event by the vendor/or those involved with the event. The Certificate of Insurance shall state: This insurance is primary to any other valid or collectible insurance or self insurance, whether or not such other insurance or self insurance is primary, contributory or excess. The Certificate of Insurance must be received by Wet n Wild Hawaii no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event date. The caterer or group is responsible for bringing in their own man power, equipment for food storage, heating, cooling, food preparation, serving, and supplies. Clean Up - It is the responsibility of the group or caterer to clean up the site area and any other space used. All trash must be bagged and disposed properly. Equipment brought into the park by the group or caterer must be removed at the conclusion of the event. Wet n Wild Hawaii will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged items brought on to the premise. Alcohol-related Beverage Concessions Bar Pricing: No Host Bar - $ bartender and set-up fee plus minimum of $ in bar sales. Shortfalls, if any, will be charged back to the customer.

4 Party Packages Wet n Wild Hawaii provides an array of menu to cater to your needs. Customized menu options are also available. Please inquire and we will be more than gladly to create a menu. All pricing is subject to sales tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and upon availability. 6 Night Event Guidelines A minimum deposit of 50% based on the party package purchased and the estimated number of persons attending is required to confirm your event. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit amount. Cancellations made after the 30 days will forfeit deposit. Final menu selections must be received at least three-weeks (3) prior to your function date. Substitutions will not be allowed and prices subject to change without prior notice. A guaranteed count (including children) will be required within two-weeks prior to your function date. Final count can be increased based on space availability, but not decreased. Final payment must be made at least one (1) week prior to the date of your function. Forms of payment that are acceptable are: cash, credit cards, cashier s check or company check. NO personal checks will be accepted. The buffet service time is 1.5 hours and last call will be given at least half hour prior to the ending of the service time. Guests are not allowed to take food home from the buffet. For bar service, last call will be sixty (60) minutes prior to. No outside food and beverages allowed on the premise unless approved prior to. Celebratory cakes are allowed and party must provide own paper goods and servers. All guests must remain within the designated areas. Guests are not allowed to wander into the park for safety purposes. Tailgating in the parking lot is not allowed and will be enforced by park s security. Guests in violation will be asked to leave the premise immediately. All liquor laws apply. Guests must be 21 years of age or older in order to purchase/consume alcoholic beverages and must provide a valid identification upon request. Each guest is allowed to purchase or consume one (1) alcoholic beverage at a time. Decorations are allowed only if you, the host, agrees to remove all decorations at the end of the party (no staples, nails, glass containers, or confetti). You will be allotted a 30-minute grace period from the conclusion of your event to finish cleaning. Facility must be returned to its original state. Entertainment for parties is allowed at the discretion of the park, which will monitor noise levels. All scheduled entertainment must finish thirty minutes prior to the function is scheduled to end. Host is responsible for notifying their guests of all park rules and guidelines
